Domino's Pizza - Newport Pagnell in Milton Keynes

Always fresh, always tasty. I was, however, stood at the counter for five minutes only to be ignored by everyone. Star off for customer service

They don't deliver door to door to flats/apartments.

Very helpful and friendly staff, ate in and a worker came out and gave me napkins and more sauce, was very thoughtful, would 100% go back!

I had barely any sauce, I asked for small amount of cheese it was thick with cheese (possibly to hide lack of sauce) but I could put up with that if the staff member I dealt with had been friendly...he was rude in his mannerisms, interrupts before you've finished saying what you want and makes you feel really uncomfortable. Its like your asking him to do something he really doesn't want to do. Needles to say I won't go back to Newport Pagnell dominos

Usually love dominos from this store but unfortunately today was a little bit of a let down on the driver front. We waited over an hour and a half for our food to be delivered… we checked to see where the driver was and could see they were at another address, we assumed maybe delivering another order. However the address he was at was only 2 minutes from mine. A further 20 minutes passed and the driver still hadn’t moved. So my partner called the store to query what was going on where we were helped by one of the colleagues, they attempted to call the driver with no response… we were told to check again and notify them of any updates in regards to weather the driver had moved. We then checked again to see the driver was finally on his way! By the time he got to the door there wes no apology made nor a reason as so why it took so long. Not only that but when eating the pizza we realsised it was fairly cold. This is not the most ideal service. There needs to be a better tracking system for customers to see their drivers or a number for the driver so that they can be contacted. Not happy with this service.

Daler my delivery driver was excellent, late night but with a smile on his face, came very quickly with food perfectly warm. Thanks Daler 👍👍

I ordered a shared takeaway on 10/11/23 and my part of the order was the chicken fajita quesadilla Literally had no chicken in it at all and was labelled incorrectly on arrival. The shared pizza was made correctly at least. Was a waste of money.

Don't take cash!. So if you happen to be poor, or a recent migrant to UK, and you don't have, or can't get, a bank account, and a debit or credit card, they will discriminate against you. Welcome to dystopia Britain where bankers decide whether or not you can have a Domino's pizza. By the way, I have several debit and credit cards, but I also have principals, so I walked out pizzaless 😟

I always go back to this Dominoes, in the last year especially. Thank you for the food, sos and consistency. Most deliveries i received came within 20 mins, and the pizza is always the same good standard. Few dodgy slices here and there but thank you

Pizza was good cooked just right. Only thing waa when opened it looked like someone had sat on the box !!! Toppings and cheese stuck to the lid. Next time I will mention it before they delver. Otherwise good.

Was told 15 minutes so went In 10 mins to collect! Got home and it was cold and under cooked! I know electric is expensive but you need to turn your ovens up. Papa John’s for me next time.

I have always had nothing but trouble with this dominos. I live up steps & the people who deliver (one lady to be specific) always makes it known how much she hates delivering to me. I stopped ordering. But yesterday a dominos delivery came to my door and they were very unpleasant to be even tho I DIDNT ORDER FROM THEM. He was extremely rude, even tho I didn’t order. I helped him find the place he needed to go to & with no thank you and no apology. The worst dominos, actually the worst anything I have ever dealt with. Rude drivers, rude people & have forgotten multiple products I ordered in the past also. Don’t waste your money. For the money you spend. It’s atrocious

You can get something fantastic to eat at any time

Absolutely shocking. Food ordered for 10/15 minutes collection. 45 minutes later one cold pizza, told other still being cooked. - which wasn’t the case it had been give to someone else. Food was cold by the time I got home. The second pizza ended up being wrong order and put straight in the bin - also cold.

Chose Dominos as i wanted fast food, been waiting 90 mins and still not here, on a wednesday. 2nd time its happened.

We waited nearly an hour for our food. We walked into dominos and it was empty, no customers and the staff weren’t busy at all. When we asked where our pizza was they said they forgot our order but didn’t apologise for it and so we went to the shop and came back then asked again and this time they forgot to put it in the oven. How does that even happen. Others had also walked in after us and gotten their order before us, this is highly unprofessional and unorganised. It is so bad I wanna give you a 0 but that’s not possible so I give you a one.

The app said my pizza had been delivered when it hadn't, so I waited 10 minutes and still no pizza, so tried calling the store 10 times and nobody would pick up, then finally my pizza got delivered 30 minutes after the app had said it was delivered and to top it off my garlic pizza bread had no cheese on it whatsoever. Terrible service would not recommend

Just went in to get walk in collection deal and ask if they could only top half because the other half was for a vegetarian and they refused. They actually refused to sell a pizza, throwing away business I suppose

Worse than Domino's is London. Small pizza, tastes bad, there is something wrong with the dough they use - they either use old dried dough or frozen pizza base. This is not the same Domino's we were so used to in London. We will never buy from this place again.

Confused did order via dominoes Newport pagnall to collect only to have to go to oldbrooke

Very upset. Clearly stated on the door that when you order for collection to wait outside. There were things piled Infront of the door and when I went to open one it was locked. 8 members of staff that all saw me attempt to open the door then stand outside for 15 minutes while my food was being cold before one bothered to come and tell me to come in (the other door was open) my food was not kept in a warm place and when I went to tell the lady who handed me the food about what it said on the door and that I waited for at least ten minutes she said okay and walked away. Ridiculous service. Food was colder than I was.

Absolutely shocking pizza! I've ordered from them on a few occasions as it's the only pizza company that delivers to me, but no more. The pizza always turns up nearly an hr after order and it's always cold so have to put it in the oven. Don't order from the place! It's a waste of money.

Pretty standard dominos! Delivery either spot on or terrible (generally the former).

Horrible staff they didnt get my name down then asked me what it is when i came back. That then took more than half an hour to solve

Got the order wrong and over charged for the service too, unfortunately didn't relealise this until after we had left and was then unable to take back or call.

Ordered and paid for a pizza at 01:50, still in prep stage at 02:40 and have been cut off several times when calling. Boo! 👎

This is the worst Dominoes in existence and it gave me food poisoning. Firstly an order from here to Stantonbury does not take 40 minutes, so right off the bat the food is cold. The chicken strips I ordered were undercooked and chewy, I didn't think it was possible for chicken to feel like beef but somehow this shop pulls it off. The garlic bread is one big slice of garlic bread and three small ones of nothing but dry dough. Lastly the pizza was an absolute car crash, there were slices on top of slices and it was dripping in grease despite having only single cheese and single source. The only good thing about my order was the sealed Fanta. This is my local store and this experience is very much a reflective of my standard experience here, the only difference is this time it gave me food poisoning and now it feels like I'm dying.

We have ordered pizza from Newport Pagnell on 3 occasions and every single time it was disgusting! As Dominos employee I say it out loud - this shop is the worst. I prefer to order pizza somewhere else and collect it instead of having it from Newport Pagnell.

Customer service wasn't great, he was miserable and shouted my name when I was the only customer in the building, I was 4ft away from the counter. Food was as expected for domino's

Delivery is so slow from here to Great Linford - suspect there might of been multiple drops before me, so I decided to try a pickup. It was fine apart from the staff completely blanked me for about a minute after I walked in as they were concentrating on their computer scree, I guess. Just a nod to let me know I exist would be nice. Otherwise it's a bright, sparkling clean looking place.

Average Pizza with poor service. Guy serving us had no interpersonal skills and a filthy apron on. 2 of us ended up with a very poorly tummy during the night so I don't think the hygiene is all it should be.

Rubbish service ordered two pizzas one came with absolutely no toppings, phoned up and they said they would send a replacement if I gave the one with no toppings back, two hours later still no replacement pizza (I couldn't eat the other one as we were supposed to return it.)When we phoned to question this they said the pizza hadn't even been done! Also the garlic pizza bread came with no cheese and we barely got offered a refund! Will not be ordering from here again.

Awful experience, pizzas were ordered and came quickly as can be expected, under an hour on a Friday night, however one pizza was completely wrong however the sticker was right so it had been made wrong and I hadn't received someone else's. I phoned up and spoke about this and I was told a replacement would be sent out and arrive within an hour to an hour and three quarters. The garlic pizza bread I also ordered had no cheese on either however I was couldn't care enough to mention this at this point. Two and a half hours after calling about the incorrect pizza and after 10 attempts to phone the store with no answer I finally got through to which I was met by someone saying it was put down that I wanted a free pizza next time which was completely contradictory to the conversation I had with the previous person. Finally it was agreed I would receive a refund, however this wasn't clear if it would be a full refund or not I guess I will see when it comes through in the next few days.

Terrible Experience! I ordered though the app which worked great, after an hour and 20 minutes the app told me my food had been delivered. I called the store as nothing had arrived. After several calls to the store I received my order and found my pizza had toppings missing. The manager confused me with another customer twice so clearly I was not the only dissatisfied customer calling the store. Safe to say I will not be using Dominos again.

I quite like Dominos pizzas, not as Italian Pizza but I think of it as a different food. Having said that the service here is good, I haven't used their delivery service as I normally collect.

Extremely poor. £12.99 for a thin crust.. and also thin on the topping. Never again Dominos, absolute rip off!

Update on this DO NOT use Newport dominoes, there was no note on the system and the manager would not honour what we had agreed, he was rude and said it was not his problem. Will not order order again from them. Whilst order arrived quickly but pizza was not cooked at all. Garlic pizza bread had very little cheese. When called a solution was agreed for a free pizza next time but very reluctant to order again.

Missed the old full house pizza
