Lazy staff my food was missing toppings and they don't take responsibility.

Disrespectful staff I ordered thin crust they game me deep pan and refuse to change

Standards have really dropped at all dominos. Lack of sauce and dry areas on the pizza. The garlic bread is also hit and miss at times.

If i coud give 0 stars ,i would do it for sure!very rude staff,not first time i call them to find out how long for my order.i explained them in the app it says 20 min ,but is been more then 45 min since i placed the order and is still prepping. Really rude people and for the head office ,they should be more aware of what is happening in the shops and change the timings for both ,collection and delivery.

I wish I can give less than 1 star. I ordered vegi supereme with no tomatoes and add chillies but what I got! I got with tomatoes and jalapeños instead of chillies. When I called hendon store they was literally like rude. They said we don’t have chillies. Guys I’ll add picture of my pizza you alk can see. It’s literally shame

Is the second time when I am paying for a large pizza and also asking for a large size and I am receiving a medium one. The first time I thought it was a mistake, but the second one for sure it wasn’t. So either the stuff is incapable or they are doing it on purpose.

The staff at this branch have no customer service skills, its like walking into a mortuary. No wonder you work in a pizza shop!!! I mean how hard can it be, clearly challenging. Pathetic behaviour!

I place a order for collection this evening, can’t really go wrong with pizza !! Tasty as always and it was good to see staff actually happy ! (Normally nobody be talking to each other and the place be dead silent)

I just want to say that about who pick up th phone is not nice with customer and always Talking angrily if we didn’t call and order you should close the business please who answer the phone be nice with customer.

Had my first ever piping hot pizza from Domino's after ordering in store & collecting and the difference in taste was incredible. Fast Friendly service & exceptionally clean. My server informed me clearly of the offers available for the lunchtime period. Collection temperature is defo tastier than delivery temperature.

Ordered 3 large pizzas, one of them was missing one piece. Please feed your delivery drivers so they won't steal from your customers.

In and out in 10-15min for medium pizza

I had placed an order for myself and was very impressed with how quick it got to me. A really polite friendly guy known as "The Knowledge" came with a brilliant attitude so much so I then felt terrible as I had no cash here to tip him. It was no phase to Daniel though, I wish all delivery drivers were like him. Thanks again for a prompt pleasant experience 😉

One evening last week, I ordered a pizza with potato wedges and original coke deal, the guy on the photo took my order, relayed price as well as my details, then realised there were no original coka cola to give. I asked if I could have extra wedges, of which after speaking to manager. I wasn't allowed to have. I did not get my refund for my drink no,nthatcsbe.askehmanager

Great staff, very helpful and friendly especially Elena the manager! Tasty pizza at reasonable prices and open until good hours. New electric bikes great for not waking up all the neighbours at night!

I was served by elena and there was no geetings at all . She was very rude she didn’t even let me finish talking and interrupted throughout conversation.

Always is relatively quick and tastes good.

First off, the dominos own delivery driver delivers a pizza that's been carried on its side, so all the cheese and toppings pooled up on one side of the box and none left on the pizza. Your own drivers don't know how to handle a pizza? . Pizza itself was poor. Base undercooked and EVERY TIME you order a BBQ base it's slathered in so much bbq sauce you can't taste anything else. I asked you to replace the tomato sauce with bbq, not bloody drown the pizza in it. Used to love dominos, but after the 4th bad experience I think I'm done. Not doing this again.

Ordered a takeaway. The pizza didn't have the pizza saver and the top of the box just collapsed into the pizza and was stuck. Average tasting pizza, vegetables were over cooked and or they weren't fresh. Wouldn't rush to order again. Overly priced for what you get.

Very clean and convenient place. They serve big meals and for reasonable rates. We loved the food very much and the staff members were super personal and explanatory. Will definitely recommend this place.

Excellent customer services. I had some issues regarding topping on my veg sizzle pizza and they responded promptly by sending a replacement immediately.

The delivery drivers is not following the Covid 19 protocol and when I complained to the pizza shop which I ordered the pizza they didn't care less and their answer was if you don't like we cancel the order No pizza

Incapable of picking up telephone. Put me on hold then abandoned the call. Got my pizza wrong - I asked for only two toppings. App has wrong prices listed for collection.

The quality isn’t getting better. The pizza I got today was very thin. It was also burnt. The garlic bread is also not as excellent as it used to be. This is the second time I’ve had this issue this month and I’m not pleased.

I have ordered last Friday from them, they did not deliver the entire order I called the store to ask for a refund and i was quite understanding that mistakes can happen, no biggy But the employee said just ok and hanged up i emailed them to remind them and heard nothing from them since That my friends is called STEALING!!! Domino's pizza please remember that we all are in the same system, we all work hard for our money. If you need help, you could of asked me and i would have probably helped, from the little that i have But please do not steal from your customers!!!!!!!

I go to this shop at least once a week. Stuff and manager are nice and friendly and I always have a laugh with them waiting for the food. Today I got the wrapzz (Tandori hot wrap), it was very nice!!!

Really friendly and polite staff and makes a fantastic Cheeseburger Pizza. The lady who took my order and Beatrice was very nice and very skilled in swinging that dough lol

Overall not bad. Ordered 2 pizzas, called them after 50 min and they said driver just left. After another 20 min received the text confirmed the driver left towards me. So basically after 1h20min still not received my pizza. The funny thing is nobody is doing nothing. :(

The worst dominos pizza in North London. Bad customer service. They forget half of the items in deliveries, food is often cold and soggy. Thanks but no thanks. There won’t be a next time.

I mean dominoes is pretty similar no matter where you go but obviously it's not real Italian style pizza it's an American take on pizza but if you like Domino's somewhere else then obviously you probably like it as well

Ordered doe balls although had to wait over five mins to place an order then they were really oily.

Ordered a pizza today that did not arrive - called the branch twice and was told that it was on its way. Asked that the delivery driver contact us if he was unable to find the location. Nobody called. Absolutely horrendous service

Don’t bother ordering from here. Ordered a pizza for delivery, an hour and a half later it still hadn’t arrived. Tried to call 7 times and each time they hung up on me. Ended up going to dominos itself, the pizza hadn’t even been cooked, workers there weren’t even apologetic and said they would cook it for me then and there, I asked for my money back. I highly discourage anyone from ordering here the service is abysmal. Go to the KFC around the corner, the service is much quicker.

Placed an order at 430 after two hours wait called branch they said food will be with me in about 20 min. After an hour tried to ring branch again 36 times and no answer . When finally got through been advised my food will be with me soon at 20:15 didn’t hear from them

Pre-ordered my order for 10pm and has been on quality check at the time of writing this review at 12:01. Absolute disgrace. Can't call them as they don't pick up and no head office to call either, so can't even cancel the order.

Absolute shambles.. nobody here had a clue what was going on.. I was notifified that it was ready to collect so turned up to be told that it would be 1 min... 15 mins later I get told they are waiting for one more pizza that hadn't even gone in the oven yet!! Then they tried to give me the wrong order and 10 mins later we finally get it sorted.. avoid this place, it's worth going to one further away!!

Ive given this place 3 chances and every single time these got my order wrong blamed me and then been extremely disrespectful when i pick up my food. i never want to order from the hendon central station branch again. please Dominoes fix this branch.

I ordered a pizza and waited a hour not here phoned the store to be told its ready at the store but due to champions league football and short staff i need to wait a second hour or cancel the order i got put on hold for 5 minutes no response i hung up phone rung and rung so used a different phone and they answered straight away they were still trying to take orders allow they could not provide the service to top off that i payed throw paypal to here i have to wait 7 days for a refund to be processed for a order i did not get no one apologised terrible service terrible pizza im never ordering from here again i would pappa John. Or pizza hut so unhappy can't even complain to head office

Yesterday I've ordered a delivery before 8 o'clock in the evening , I was told the waiting time would have been half-hour, after calling them 3 times I finally got the pizzas delivered at half past 9 !!! The driver couldn't speak English , he didn't have a clou where I was , bearing in mind I'm litterally 200 yards away from the shop !!! Result was a stone's cold pizzas , shocking customer service , never again !!!

Ordered 2 pizzas, requested no sweetcorn on one of them. It took about an hour for the food to arrive, one pizza was completely burnt and the other one had sweet corn. It’s funny cause on the box it clearly stated “no sweet corn” and while we were tracking our order, “quality check” took about 10 minutes.

I placed an order buy one get one free on Tuesday and they send only one pizza.i called to store and the guy said we can’t send you any more pizza.was rude and the worse ever costumer service I’ve seen.not gonna order any more.

Good pizza but it used to be much better (especially Pizza Romana - they changed recipe). They used to have amazing subs. Still very decent quality. Just make sure they have properly recorded your order. Every now and then they tend to loose your order or mess it up completely. And remember to that you can choose your pizza crust (classic, italian thin or doubledecker and others). They do offer delivery and you can also order online and pay by PayPal.

Tasty pizza however the girl at front desk is completely unprofessional. Rude, arrogant, messy. Pizza - it's a roulette sometimes delicious sometimes horrible. Try Golders Green store instead

Worst customer service, only dominos to not put cheese on top of the toppings. When I complained they were so rude and the girl on the desk mocked me to her colleagues in front of me! They do not wear gloves when applying toppings to pizza. Worst branch would never use again not recommended!Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

They always keep me waiting for ages before my order! Today I ordered a thin crust pizza - what I got was a burnt wafer with cheese!!! I called up to complain, instead of him saying sorry madam we can send you another pizza, he was sooo rude!!! Wth

If you have any experience about Italian pizza I can say the pizza at Hendon Central area is very bad quality and you could become sick when you eat it, and when you start to complaint to thief manager he will ignor the customer with out any apologies, therefore I recommend the customers not to buy from this store as they make a rubbish pizza which can make you very sick.They also don't understand English well enough to keep the customers happy.

Great pizzas, been ordering deliveries from this place for about three years. Pizza might take a bit longer to reach you on busy times, especially during weekends. Drivers are 9/10 times very polite, and with their 2forTuesday deals they're coming over quite often. It's a very busy branch, so you'll probably get a tad better service at Golders Green.

Really quick delivery! Good pizzas can be quite expensive if they don't have any good deals on!

Well they're now not delivering to my address , I stopped using them at a previous address because of this . Lazy company so back to using just eat it is !
