Domino's Pizza - Helston in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Ordered a large meat feast pizza Gave us the something different with mushrooms on it ,smell was a bit off got home to realise that they messed it up and ate but couldn’t finish it the taste was off ,different from the one we usually order in London

Awful pizza! Waited 1 hr 45 mins for delivery, had to call shop 3 times..cold, very little cheese, scarce toppings Fries cold,went straight into the bin.!! Will not order from here again !

I drove 20 minutes to collect my pizza, which I'd upgraded for the double decadence crust +3.00 and when I got there they said they'd sent my pizza out for delivery. It has my name on it? And then they proceed to offer me, someone else's pizza which was completely different on a standard crust, and offered a large dip as compensation for the mistake. The large dip doesn't even equate to the crust upgrade? Not to mention the pizza they then gave me was completely wrong and had mushrooms on it which I don't like. Every time I go in there they don't seem to care about customer service at all, and I think it must have changed hands because half the staff have changed also. It's only been since this change that I've had issues with this place

Bloke on the phone is rude, phoned to ask for the rest of my order which didn’t arrive and he said I’ll refund you, I waited and nothing so phoned asking for the refund and he got angry like it was rude of me to ask for money I paid for food I didn’t get. Never got a refund. Pizza also far too salty, about 6 of us were all up at different points in the night chugging water. Wouldn’t bother with this place.

Just has the best Dominos at Flora day working across the road done by Mark. Perfection and a great bunch of staff 👍🏾

First class service on the app,it sooo easy. Parking car be a pain up through the main street. Plenty of room in the bus stop or yellows

Tried to order online but were told they couldn't process it and to call them, we did they couldn't understand what fries were got quite rude and told us to order online and hung up!!

Awful. Out on delivery for 40 minutes. Came cold and stuck to top of box, broken all jn middle, sent back pizza with driver. Rang it through, no pizza and now 23.23 and ordered at 8.40. No refund given. When i rang up lady kept saying 2 minutes 2 minutes. Avoid. Will try get money back tomorrow.

Great pizzas. Good delivery service. Pizzas are hot when delivered.

Ordered from here for ages and recently they have not gotten our order right each time. On this occasion the board had said it was ready but our order wasn’t and by the time we received it the order was completely wrong. It’s like they have changed hands.

Received cold food and very less toppings

Rarely order take away so was a little put off by the negative reviews. Needn't have worried as the food was prepared on time, hot and fresh. The store itself was immaculate and I liked that you can see the pizzas being prepped. Polite staff. What's not to like?

Purchased 2 pizzas online to collect. Waiting times stated 9-14 minutes. Got there slightly late and waited at the checkouts for someone to serve me but even though some.of the staff looked at me, I wasn't acknowledged. I had to verbally asked to be served. Only half my order (one pizza) was fulfilled and the other one quote unquote 'went missing' They made another pizza which then took another 15 minutes to make and it had the wrong toppings on. No sorry, no apologies. My other pizza went cold by the time the second pizza was finally made. I would avoid this if on holiday on visiting lovely helston and the surroundings. If I could give it a 0 I would.

Too many drivers with loud cars and illegal modifications on them. I’ve seen one in a black car drive like a maniac.

Good for domino's as I have been too a couple that aren't great

Quick pizza. Not bad for England and better than some Italian pizzerias. Good garlic bread.

I ordered a pizza online to collect, the service was excellent and the staff are friendly. To say that there was a crowd of youths they were well behaved. I ordered online because I didn't want to wait inside the shop for my pizza to be made. The pizza was tasty and very filling

Quick turnaround on a large family order, consistant quality, friendly and helpful staff who helped with food allergies.

I didn't eat this but kids did and they over it

We went as a family and the pizza was really tasty. We sat in the seated area which was never trying to be a restaurant but was sufficient for my wife and I with 3 kids to eat dinner without any dramas.

Cheese and dough undercooked and inedible. Offered a £5 voucher when I tried to get a refund , not good *edit, I already contacted customer service again and was ignored*

Standard dominos, expensive but quick delivery normally.

Best Domino's ever! After being turned away at Bookoo's (because we had no reservation and they were fully booked) we decided to just grab Domino's instead. Staff were very informative, friendly and polite, and pizzas were so fresh, crispy & delicious. After a bad experience in Domino's in Swindon, I have sworn I would never buy Domino's again, but beggars can't be choosers, hunger lead us to this branch in Helston and I am glad it did. We had a lovely meal, eaten at the restaurant inside, which was very clean. If we are in the area ever again, we will definitely come back. Keep up good work guys ☺️👌

Delivery driver sat outside our house picking his nose before deliveringour order!!! In this pandemic....honestly....rang and Complained and told to comment on their website, so head office will see, not heard anything since. Won't be ordering from them ever again

Email conformation 18.25, now 19.53 have been ringing on 2 phones none stop no answer, no curtesy call to say delay, poor driver that eventually turns up, very, very poor service.

Ordered @19:27, from Helston store, phoned @21:00 as not delivered yet, phone rang off 3 times because no answer, I only live 2 miles, tracker permanently said, we'll let you know when delivery is on it's way, very poor service 😢

Terrible service, pizza never arrived despite 3 phone calls with repeated promises that it was on its way. Gave in waiting after 1 hour 20 minutes and told I would be refunded. Just hoping the refund goes through. Always had good service from other Domino’s stores but not this one!

Ordered on the app as our take away. We got our order very fast as we were on a countdown in waiting for our bus just opposite and receiving the order. Cant say much but we were pleased to receive our pizzas and be able to take the bus as well. Tasted fresh and speedy service.

Usually 5 stars..but tonight asked for extra cheese but it wasn't added...nowhere near as nice as the last one ..which was ladden with extra cheese...bit disappointed tonight.. To quick to deliver...rather wait a bit longer for the pizza I wanted....x X

Poorly trained staff and very unhelpful. I asked whether I could order a pizza at Helston branch and pick up at Pool branch. That was too much for them to handle. Therefore - they lost my business.

Shocking, nasty undercooked soggy pizza.

15 mins over pick up time because they forgot to cook the other pizza-- shop was empty 'sorry about the wait' sound like sorry not sorry to me. Should have gone to the Helston grill

Good food, fairly expensive and staff did not automatically put our order on a deal meaning we were over charged

U give them benefit of the doubt and order again and still they seem unable to actually deliver what u order!! So the delivery chap says he will bring the rest.... 15 mins later turns up with only half of what was missing the first time!! Already paid for online and yet again no answer when try and ring! Useless is one word!! Did manage to get hold of them eventually, and the manager did give a voucher, which is good so they have kind of redemed themselves but I would have liked my pizza with the rest of the order!!

Fresh, fast and at £1.99 for the lunch special you cant go wrong. Also has a good amount of seating if you choose to eat in. Staff and drivers are friendly and efficient, overall it is a good experience.

Ordered online, was helpful in shop however both me and my girlfriend felt awful after eating even a small amount... food was off or something, didn't agree with two different people! Still helpful but again, food wasn't good!

Ordered a pizza at 11am for a 1pm delivery to work, comes to 13:20 so I ring them and ask where my pizza was and they turn around and said they were busy and would be another half an hour, it’s not like they had 2 hours notice to sort the pizza out

Ordered pizza and waited for 45 mins as staff forgot to pur the order forward. Staff was not friendly

No-one seemed like they wanted to serve us when we arrived around 4:50pm. Then after 20 minutes of waiting for our order with my 3yr old children I eventually got someone's attention to ask how long our order would be. They discovered that half our order had been taken by the delivery people by mistake so set about making another pizza for us. After another 15 minutes I asked again.....he then found our new pizza, but this had obviously been cooked but not given straight to us as it was only warm not hot, as well as a little soggy. No real apologies or compensation were offered, and instead I had two hungry fed up three year olds and our 'treat' tea was ruined. A bad end to our previously lovely day. Wouldn't recommend this anyone
