Domino's Pizza London - Ealing Common in Ealing

Tried to order pizzas on line .tried to track the status only to find it was being prepared for nearly 2 hour please it's not Marco Pierre White it's a bloody pizza . After 3 attempts via the telephone I was told they were extremely busy and it would be at least another hour. I cancelled as I think it's unacceptable that a pizza can take 2 hours. Before it's even delivered. Oh and they got their money upfront but I am expected to wait 5 working days in reality that will be 7 as it's the weekend. Insult to injury and a spoilt evening with no dinner. Thanks. The moral of the experience is if you want fast food it's better to cook it yourself .

I’ve ordered here 3 times in the last 2 weeks due to a kitchen refurb. It must really depend on who makes the pizza. First time ordered absolute banger, no hotdog slices on pizza. 2nd, double sausage, 2 sausage slices on each piece, double cheese, absolutely flooded with cheese. 3rd time, double sausage 4 sausage slices on each slice, double cheese, hardly any. Odd. I’d assume a business like dominoes would have all their costs worked out and what should be applied as a double etc. Obviously not when one staff member is stacking on the cheese and the other is merely sprinkling it. Need to check your business model sir, and train your staff so pizzas are somewhat uniform, if you want to accurately predict your costs.

First delivery guy was very nice, great customer service. Food wise, first the cookies were so good! Never had them before but i love them. Potato wedges were good. My partner's pizza was good, mine was good but a little overdone. Still better than the local pizza place on Gunnersbury Lane that lie on their review responses.

Awful service , I really want my money back !! Feel completely ripped off ! Where’s my food ? The annoying thing is if you go to the website it’s impossible to find the complaint section !! I like the pizzas but the service is dreadful and somebody needs to look at this business model !! Awful

One of my favourite places to get takeaway. Never disappoints and always friendly staff. Next to service station so able to park.

Very unprofessional and time wasters, Mr Hassan Habib the manager is very rude.placed an order for delivery the order did not arrive for nearly one hour and when I called they advise that some one will be intouch to confirm the order. What a unprofessional service. Highly not recommend.

I dont think ill eat from this Dominos again. The delivery time was terrible too Just cook your own PIZZA

Homemade pizza is now the one for me, i used to use Dominos a lot and then i got their recipe from the internet and now i make my own!

Ordered delivery took nearly 2 hours.they took my money and didn't tell me the wait time.Ridiculous.

Food ok. Overcharged though due to an error with the online ordering system. Said they would refund the difference but never did which is just disorganised at best and dishonest at worst. I will not be reordering.

What do you expect from Dominos. The first girl who was new did charge me accurately but her boss did explain some offers which knocked about £20 of the bill. We all learned something, me included. Then they did cock up the order and forgot to do my Pizza. But we're apologetic and gave us a free drink to apologise without being asked. We would use it again.

I am not sure what make one location of a large chain noticeably better than another. Isn't standardization the whole point? However, the guys here are always cheerful and pleasant and the food comes fast. So, I'll give them 4 stars for effort.
