Domino's Pizza - Portsmouth - Milton in Portsmouth

Ordered on the app. Arrived early and it was on their screen they ignored me for 15 mins until I asked and then said it didn’t come through their system even though when I arrived my name was on the screen. Very unhappy with this unprofessional atmosphere. While waiting I noticed they nearly dropped a pizza out the oven too as it was sliding down the side. Not very observant people.

Ordered a deal with two medium pizzas, chicken strippers, and doughballs. The doughballs never came, the chicken strippers were definitely already eaten by someone else prior to arrival, and the pizza was subpar. When I called to address the issue the call handler was very rude, not to mention that non of my issues got dealt with. Worst Dominos in Portsmouth by far.

Extremely poor behaviour, rude staff especially the call handler.Website doesn't by default fit an order into a deal .Will refrain from using Domino pizza in future

The food really wasn't very nice. I ordered a small pizza. It was very greasy and had very little taste. I also ordered some chips/fries. These were the worst chips/fries I have ever had. The outsides were cooked but the insides were cold and powdery.

Useless. Always forgetting items in the delivery and then take ages to send them. Have been double charged by accident before and never received refund.

Absolutely disgusting 😤 pizza was not even cooked properly taste like dough 😒 topping was just falling off. Worst pizza iv ever had. I rang to complain the manager told me I will have to collect if I wanted a new one. Iv spent £30 I also paid for delivery so why would I collect.

Great service great fresh food staff always friendly

Ordered just under £30 of food for collection. When I arrived I was told 3 mins. After 3 mins it wAs clear that the oven had stopped working. I was told that my refund would be credit to my card in 5 working days. It has been over a month now and still no refund. Twice I’ve been into the store and twice I have emailed customer service. Won’t use the thieves again.

Absolute slop, after decades in business they can't even make an acceptable product. Shouldn't be allowed to call it pizza. If you slap mince meat between 2 slices of bread is it a burger? Why is Hudson back? Have these franchisees and domino's as a whole not learnt yet that he is a waste of space, can't make a pizza, completely lazy and unprofessional.

best pizzas but i think it’s a little too expensive just for pizza and delivery is £3-£5 for it to be delivered around the corner

Good place for different verities Pizzas 🍕 with in few minutes... they had only take away....their is no eat in....

No wonder why this is the worst dominos in Portsmouth. They gave me these burnt nachos with couple pieces of burnt chicken for 6.99£.

Didn't went inside....stayed outside and order because I was lil lazy lol to move out the car....but the pizza was delicious And how can I forgot....it was but one get and get a box free

Earlier than ordered for...cold... part of order missing? A blip they said. Can deliver remainder of you order in 45 mins...REALLY....cold already and its been delivered earlier than asked for!! Run by blips...cooked by blips

No sauce, asked for extra sauce and got no sauce, if I’d wanted cheese on bread I could have done it myself.

Pizzas were good but wish that I had choice to pay by cash.

The worst dominos ever! Apparently Cory was the only one in store so didn’t real want to serve us as he was busy. Me as the customer, that’s not really my problem, as I would expect good service from a Franchised store. Really disappointed I wish I had read the reviews for this store before going there and spending my money

Absolute disgrace. Hawaiian pizza is devoid of pineapple and ham. Absolute joke. Shame on you PJ.

Absolutely atrocious service. Every time I go there to pick my order, the man serving me has a very ‘Im important’ personality, I dont mind, but when it comes to service it should be the other way round. Not acknowledging your customer when their stood right in front of you waiting to order and then you speak and they show you their hand and telling ‘I’ll be with you in a sec’ while they press buttons on the tills (he was not even on his phone). Time and time again its always they same service. Such a shame.

It's a misunderstanding, this pizza for 17 pounds, if I had known that it would be so bad, I would have gone to a local bakery and bought it for 1.5 pounds and baked it in the oven, it's a disaster.

Don’t bother to order from this place because they are unprofessional

Had a terrible experience ordering from here. Rang up literally 20 seconds after ordering to amend a mistake, guy on the phone was obviously having a bad night and started to vent on the phone about having too many orders, not enough staff and not enough drivers and my order would take an extra 45 minutes, I said if that’s the case cancel my order and refund me the money, I told him It is not your customers fault that you have staffing issues, he told me I had a stinking attitude and hung up on me. Pizza was still sent out rather than refunded?? Avoid this dominos for sure.

Beey poor pizza today. All the topping and the cheese. Would come of on first bit. So complained , and the manager gave me a full refund back. Shame as its normally good at dominos

There is a new champion. This new Southsea Domino's in Rodney Road is exceptional. I'd avoided using them as really loved the quality of the store in Fratton. However gave this store a try last time and was stunned just how good the food quality was. Wanted to see if it was repeated and boy was it again today. Food piping hot, sides cooked beautifully and pizza just gorgeous. Don't delay like I did. Really glad these guys made a fool of my hesitation... Top notch.

I loved the taste of pizzas they made and very friendly service.
