Been a while since ordering a KFC and damn it’s gotta more expensive for very little, the bone chicken drumsticks had barely any chicken on them the thigh was smaller than the drumsticks they got the order slightly wrong gave beans instead of gravy missing any ketchup we ordered but even worse the fillet burger meal was a mini fillet on a big burger it wasn’t a proper burger fillet. It was all £60 used to be £40-£50 and can honestly say the hungry horse we usually go to is far better and cheaper, I now know why it’s been a while it will be a long while before the next one. My mum was so infuriated by what we were given she took pictures and emailed them with her own negative review, the only reason for 2 stars rather than 1 is because it still was nice what was there and service wise it was delivered quickly and was warm not enough for my mum but enough for me macdonals is usually cold after all if you get it delivered but overall an unacceptable amount for the increase of price.

Worst KFC I have been in! Opened the chicken up to eat and it was red and pink!!!

Great service received on my visit today, great table service, very speedy, looked after by a lovely lady who was dividing her time chatting to customers and sweeping the dining area. A very enjoyable visit.

Lovely to be greeted by server Tina. She was very approachable , friendly and helpful. Not only to the adults but also my children. She was also constantly on the go, cleaning around and making sure the store was as clean as can be. One of the cleanest and friendliest KFC’s I have visited in a long time. Thanks to Tina.

Very good, KFC! The chips were hot, which you never get in a fast-food place. They were some of the best chips I've ever had. The chicken was very good too. The staff were friendly, which is always a good thing.

I visited today with my family around dinner time, when we arrived the restaurant was absolutely packed! We still decided to sit in and eat, we ordered at the till with a lad called David who was very polite! We ended up waiting a while due to it being busy and him being on his own, he apologised to us for the wait and did his best to make sure we were happy. The food was brought to the table by a lady called Tina who was also very polite and very apologetic! Regardless of how busy it was the stress they was under they still smiled and still provided great customer service. David and Tina are great assets to the team and are incredible workers! They deserve a raise!!!

Just had a delivery....no lettuce on the bun, the bun was rock hard unable to eat. No napkins or salt in the bag.

It's somewhere to go for a quick bite. It can get busy and again bored teenagers hanging around No reflection on the store and it's staff though. I went in tonight and the guy severing gave my ice cream away as he was too busy getting the young girls attention who had ordered after me . Then another chap came out and offered the two girls free ice cream and drinks , whilst my daughter, whose ice cream it actually was didn't get offered an apology for the wait or any sort of acknowledgement! The young man serving was so hell bent on getting the girls attention he bypassed me and told me the order number he called was theirs !! To which I told him he was wrong it was my order and I notice I didn't get offered anything. That's twice now we have been here with the same guy serving and unless your female and his age he has no time.for you ! Terrible reflection on the company

Called in today for lunch.table 14 Didn't get the correct order.chips were cold and grave was cold too.

Visited on the25th oct 2024.Carys served me and was a happy young lady with a big smile on her face .Food was piping hot .Chips were hot and tasty.Every where was clean Tina another member of staff was cleaning and it amazed me what she was cleaning .The big KFC neon sign,chairs ,seats etc .She cleaned like I did when working on housekeeping .Had a lovely chat to her delightfull lady .I can honestly say this is the best K.F.C I have been in for a long time .The experience was great😍Well done to all the staff👍

Ordered on just eat and my door never came waited like 2 hours then checked the app and it said delivered not happy at all even tried to phone them for them not answer

Bought my granddaughter and her friend after we'd been to soft play only the children ate and said food was fine was all hot and cooked throughly. The attitude of the staff was pretty much the same as the state of the toilets 'Horrific'. My granddaughter has an allergy (pineapple) so before I placed my order I made the staff aware of this like I do in any kfc we visit as the fruit choice is pineapple to which I was rudely told to put my order in on the self service machine even though it does actually state to notify the team of any allergies. I wanted to pay cash so after placing my order I stood and waited to then pay cash as 3 members of staff just ignored me stood there and then I had to ask if they could take my payment again, rude and short response with no sorry for keeping you waiting whilst I was just stood there doing nothing! If I'd of been there myself I wouldn't of even lasted this long before walking out but 2 hungry 7 year olds who wanted kfc kept me hanging on in there! Food came after a short wait then I asked for ketchup to be given 3 for 2 kids meals with extra fries and when I asked for more you would of thought I'd asked for the girls kidney I recieved 1 more sachet! The restaurant isn't the cleanest either and we had to wipe our own table and dodge the dust falling from the light above! The toilets were unusable unless you were willing to paddle through urine but on the plus side there was enough toilet roll on the floor and in the sink if you got that far Needless to say I opened the door took 1 look and a very unpleasant smell hit me and I quickly told the children to eat up and let's go! Kfc seriously need to have a good look at this place as its not a great advert for them. Staff definitely need a course in customer service and management seriously need to be looked at. Would not recommend and would never visit this branch of kfc again.

Just got delivery from this kfc ordered family feast received 6 dried hard chicken drumsticks looks like they must have been sitting in warmer for ages . When ordering a family feast I thought you should receive a mixture of chicken cuts not just drumsticks. It looks like they don’t care about the delivery too far to send it back just in case somebody from kfc wants to look into this my order number was201 702 950 . I won’t be ordering from this kfc again

A lot of mistakes with online orders, in store seems better service

Ordered on just eat never order from here again. I paid £25 altogether, and i did not receive my 2 pots of gravy but was given beans instead, no call or anything to confirm if was okay, for all they know its fine but i could have had an allergy to beans. And my large popcorn chick that is part of the meal never turned up! So i am not happy with this and could be the last time ordering from here!!!

Absolutely stupid when you can’t even put the correct items on a receipt into a bag! It literally tells you every item on the ticket, which is on the bag! Cost me £27! I’m absolutely disgusted and best part is there’s nobody to call! Just have to wait to see if just eat give me my money back!

got every single item wrong even down to the drinks. how do u get everything wrong 🙈 plain burger - came with everything 1x large chips 1 x small - got 2x small regular popcorn - got a small tango - got a Pepsi when u get home its so depressing sort it out

Had to pay for a bag as we had takeaway never had to do that before and staff very abrupt.

They get your order wrong every time unless you eat in. I ordered a normal filler burger and a cherry pepsi on Oct. 26 2023, order number 5081. We got home and they'd given me a zinger burger and regular pepsi in stead. I can't eat spicy food, it makes me violently ill. I want to walk back there but I shouldn't have to! Especially since last time they didn't give me the popcorn chicken I paid for, all they did was give me a discount coupon for my next order. In stead of, you know, giving me the food I paid for.

Cold chips and Very salty chicken. Was my 1st visit, won't be going back! Avoid, go to McDonald's instead.

Visited twice could not fault the food nice staft clear and tidy will visit again. Back in towyn for our hols again went here today tuesday the 19/06/23 a few people in here but got served right away food was good chips were nice chicken was like it should be light and tasty as usual the place the place was spotless and the staff were pleasant no bad comments from us went here 12/09/23 how can this KFC go down the pan in 3 months after the review i wrote praising it the chips were dry the chicken was dry i didn't enjoy it so dissapointed. Tables were left with rubbish on them but thats not just the staffs fault it's the lazy people who go in here if back in rhyl i will go back in and try to see if it was just a bad day. I hope it was

Lady in front wanted to pay by cash and was still waiting 20 mins after approaching the till, short of visible staff, tables dirty and full of previous people's rubbish, didn't wait to be served.

The food was spot on. Shame for 2 of the 2.99 boneless it took nearly 30 minutes to arrive.

Dunno what it is but somehow feels better than their old store in Rhyl, maybe it's the competition with McDonald's across the road aha

It's a small version of blackpool, not as much do or see, if you have kid they would like, a weekend here would be just Enough.

Food was good so that's the main thing. Branch needs a cleaner? Nothing being cleaned maintained. Staff lost Food to a stranger. Then messed up other orders. System isent working Staff needs to learn communication. Layout was alright little work on table layout needed. Staff area. Needs a little door customers walking round counter. Service was polite but messy

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a big order with them and 4 items came missing. 4!! One of them being a large popcorn chicken that comes with a boneless family fest. Paying expensive prices as is without the expensive ones being missing. I pay this price mainly for the chicken! And they never answer there phone to rectify, avoid at all costs

A little bit tatty and a bit of a long wait for food.

Orders come wrong. Food was served hours after it should have been thrown out. Service is extremely slow as they're more bothered serving the just eat people.

Went there for lunch with my Mum, Dad and my Brother, and a employee called Tina was very friendly and there is very good chicken 👏👏

Food was quick to come out, however the wings were cold which was disappointing. While we were there, the toilets were disgusting, a right mess. Wouldn't return to this location.

The chap who served us with badges all over his cap was the most ignorant person I have ever met!! We were polite but had the opposite response, employing people like this will lose KFC trade as I won't purchase from here again !!!!!

Stayed in the area for a few days and just fancied a kfc, which was quite disappointing. Although it was busy throughout the day, it really wasnt great. Waiting times wasn’t too bad but the food was poor, was cold when receiving. Dirty tables and chairs, staff run off their feet with deliveries but not busy inside and got ignored when asking if they could clean the seating area. Would NOT recommend.

Far to much sauce on my salad it was not even edible. Pure laziness from staff.

Waiting for long time , they don’t bother about the customer care just concentrating on delivery. There is no queue for serving but have to wait 15 minutes to be served and half an hours for a family feast.Also They guy on a tile was very rude and unprofessional So disappointed

Honestly I've never laughed so much at the service. The guy couldn't work the till so he got his boss out who all but rested his head on the display to see it. There was no queues and it took them at least 20 minutes to get it tilled in. Another customer arrived and they really began to panic saying we don't normally have this many people in!! 4 in my group, 1 lady and then a group of 3 came in 20 mins in. Aw bless they were nice enough but half the order was absent as they didn't have any wings hahaha so they gave us replacements and we ended up with stripes!

Nice guys, decent hot food, dire place but there were seats outside where you could see more of the same, so not KFC's fault.

The food was terrible, the meat was burnt, salty and spicy, the fries were soft, the chicken pieces were inedible, the toilets were dirty. Only Pepsi was tasty, the beans were tolerable.

Visited here yesterday absolutely appalling service so slow, staff very uninterested if you don't want to be there then get another job Waiting 30 minutes for for our meal and it wasn't even that busy pull your socks up My daughter went across the way to another fast food chain won't say the name but it begins with M. Which was a lot busier in and out in less than 10 minutes After looking at other reviews it seems to be a thing with this place AND NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM KFC obviously not interested what people have to say typical corporate company just want your money This is possibly the last time I'll use KFC here
