Domino's Pizza - Leicester - Wigston in Oadby and Wigston

Visited on the 2nd May. I am a Londoner and was exploring Leicester. Amazing service; especially from one gentleman, who recommended me and my dad which pizza to get! Make sure he gets the recognition he deserves:)

Just ordered a £45 delivery and they’ve cancelled my order and not given the money back. They are now refusing to answer the phone. I’ve gone to sleep hungry

For the first time I am dissatisfied with an order! The pizza arrived cold after over an hour, not as ordered... the large dip was also different. Something broke.

Ordered two pizzas, one of them was smaller than I paid for, the other was burned. I’ve called them and sent pictures, the guy who made pizza lied that he will call in few minutes, obviously he didn’t.

Staff were friendly having pushed pick-up time back due to heavy traffic. Food was ready upon arrival, could have been hotter but put this down to changing the collection time on a Friday evening. Got what we expected from a dominoes, nothing more, nothing less.

Got better since our last collection. Food hot and ready when they said it would be. Had the offer of 2 large pizza for 23.99. Just what we needed after a busy week 👍🏻

I had collections 2 times and both of there cheese were a little amount that I could say there wasn’t any and it had less topping then we ordered.I’m not going to come again!

Lacked cheese and was very dry at the back of the pizza in other words the crust and I thought as in was physically expecting to physically see an pizza of what it looked like in the pictures but disappointingly unfortunately and sadly it looked nothing like it the cheese when I bit into it came off too easily in other words just by looking at it I felt like it lacked cheese and when I physically bit into the pizzas the cheese and pepperoni seemed to be coming off the pizza to easily 😔😔😔😔 how unfortunate is that I was expecting it to be more cheesier and greasier but no they were big which is the only good thing I can say about this place but other than that it was dry and lacked cheese and grease also I didn’t order chips from here considering the only chips they do is wedgies , so those are the things I’m disappointed about with this place/shop

Ordered two pizzas and they was so dry it was like eating cheese on toast! Had better frozen ones!

Great place , went here for some pizza with my girlfriend, fantastic service and the garlic bread pizza was just incredible, Keep up the good work!

Tried ordering pizza and delivery. Only to find out they don't deliver to my area 1 Mile away from there location despite advertised that they deliver. Pretty poor

Placed order with blaby, rang to say closing and il be refunded and to reorder from wigston. Annoying as already waited ages, but placed order again. It took over an hour to be delivered which is well beyond what's expected. However on complaining via email, I was dealt with in a professional manner and offered goodwill. Its when things go wrong you find out what a company is really like. Thanks.

Missing items and food wasn't very hot. Tried to ring the store but the call kept getting cut off before I could speak to anyone. Edit: Online support offered a refund for the missing item. They made no mention of the luke warm meal. Just that they have "high standards".

Delivery driver blocking road on a cal de sac and asked me reverse out. Why didn't he park appropriately as there was parking available right where he'd blocked the road. Management? Training? Use your mind?

Delivery never turned up, will follow up when they answer in the morning gutted

Please do not order from this store if you are disabled , living in a flat. They won’t bring it to your doorstep. They use covid excuse not to enter the building. Domino’s it is discriminatory to people with disabilities that can’t come out

Got my order wrong then were dismissive when I told them this.

Ordered pizza's they all came crushed stuck to the top of the box. Last time we ordered a garlic pizza they brought a garlic sauce. According to the manager its my fault, I have no proof, its a bit unfortunate as I took pictures of the pizza toppings stuck to the lid and the dent. Oh! Manager just argues. 'Sorry 'would suffice bit of customer service, ask for me next time and I will put things right!.

Well turned out food, and nice staff

Bad experience. One hour waiting for the order and not coming. Called them and they say we can't find your address.In the website you can find the address. Very disappointed

Wigston Dominos is the most useless pizza place I have ever been too, we have been 3 weeks on the trot and every time we visit to collect, they cannot find our order or it is wrong.. absolute shambles of a place...

Pre order the food and they still cant deliver it on time, useless

Lots of seating, can order your pizza then sit in with friends and eat it.

Pizzas vary massively from here, sometimes they are full and juicy and well made and sometimes they are dry of base with very unevenly spread toppings, I had one recently fresh from oven with what felt like refrigerated cold chicken breast on it (not sure if it was frozen and the oven had only defrosted it)

Constantly get our orders wrong.... such a shame that a simple thing like sauce is wrong every single time we order. So ridiculous now.... best order from somewhere else if you want exactly what you order and pay for to turn up!

Local pizzeria who always deliver on time with hot food. Online tracking is great, especially when you've ordered in advance. Think we were missing a bottle of pop from a meal deal once but we realised too late to do anything about it.

Delicious pizza! It was quick and warm in the box. The atmosphere is brilliant and obviously a lot of work goes in to the pizzas.

it was quiet at the time we went in, but the deals are great and despite there being two orders before us it was served surprisingly quick. 5/5 stars

Last time we ate from hear pizza got was cold. When we called up they put us on hold and then cut the phone off. Not a happy customer.

Pizzas are nice but very very expensive and also have hardly any cheese on them. If I'm paying nearly twenty pounds for some bread and cheese I expect it to have plenty on

Ever since I was young, I hated pizza when I was in Glenmere. But in 2014 in the end, after I had pizza and tried the garlic and herb stuffed crust, I now love it!

disappointing. continue to scimp on sauce. my texas barbecue was more like chicken and veg pizza. last time it was only one third texas barbecue two thirds cheese and tomato. i'm getting a little bored of this place

It was awful!!! Will NOT be buying from here again. The receptionist are appallingly rude and ignorant... waited an hour for a pizza that I was told would take 20 minutes. More rude staff... and another 20 minutes later I was finally listened too and told it would be "one minute".... 20 minutes later one cold pizza! Absolutely awful staff and service!!
