Domino's Pizza - Rhyl in Denbighshire

It's on par with what you expect from a dominos

I usually love Domino’s… but me and my gf have ordered for delivery from the domino’s in Rhyl many many times (over 10 times), and the staff in there always forget to add toppings. For example, we choose burger sauce on pizza but it’s only been added once… and it’s been forgotten every other time, that’s £2 per topping…(and we both have it, so that’s £4 a time that’s forgotten about), so they do love to scam you for your money at Rhyl! They also do stupid things like putting on pork meatballs one time, when I selected ground beef. And forgetting other toppings. And it just gets expensive and unprofessional to have untrained staff not doing their job properly. I’m sorry but it’s not difficult to read an order.

Fast delivery and tasty pizzas. Had a couple of issues with a previous delivery, but the store Manager sorted it for us. Great service

Ordered around 8:00 p.m. ish one margarita pizza one pepperoni pizza, the bottle of Coke was the best part, really angry to be honest how they can get away with serving that disgusting food I wonder if Domino's CEOs know how these people are serving their product? Sorry Domino's staff you should be ashamed of yourselves, not Good, and people do not fall for the half price offer because you still have to pay over £20 and then you still have to pay for delivery so you're paying £24 plus no matter what! The pepperoni pizza was absolutely dripping in grease was burnt in places, it was so salty we left about half of it could not eat it at all, the margarita pizza only add cheese on certain parts which you will see in the picture and was just not nice in general thanks a lot Domino's we was really hungry that night.

The staff here are lovely, but I think they change staff regularly??? The pizza was as ordered, but on my visit this evening, I do wonder if they're running out of cheese. I would have liked just a little bit more, not much but a little bit.

Pizza was inadequate for the price.

Called 26th and 27th Jan. Staff very polite, friendly and helpful. The pizza was a life saver. Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team on these 2 evenings for their customer service, 5 stars will call again.

We use the Rhyl branch a lot when we are in towyn, this place beats all the Manchester branch's we use, delivery is always bang on time & the food is always piping hot. I had a problem with a payment but I spoke with a guy called Mike & was sorted straight away. Keep up the good work guys. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

YOU HAVE TO READ THIS REVIEW! Had a delivery tonight. The pizzas got delivered to me after being delivered to the wrong customer. Wait for it.... With bite marks and chunks missing from the first pizza and pieces picked of the second pizza. Asked for the Manager and got passed on to someone who couldnt speak english then got passed on to John who didn't even apologise, who said we'll replace it. You really have to be careful with deliveries from this place or just avoid.

Girl who answered phone and took order was very polite and repeated order back in full to make sure she had it all right which is rare. Food was hot and fresh when we collected.

Great service. Shame about the lack of toppings or cheese, assumed they put on the toppings meant for small pizzas rather the large we ordered.

Just ordered a gluten free pizza, which actually was fine, and I had a margarita which was disgusting, lukewarm for a start, the tomato sauce and cheese were all dried up, I think it was an old pizza that's been sat there all day. I can't believe I paid £14.99 for such a dreadful attempt at a pizza, frim a company that specialises in pizza. I will never order a domino's again.

Staff was very helpful and friendly, crust wasn't as cheesy as I expected but overall food was a treat after a long day of travel would recommend!!

Very Dissapointed today as I ordered 2 pizzas for Party and after 40 min when i called , i was told that due to lack of staff may take 45-60min more. Why would you take order if u dont have staff and cant process it and keep customer waiting..... Dissapointed with lack of communication and poor service.....

Arrived luke warm and seemed as though it had only been half cooked, if that. How could I tell, well I ordered a stuffed crust, and the cheeses inside was still solid and rubbery, so the crust was inedible. I also raise the question that why was I only allowed to order for delivery from Rhyl dominoes (via the website) when the Colwyn Bay one is closer to my location!? Overall, as a fan of pizza and dominos, this was a massive let down, avoid, you be better off buying one from Asda and cooking it at home

Very expensive, didnt like the food.was cold when recieved it. I felt ripped off ,not going there ever.

My daughter orders our food. We've paid once our order hasn't been accepted although its gone through. They expect us to pay another 40£ for food. We are not made of money disgusted.

People are too much in a hurry and don't listen properly to what you ask to order.

Service was abit poor wasnt interested at the counter busy on phones, wait time was along time considering its pizza. Would recommend if you've read this get something else.

Ordered 2 vegetarian pizza and both of them were not cooked properly sadly I understand they were busy but it’s like we paid for something which was going to be wasted One may ask them to cook it properly as I believe this could be process when they are too busy

Easy to order online for pick up. Good value family deal. Food great quality as usual and piping hot. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

The worst pizza in North Wales. I did order half and half pizza but I couldn't recognize the halves and it tasted like fried soles. I highly do not recommend.

A let down to the brand. Limited menu availability and not always great pizza but still as expensive.

The pizza was perfect and crisp however it did say It was ready now but took an extra five mins yet this doesn't matter cause I only had to wait about 15 mins for the pizza alltogether. Good to have freshly cooked yum yum!

As a Domino's regular all across the country, I can say that this one was up there with the best (South Shields). Well done, Rhyl. Shame it was raining heavily and we had to sit in the car to eat it rather than out on the seafront.!

Ordered a pizza Sunday 19th November, got it home tasted it and it tasted like it was as off. It tasted really awful and had a strange smell about it, it was also very soggy. We did not eat it, would have taken it back but we do not live nearby.

Since moving to wales from London we have ordered from Rhyl dominos four times and every time the order has been incredibly wrong. The first time we contacted the store they promised to rectify the order and three times after when we called the store they refused to redeem the goodwill gesture. This time they called to say they needed to change our order as they did not have in stock what we ordered. When it arrived they had added an extra pizza and charged us extra for it! Our order went from approximately £45 to £75! We called the store immediately and they advised us that because we had taken the order at the door they wouldn't rectify the order. (We weren't to know the order was incorrect without opening the boxes!) They refused to refund us and refused to pick up the extra pizza. The manager refused to come to the phone. I am NEVER ordering from dominos again and have advised everyone we know to use pizza hut instead. How many times can you mess up so badly and be so apathetic about it!? I have all previous emails providing proof of Rhyl Dominos incompetence from previous orders. As well as the manager's admission of guilt! Absolutely disgraceful service and treatment!

Cold food arrogant staff on one occasion took them 60 minutes to deliver my pizzas when they arrived they were cold and I'm not being dramatic here it was as cold Demolition man when they take him out of the ice block ....My second gripe is that the delivery driver they have who drove the vw golf is a maniac on the road almost smashed into my car with my baby on board, I called to complain the staff didn't really care ...

Really good clean & quick service.. Download the app for mobile and order home delivery easily.. Very quick delivery and always hot. Kind of expensive but never had any issues so is worth paying.

I have to agree with the other reviews here. I love dominos pizzas but the brand and company as a whole is only as strong as the individuals who work for it. Pizzas quite often arrive too cold and when you call up the staff don't really seem to care.

£16 for a 12 inch pizza. it took ages and was nearly cold. My local pizza shop charge me £7.50 - $8 for a excellent pizza with 3 toppings. lower your prices, you are a rip off. Haruns half a mile from Dominos is 10 times better for half the price

Yes I have to agree to the above, very poor and tasteless, which is a shame because I normally love Dominos Pizzas, have been twice, each time sub-standard, there wont be a third sorry. It also is abit off putting seeing the younger members of staff almost asleep on the counters because its quiet !!!. I hope they improve with the food, the timing and the delivery, because Rhyl needs a good Pizza place
