Can't even go into store as there is no one at the counter so you can't even order came at 12:38 can here them talking in the back but there's no one there absolutely terrible.

Fast delivery. However when delivery arrived , the delivery man handed over the food it was very disorganised and chaotic with a helping of attitude and sucking teeth. Not impressed

Absolutely DREADFUL here !! Staff are utterly rude !! Behaving as though they are doing you a favour !! The paying customer !! Order was not delivered Driver could not care less They marked the order as delivered We had to call the Waltham abbey store. We had to insist on a refund !! The staff said ‘a refund ?!!’and then said ‘you didn’t pick up the phone when the driver called’ Our fault apparently!! Despite the fact we spent 20 mins trying to direct the driver to us. Oh dear Domino’s Waltham Abbey!! You will soon be out of business Please teach your staff some manners or alternatively employ someone that cares !!

Ended up here when we took the wrong turn, trying to get somewhere else but it was a good thing cos we were hungry. As always, Domino's pizza is always a hit and this didn't disappoint either. Ordered one to eat in the car and when we noticed the garden across, got a second one and service was really fast. Keep up the good work guys!

Disappointed, we had the worst Domino’s experience today. It was late,cold and dry, and on top, they forgot the drink !

Track your driver ? 3 miles in opposite direction Call to check is there an issue ? Hung up twice then a call back no msg just back ground noise no explanation!!!! Phoned yet again we give you 50% off next order ? 1st order would be better option me thinks Won't ever bother again !!!! Expect it to be busy don't bother offering tracker service and 50% off next order when you couldn't even deliver the 1st order or an approx delivery time u

Quick delivery, but everything is just mushed in the box, all the mushrooms are in one place and the ends are folded over. Also, we ordered the garlic strips and got garlic bread instead.

Ordered online, usually I pick up,they are quick and pizza is always very hot and freshly cooked.

I love the place and the staff are very friendly .They know you by name, welcome back every time and make you feel genuinely valued.

I’ve ordered a cheeseburger, and i got this cold mess with full of sauce. nothing more to say really, little to no effort. Last time ordering from here.

Tried to use them , but it said it wouldn't deliver /couldn't find postcode although there is a branch just down the road?? So went elsewhere, which to be honest was far superior.

Would just like to thank Maisie the manager for helping me with a issue i had last week which wasnt sorted. She sorted it there and then on the phone to me and even sent cookies for the inconvenience. Thank you so much masie. You are a lovely lady

DO NOT USE Very disrespectful young staff and inexperienced in our opinion. we collected two pizzas a margatera and mighty feast. The mighty feast was way undercooked and doughy. I called in to express my concern and requested a replacement. The response I received was "how much of the pizza did we eat? I explained that we served 5 of us with one slice each and after a bite or 2 we all agreed they were not edible and or poor standard even the meat looked raw. We were then put on hold for approximately 5 minutes for somebody to speak to a manager and then they came back to me with the following response. They would only replace one of them with a medium not a large that we originally ordered and this was based on the fact that we took a bite in a raw pizza and that they were at a loss, not only was this a liberty it was insulting and cheap. I was made to feel as if we were trying to outdo them for a pizza, seriously! This was obviously not acceptable. After some to-ing and fro-ing they agreed to send out another pizza and was promised to receive this within 15 minutes it was close to half an hour before it arrived. Therefore our original pizza and the replacement at this point were not ideal as one of our pizzas was freezing cold and the other was delivered hot and late. We have children and they were unable to eat their food and needed to go to bed and therefore went without. I told the driver the situation and he was very professional & empathetic about the situation. Explain that we use Domino's all the time and that I felt let down and this is not the first time that we have received a very bad service. I told the driver to return the pizza and that I would come in for a full refund as the experience for me was just too much and being that we didn't eat at this point I would have just prefer to put the experience behind me. I returned to the shop requesting a for refund. Upon arrival I spoke to a manager who was not at any point sympathetic of the situation and didn't really want to help. I would like to add not at any point did anyone say sorry, the episode spoilt our evening to say the least. I asked him for a full refund taking in consideration the situation, we had'nt eatern and we made 2 journeys 1 to collect our food and the other to come back for a full refund and he said that he could only refund part of our food because he didn't have the other pizza back in store. He went on to only give me part of the refund for 1 Pizza and also under refunding me only refunding £12. The driver was present at the time so I gave the driver the entire £12 as a tip for being professional and for wasting his time a tip of the full amount as I'm not one to take advantage. The experience was definitely very unprofessional on Domino's part the manager to say the least was rude and not understanding whatsoever in my opinion the driver who deliver the pizza should run the show he would make a great manager Domino's Pizza have definitely got their staffing wrong and service For an area that isn't that busy the customer is priority how do you expect to keep customers. We have three takeouts a week and you have lost I custom and I will spread the word to. Well done!

Really nice and tasty. Staff was very professional.

Unfortunately can't say I've been here and had my order right. Recently had a pizza made wrong twice, long story short ordered at 730pm and ended up not eating until 21:30. A refund was issued eventually. The Pizzas are standard dominos, great when right, it's a shame that happens incredibly rarely.

The staff at Domino's are always mega-helpful and efficient when Waltham Abbey Choristers need feeding!

Awful. Still waiting for a refund after 13 days after being told that it that should’ve been “in your account within 5 working days” I’ve called up 3 tomes regardkng the incident and each time I’ve been assured that it would be sorted out immediately. Their customer care team are not much help either.

I love(d) dominos pizza, so expected most outlets would be more or less the same! Wrong, the last 5 orders I specifically mentioned that half of the pizza wasn’t cooked properly so I requested it to be well done. The staff took no notice and all orders followed the same where part of the pizza is half cooked. When I did call them up for this, they didn’t do anything about it or even want to know about it! Very bad service, I will drive to the Enfield branch next time.

Standard Domino's food, nothing wrong with the quality but poor customer service; Over 3 purchase, Italian Range - Verona is supposed to come with Rocket, either on the Pizza/In a small tub. After a few purchases, they stopped providing it although it was part of the deal- On the third purchase, I asked personally, relating the Order Number and delivery address to ensure the item was added to the order. Upon arriving and checking before the delivery driver left, still nothing. Not too keen if they can't keep to a full order. -1 Star for listening to customers after specifying as much as I could -1 Star because the pizza is standard. Nothing greatly special, just a tad more expensive than your average shop. - Dillon Richards

Ordered 4 cookies told me 10mins went there then told me another 10mins

Unsure what the google comment has to do with anything but I've been ordering here for years. 99% of the time the order is spot on. My favourite food happens to be pizza and for a fast food service it's spot on. The timely way and overall quality which is expected from each customer (rightly) isn't going to be easy on the scale of orders but they deliver unless I'm just lucky. I've ordered from many dominos branches over the country and this luckily has been the best it's also my local. Coincidence? Whatever I'm happy!

Inside the store was pretty clean and nice however I ordered 2 medium pizza and one of the pizza crust wasn't enough cooked. Otherwise all good quit place I visited Sunday evening.

I feel that's Google has mislead me to belive that dominos are open till 11 pm and I went there and got turned away by a member of staff in a crusty hat and told me there closed so Google has incorrect information and they was open till 10.30 ... never trust Google !!!
