KFC Rhyl - High Street in Denbighshire

Called in today for lunch.table 14 Didn't get the correct order.chips were cold and grave was cold too.

Visited on the25th oct 2024.Carys served me and was a happy young lady with a big smile on her face .Food was piping hot .Chips were hot and tasty.Every where was clean Tina another member of staff was cleaning and it amazed me what she was cleaning .The big KFC neon sign,chairs ,seats etc .She cleaned like I did when working on housekeeping .Had a lovely chat to her delightfull lady .I can honestly say this is the best K.F.C I have been in for a long time .The experience was great😍Well done to all the staff👍

Ordered on just eat and my door never came waited like 2 hours then checked the app and it said delivered not happy at all even tried to phone them for them not answer

Food was wrong. Rude staff. Drink was mainly pure ice/watered down Pepsi. Atmosphere, absolutely awful. Would not visit again

Bought my granddaughter and her friend after we'd been to soft play only the children ate and said food was fine was all hot and cooked throughly. The attitude of the staff was pretty much the same as the state of the toilets 'Horrific'. My granddaughter has an allergy (pineapple) so before I placed my order I made the staff aware of this like I do in any kfc we visit as the fruit choice is pineapple to which I was rudely told to put my order in on the self service machine even though it does actually state to notify the team of any allergies. I wanted to pay cash so after placing my order I stood and waited to then pay cash as 3 members of staff just ignored me stood there and then I had to ask if they could take my payment again, rude and short response with no sorry for keeping you waiting whilst I was just stood there doing nothing! If I'd of been there myself I wouldn't of even lasted this long before walking out but 2 hungry 7 year olds who wanted kfc kept me hanging on in there! Food came after a short wait then I asked for ketchup to be given 3 for 2 kids meals with extra fries and when I asked for more you would of thought I'd asked for the girls kidney I recieved 1 more sachet! The restaurant isn't the cleanest either and we had to wipe our own table and dodge the dust falling from the light above! The toilets were unusable unless you were willing to paddle through urine but on the plus side there was enough toilet roll on the floor and in the sink if you got that far Needless to say I opened the door took 1 look and a very unpleasant smell hit me and I quickly told the children to eat up and let's go! Kfc seriously need to have a good look at this place as its not a great advert for them. Staff definitely need a course in customer service and management seriously need to be looked at. Would not recommend and would never visit this branch of kfc again.

Grubby. Went to Maccy D over the road, spot on for hygiene.

Staff were really helpful because I didn't understand there automatic ordering machine 😕 young people have no trouble but old people don't like change 🙄

A team of incompetent fools, Food tasted a week old batter on the chicken wasnt crispy at all service was slow and staff member (tall,skinny, dark hair beard) was very unpleasant slamming and banging in a mood.

Just got delivery from this kfc ordered family feast received 6 dried hard chicken drumsticks looks like they must have been sitting in warmer for ages . When ordering a family feast I thought you should receive a mixture of chicken cuts not just drumsticks. It looks like they don’t care about the delivery too far to send it back just in case somebody from kfc wants to look into this my order number was201 702 950 . I won’t be ordering from this kfc again

A lot of mistakes with online orders, in store seems better service

Ordered on just eat never order from here again. I paid £25 altogether, and i did not receive my 2 pots of gravy but was given beans instead, no call or anything to confirm if was okay, for all they know its fine but i could have had an allergy to beans. And my large popcorn chick that is part of the meal never turned up! So i am not happy with this and could be the last time ordering from here!!!

Absolutely stupid when you can’t even put the correct items on a receipt into a bag! It literally tells you every item on the ticket, which is on the bag! Cost me £27! I’m absolutely disgusted and best part is there’s nobody to call! Just have to wait to see if just eat give me my money back!

It's somewhere to go for a quick bite. It can get busy and again bored teenagers hanging around No reflection on the store and it's staff though

got every single item wrong even down to the drinks. how do u get everything wrong 🙈 plain burger - came with everything 1x large chips 1 x small - got 2x small regular popcorn - got a small tango - got a Pepsi when u get home its so depressing sort it out

Had to pay for a bag as we had takeaway never had to do that before and staff very abrupt.

They get your order wrong every time unless you eat in. I ordered a normal filler burger and a cherry pepsi on Oct. 26 2023, order number 5081. We got home and they'd given me a zinger burger and regular pepsi in stead. I can't eat spicy food, it makes me violently ill. I want to walk back there but I shouldn't have to! Especially since last time they didn't give me the popcorn chicken I paid for, all they did was give me a discount coupon for my next order. In stead of, you know, giving me the food I paid for.

Cold chips and Very salty chicken. Was my 1st visit, won't be going back! Avoid, go to McDonald's instead.

Visited twice could not fault the food nice staft clear and tidy will visit again. Back in towyn for our hols again went here today tuesday the 19/06/23 a few people in here but got served right away food was good chips were nice chicken was like it should be light and tasty as usual the place the place was spotless and the staff were pleasant no bad comments from us went here 12/09/23 how can this KFC go down the pan in 3 months after the review i wrote praising it the chips were dry the chicken was dry i didn't enjoy it so dissapointed. Tables were left with rubbish on them but thats not just the staffs fault it's the lazy people who go in here if back in rhyl i will go back in and try to see if it was just a bad day. I hope it was

Lady in front wanted to pay by cash and was still waiting 20 mins after approaching the till, short of visible staff, tables dirty and full of previous people's rubbish, didn't wait to be served.

The food was spot on. Shame for 2 of the 2.99 boneless it took nearly 30 minutes to arrive.

Dunno what it is but somehow feels better than their old store in Rhyl, maybe it's the competition with McDonald's across the road aha

Food was good so that's the main thing. Branch needs a cleaner? Nothing being cleaned maintained. Staff lost Food to a stranger. Then messed up other orders. System isent working Staff needs to learn communication. Layout was alright little work on table layout needed. Staff area. Needs a little door customers walking round counter. Service was polite but messy

It's a small version of blackpool, not as much do or see, if you have kid they would like, a weekend here would be just Enough.

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered a big order with them and 4 items came missing. 4!! One of them being a large popcorn chicken that comes with a boneless family fest. Paying expensive prices as is without the expensive ones being missing. I pay this price mainly for the chicken! And they never answer there phone to rectify, avoid at all costs

A little bit tatty and a bit of a long wait for food.

Orders come wrong. Food was served hours after it should have been thrown out. Service is extremely slow as they're more bothered serving the just eat people.

Went there for lunch with my Mum, Dad and my Brother, and a employee called Tina was very friendly and there is very good chicken 👏👏

Food was quick to come out, however the wings were cold which was disappointing. While we were there, the toilets were disgusting, a right mess. Wouldn't return to this location.

The chap who served us with badges all over his cap was the most ignorant person I have ever met!! We were polite but had the opposite response, employing people like this will lose KFC trade as I won't purchase from here again !!!!!

1 of the best kfc ever been . Really clean everything cooked fresh and cooked properly not like most kfcs I have been. Staff are really polite and very helpful.

The kid with the glasses on tryed robing me he failed to put my bottle of pepsi in the bag and forgot to put chocolate sundae in the bag

Stayed in the area for a few days and just fancied a kfc, which was quite disappointing. Although it was busy throughout the day, it really wasnt great. Waiting times wasn’t too bad but the food was poor, was cold when receiving. Dirty tables and chairs, staff run off their feet with deliveries but not busy inside and got ignored when asking if they could clean the seating area. Would NOT recommend.

Far to much sauce on my salad it was not even edible. Pure laziness from staff.

Always perfect & great customer service

Waiting for long time , they don’t bother about the customer care just concentrating on delivery. There is no queue for serving but have to wait 15 minutes to be served and half an hours for a family feast.Also They guy on a tile was very rude and unprofessional So disappointed

Honestly I've never laughed so much at the service. The guy couldn't work the till so he got his boss out who all but rested his head on the display to see it. There was no queues and it took them at least 20 minutes to get it tilled in. Another customer arrived and they really began to panic saying we don't normally have this many people in!! 4 in my group, 1 lady and then a group of 3 came in 20 mins in. Aw bless they were nice enough but half the order was absent as they didn't have any wings hahaha so they gave us replacements and we ended up with stripes!

Nice guys, decent hot food, dire place but there were seats outside where you could see more of the same, so not KFC's fault.

The food was terrible, the meat was burnt, salty and spicy, the fries were soft, the chicken pieces were inedible, the toilets were dirty. Only Pepsi was tasty, the beans were tolerable.

Not good at all. the person who took my order had no interest, You could tell he was fed up, showed my order was ready on the screen, then it disappeared. Stood waiting then had to ask, this was check they said will make it now, given flat drinks also

Visited here yesterday absolutely appalling service so slow, staff very uninterested if you don't want to be there then get another job Waiting 30 minutes for for our meal and it wasn't even that busy pull your socks up My daughter went across the way to another fast food chain won't say the name but it begins with M. Which was a lot busier in and out in less than 10 minutes After looking at other reviews it seems to be a thing with this place AND NOT ONE RESPONSE FROM KFC obviously not interested what people have to say typical corporate company just want your money This is possibly the last time I'll use KFC here

Food very greasy the greace is in the chicken very weird no hair nets worn and no beard nets either and tables left with rubbish on for the duration of my meal and it was only me and two others in here and management sat in the restaurant doing there work that should be done in the office

Food was good. Only downside is the wait time. Stood around for about 15 minutes. Staff were doing their best and were friendly.

Staff were polite but did mix up the orders. Charging for a bag on 2 dips was a bit excessive especially when you don't even get given the bag!

Spent £35 on 3 zinger tower meals and a large popcorn chicken what a waste of money all 3 portions of chips wouldn't fill a small portion of chips from a chippy. the burgers 🤮almost no sauce hard chicken tasted funny think I saw 1 of the workers smell the chicken 🤔 pieces of chicken barely warm. Employees don't care about the food or the service they give me and others will never go to this kfc again NOT WORTH THE MONEY FOR WHAT YOU GET AVOID

Usually never have a problem with this restaurant but today however, my experience was extremely unpleasant. Waited a long time for my food to be cooked, along with that- I was given the wrong change and when I had asked for the correct change. I still wasn’t served and given the correct change. I also wasn’t given the right quantity of food, I had ordered 4 hot wings, and only received 2. However, when I went back to the till and asked for the 2 that I had paid for- the staff were rude and rudely whispered under their breath that I was given the correct amount when in my bag I had only 2. Wouldn’t recommend this KFC, find another one elsewhere if you want to eat out.

Half our order delivered. What good is than when you have hungry children who were waiting for their 'treat'? Wont be making that mistake again. No more disappointing KFC in this home!

Cold chips soggy chicken staff look depressed

Lovely food but you don't do coffee anymore, why not??? I also think this new place is no bigger than the last place on wellington Rd and there's nowhere to park.

we went into kfc, store 03046, today to purchase the 20 hotwings bucket for 5.99, service was quick but when i received them they appeared to be pink inside. i returned them to the store and again was promptly dealt with, assured it was just the marinade inside and that the chicken was in fact cooked. i’m certain that the chicken was not cooked as there was signs of blood and it was entirely pink however i gave them the benefit of the doubt and accepted a replacement. i then left the store yet again with my 20 hotwings bucket, bit into another wing and it was slimy and raw. to ensure it wasn’t the odd one i proceeded to open up the remaining 19 and found that at least 10 were also raw. this experience has made me feel sick to my stomach and i will not be returning to kfc ever again, ESPECIALLY not this store. wanting your chicken to come cooked is not too much to ask for from a company that solely sells chicken. absolutely disappointing

Food was nice and hot. The only things that spoilt it was loud young kids on there own ordering no food sat at tables being disruptive with no intervention from staff. When you have spent, £22 ,,on food to have to put up with that. Not exceptable

Never had a problem until tonight raw potatoes as chips take the p**s I mean how hard is it to cook chips put them in a fryer for a few minutes joke ruined my food

Staff where lovely and food was good but we waited what felt like forever for our food and they weren't even busy, was tempted to pop round the back and cook it myself.

Staff here where more interested in chatting to each other and messed up our order and even tried to say i lied until i took him to our table and proved him wrong. Its the principle that i paid for a meal so want to recieve the FULL meal. Wont be so quick to go back.

We visited this kfc while on holiday in Rhyl, the place was very busy and we had to site outside, but we didn’t mind as it was a sunny day, the food was nice, the only slight issue is they forgot my child’s ice cream sundae with her meal so had to go back up to get it after we had sat down.

Restaurant seemed very busy, however the staff remained happy and helpful. Our order was all present and correct. Lovely end to a day at the beach.

Slow wow these guy’s are like sloths. One person in the queue had waited over 30 minutes apparently. We waited over 20 minutes for ours. However I must say the young man on counter was VERY helpful. Edit…. Yes it was slow but for the first time EVER we had a problem with our mean and it was rectified with absolutely no issue at all. Changed from 3* to 5*

Stood at the till for 10 minutes, ask the only two members of staff working if anybody can come and serve me only to get ignored so i asked again and they both looked at me like I was one of there parents who just told them to clean there bedrooms, but know chance of them doing any cleaning, the place was a very dirty with old chicken just dropped everywhere and the staffs uniforms were on another level of dirty🤢🤮 safe to say I won't be going back. 0 star rating needs to be available for the places like this

Was a very nice kfc and better than some of our local ones. You had to wait a lengthy amount of time but despite that the food made up for it!

Order was wrong when we got it, they did make right, but with little enthusiasm. Tables were dirty had to ask for them to be cleaned.
