Domino's Pizza - Gillingham - Rainham in Medway

Cold egdes, cold chicken wings, cold pizza.. Awful experience, do not recommend this Domino's..

Customer service is absolutely brilliant here, with a few errors on a previous order they acted on so quickly. Kay who was communicating was so lovely and friendly I just had to mention her customer service as it's brilliant. Lovely pizza ! Thankyou!

Ordered bbq base and was tomato based, woman on the phone was rude about it. No refund and not even an apology for mess up of my order .

I walked in to order pizza the staff dint not listen my requests I reputed 3 x what I wanted he only did 1 pizza when I ask for 2 When u ask for one big bottle of Fanta He though I ask for a can he was judging me Staff looked miserable as ever no one seen to have any motivation Place was dirty for me and my family never again he dint even apologize for making a mistake Not very nice any more

Great Management/Staff.. Always Happy to accommodate. Orders always correct & arrives in good time. They are Expecially careful when preparing the gluten free pizza for us ensuring its safe. Thank you 😊

Always have a great experience here, Manager is super nice and staff always helpful, Mr Pashi always provides a great service and delivers on time. Efficient and reliable work force. Always wash their hands before making a pizza, 5 star for hygiene. Can’t go wrong with them. Tandoori hot best pizza ever. Thanks Mr Pashi

tried to order on the phone but was told that had to order online or through the Domino's app as too many people have been ordering to collect but been cancelling orders after they was made. I can understand this but every other pizza place takes orders over the phone, looks like I will use papa johns instead.. very disappointed as I wanted to order while driving to the shop to save on time after long days work but now will have to wait even longer.

Quick delivery and a satisfying hot pizza: Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the £10 for any medium pizza deal. Came within 30 minutes and was piping hot on arrival.

Food poisoning Avoid: Ordered pizza yesterday and was the only thing that was eaten by myself and my family. We have been really sick today with food poisoning.Will not be coming here again, will stick to the usual Papa Johns.

Got food poisoning from this dominos. Was vomiting and on the toilet for 5 days straight. Had no form of apology. Really terrible.

Branch is not the issue Domino's it's self, Rainham branch was to busy but app wouldn't let me select another branch for delivery even though I'm located between the two. Speaking to Domino's they said they don't over lap areas, Rainham has a larger area than Gillingham to cover and because they were busy they were not taking orders. I ended up up ordering from a different fast food supplier which ruined my promise to my son of treating him to his favourite a Domino's. Looks like they are happy to throw away business. I will think twice before promising a treat

Nearly an hour late I live two roads away cold never use again

Absolutely disgusting food and service from the MANAGER. She was extremely unhelpful. All food turned up cold pizza wasn’t even cut!! When I ring up to complain got told they only had 2 drivers both were in Newington and would be at least an hour for redelivery. Quick enough to take my money but can’t provide the service they offer then get told it will be 5 to 7 days to get my money back. Absolute disgrace maybe they should teach managers how to manage a business properly!!

Went in to domino’s to collect a pizza tonight and I was unimpressed at the way they prepared the food. Imagine we are still in a pandemic and these people are preparing food without gloves, mask, all the men have a long beard and none were covered, the aprons are black and it is their hand towel because it is where they wipe their hands. It was not a good site. The place looks immaculately clean but I am disappointed at the way they prepared the pizza

Quick service although the delivery driver had a problem finding us. I rang the restaurant and the lady said she couldn’t take an order over the phone for gluten free pizza’s it had to be done on line in case of cross contamination which baffled us. The pizzas could of had an extra couple of mins in the oven. Other than that the veggie gluten free was very nice. Didn’t give 5 stars because only the best of the best get that.

Good pizza . Went down to collect Sat in car to wait . They told you an estimated time pizza would be ready but didnt call you over when it was done .

We ordered a special deal; 2 medium pizzas and one of each side and it was really delicious. Took us longer to choose and order than for it arrive, piping hot and yummy. Managed half so reheated pizza for lunch tomorrow! Not had the best experience with delivered pizzas in the past, from other companies but I was impressed. My husband had meat feast and I had cheeseburger, a favourite of my grandson's.

The Dominos app estimated 40 mins wait for delivery so after an hour I called to see how long it would be to be told that there is a 2hr wait! You shouldn't be taking peoples money if you can't fulfill the order. Disgrace.

Food was delivered fast. Hot and delicious. No complaints. Which makes a nice change . Will recommend and use again.

Shocking service oven down and expected to wait a minimum of 2 hours for a pizza. A joke of takeaway. No communication or customer service skills. Suggested people use pizza hut or Papa John's

Only half the order turned up! was told by the shop that it would be 15 minutes! here we are 25 minutes later and still nothing!!! the original order went out for delivery 1 hour ago! so now our food has been sat around for 60 minutes. Disgusted is an understatement. 1 star is being generous

Best place to order pizza. Strive to deliver hot as steam coming out from your food. Bit pricey as of there competitors.

Natcho’s are the best hangover cure! The salsa dip is amazing! I Will be ordering more of that next time !! Pizza looks good, but haven’t tried it yet, but what can really go wrong with a pizza? Great delivery service 👍🏼 Update : ( 15 mins later ) the pizza is very good!

Been here on 2 occasions. The first time I was told 20 minutes and the pizza would be ready and 45 minutes went by and they told me that they had lost my pizza and had to make another one. Then tried again, 20 minutes estimated again and took 50 minutes. Very badly organised. Chatham dominos is much better organised.

15 min to be asked for order, then told 50min until counter orders served. This is not fast food. Went elsewhere.

Quick service, usually a decent quality pizza. Never had any issues as such, parking limited to 4 cars.
