I love dominos pizza they very very nice and pizza is very good. They make the best pizzas Love them very much

I placed an order on the just eat app, and while I received fast delivery... what I ordered was not what was delivered. When I phoned, the order was read back to me however I was told... “oh sorry the pizza ovens are off we can’t fix your order”... absolutely disgusting customer service... this was at the Dumbarton site that we order from often. Whoever I spoke to on the phone had zero customer service skills and didn’t really care that I didn’t get what I ordered as it was 11 pm by the time my order was delivered, the way my complaint was handled was appalling and I have been left unable to eat the pizza delivered, I expect to get what I have paid for..... as should anyone,

I ordered a simple pizza meal, they informed us they had no onions for pizzas. I suggested walk across the car park to Asda, reply we can't we are waiting on an order. We were informed 20 to 30 minutes for delivery, after 45 minutes I called, told it was with the driver. If it's not there in 10 minutes call back. I gave it 15 minutes nothing, I was then informed that the pizza was still in the shop, a driver will get it soon. I asked how long has it been laying there, she replied at least 30 minutes, I said would you eat it, no she replied. I was asked do you want another pizza it will be about 40 minutes. I replied nope and I want be calling them again. First time user, appalling only gave 1 star to write review, but an absolute joke from start to finish. We are now cooking dinner.

My wife and I were looking for some food to order in due to not being able to go out because of illness so due to the time of day we only had Domino’s open near us that deliver. We ordered a pizza each and a combo chicken strippers & potato wedges along with a kickers & potato wedges combo too. The pizzas were both overcooked to the point of it ruining the flavour and the combos were alright but a little cold. The driver did apologise and say they are short of staff but when paying what you do for this place you expect better. Poor quality food, slow delivery and far too expensive for what you get. Won’t be back.

First up when ordering from Dominos you know that you are paying high prices but this is across the board as this is a brand however this restaurant is one my wife and I have ordered from as a delivery over the years and found the consistency is not there. After returning from our holiday we decided we would order this as we had not got food in the flat so we ordered online and waited but when the food arrived the pizzas were not great, the potato wedges were poor and the overall food quality was just awful for the price. Overall this is a restaurant that can offer quality but doesn't do it often enough to make it worth the risk of wasting that much money on food you just end up binning.

Service is always good even when busy. Easy ordering, good choices and offers. Tasty food. Clean shop.

Love the Pizzas out of here and the deals are very good also although a bit expensive the stuff you get is cooked well and delivery great

Stopped in many times on our way to Loch Lomond and enjoyed decent hot food from friendly, helpful staff.

I recently called into Dominos shop in Dumbarton to order a pizza. When I returned to collect I was told they were unable to locate my order and said they believed it had mistakenly been taken away with one of the delivery drivers. As I was unable to wait I cancelled my order and received a refund. I was told at this point, as I often purchased from there that the next time I called in to tell them that I was to receive a couple of pizza's and side order for the mistake which I thought was very decent of them. When I called back the following day and gave them the name of the guy who promised me this they said they could only give me one free pizza. I decided not to take up this offer and felt let down that they could not fulfil the original deal.. Not sure why they made this offer if they didn't intend to carry this out. Anyway, no more domino's visits from me. Very poor customer service I feel.

Staff pleasant. Pizza made fresh. Took about 15 minutes but at least you know it is fresh. Pizza was nice but really the prices are really steep. They do a special offer on one or two days in the week. Buy one get one free or maybe half price I think. That is the time to go.

firstly let me say I go to this Dominos whenever I am travelling that way as a treat on the way home, so I go there and drive near 2 hours to enjoy a Dominos when I arrive home. I have never had any problems before now. recently my partner asked me to pick one up on the way home so I did As I was going in a woman was in front of me with about 8 young boys who i presumed had just finished football and she offered me to go first ( great i thought, this will be quicker now)... oh how i was wrong so i give the man my order and then my card to pay contactless as usual it's failed he said.. ok well i have money so we tried it with the pin... failed again right try this card.... contactless - failed... pin - failed.. type it in like over the phone... failed by this time I'm embarrassed because not only has he turned around and told the young boy to hold my pizza! i feel like he thinks i came in with no money so i'm now angry. so i say i will just phone the bank right here because i have money. the only thing i could think was i had been at my cousins for the weekend and used it more than usual and maybe it had been blocked. So with no remorse or even any care he wonders off to talk to other staff and his boss. while i am waiting on the phone to the bank. i was looking out the window turn back to see him and another couple of guys and his boss all over at the till talking i heard something about disconnecting and won't connect something to do with where it was. then all off a sudden he says its through gives me the card and the receipt and walks off. i was like oh ok... no apology no nothing! totally disgusted at him and i never even thought to get his name! but i don't forget a face :)

Really disappointed see picture below pizza dried out burned waited 30 mins £13.99 not cheap wouldn't have minded if had been edible

Have ordered from here a few times as its my local store. The food is always fresh but they seem to have different chefs as I usually order my favourite and each time its done very differently, sometimes nice, sometimes not so nice. The staff and delivery drivers are always really friendly and always make an effort with customers, but several times they have forgotten something from the order. Once it was ice cream and juice, the other time it was a whole pizza. Driver was really apologetic about it, but i had to wait another 40 mins for the pizza to be brought back. Sometimes the order comes perfectly done, and sometimes I've had a bashed and slighly crispy pizza, so id say this store is hit and miss.

Our order was 36 pound. Waited a hour for 1 medium pizza and a small pizza. 2 boxes chicken wings, cookies, ice cream, a bottle of Coca-Cola. So we got our order and sat down to realise that the drink was missing so phoned the shop and the person on the phone says why have you waited 20 minutes to call us about your drink, we had just got the delivery so what took the driver 20 minutes should of been a 10 minute drive from the town to bellsmyre.. That will explain why my food was cold and my ice cream had melted... We got our drink but no apology for our cold food.. I did email but no reply..

Im not a huge fan of pizza but ended up in here one Saturday afternoon, and i was pleasantly surprised, really nice pizza, perfect amount of topping and the base wasnt to thick. As far as pizzas go its the best ive had! I little bit expensive though.

Yo sólo he probado esta pizza una vez outlet llevar. Digo intentó, pero eso no es bastante preciso. Después de esperar alrededor de 10 minutos para que un miembro del personal para salir de la zona trasera de cocinar, me cansé de esperar y salimos. Yo podía oírles hablando en la parte trasera de la anterior televisión por las noches, pero no podía atraer su atención. Me quejé por correo electrónico a la oficina principal y todavía estoy esperando una respuesta. No sé qué la comida es como así lo siento, no puedo ayudarte.

Although Domino's is very expensive, the food they provide Is always of very high standard. Best pizza about without a doubt. Food always warm and delivery service always fast and lovely staff.

Place is unreal,we've ordered from here maybe 3 times and they've messed the order up every time with the latest being the worst. We ordered via the app and our order was sent to the wrong address somewhere in the Vale (were in Dumbarton) according to the delivery driver there is a street under the same name in the Vale, a poor excuse because he would have had the post code to use for the sat nav

En la última noche de nuestras vacaciones, no queríamos ir en la lluvia, ya que había estado en la mayor parte del día. Me convenció a mi marido en coche para llegar a llevar para llevar de vuelta a nuestro lodge. Nos marca y ordenados en línea. Esto nos permitió hacer nuestra propia pizza, colección y recogida de nuestro tiempo. La aplicación incluso nos dio una cuenta regresiva de cuando era y estaría lista. Estaba listo a tiempo, una pena que la carretera estaba cerrada y tardaron más de lo que se pensaba conseguir la pizza de vuelta! Pero aún así lo disfruté.

This is a great local place to get a take out or home delivery pizza.the pizzas are freshly cooked and have generous toppings. Look out for their special offers which can save a bit of money.The only negative is there is no sit in area for dining

Great pizzas always fresh and hot also love getting a few sides with my pizza as their food is lovely a little dear so don't order as much as I would like. I have had orders that where wrong a few times but have either delivered another pizza straight away or put a free one on my account always a happy customer

Ordered pizza which arrived cut up like someone had butchered it. Had ordered tikka wings which they informed me "has been taken off the menu but website not updated". Apparently they contacted me but no missed calls or voicemail in order to organise supplement so they take it upon themselves to replace with Franks hot wings!!! To top it off chicken wings are dry and could bounce of the wall. seems like everything has been made and left siting for a long period of time. Telephone to discuss and person hangs up! Really disappointed with level of service as a whole. Will not be repeating custom.

Domino's pizza always arrives fresh and hot, I have never not had a bad experience with Domino's. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a pizza, potato wedges and a chocolate melt dessert. Meal took way to long to be delivered and pizza and wedges were bordering cold.Driver could not find our house so delivery was very slow.The whole dominos experience did not impress. Slow delivery, cold food, quality wasn't great. Had to reheat everything. Was this worth almost £20? Nope.. Different choices for us in the future.

Ordered a pizza from the shop tonight. Waited the usual 20 mins as shop was really busy. Ordered both pizza's with light cheese so when I went to pick up and didn't think to check the boxes but after getting home noticed 1 had loads of cheese and was no good so phoned the store and the manager and other member of staff couldn't have been anymore apologetic and helpful and told me they would get another sent out straight away. 10 mins later the pizza turns up roasting hot at the door. Well done domino's Dumbarton. There's loads of companies out there who don't care when it comes to customer service and loads of people moan about bad service. Not many people acknowledge when a company do good!!!!!

Food arrived after 45minutes. Even though it was really late on a weekday ( I live a 5 minutes drive away). It was freezing and undercooked the wedges were that undercooked they could not be eaten same with the chicken strips which tasted like they had been cooked in a microwave. Pizza was ok but had like no toppings. Considering the price (£25) I expected a lot better quality there is loads of competition around that are like half the price for a lot better quality just because a shop has a well known name they think that they can serve crap and get away with it.

ordered a pepperoni pizza with sweet corn. In terms of quality, it was alright but a local chip shop matches the pizza at a far better price.A 10 slice pizza - it wasn't exceptional in taste or really worth the extra expense. Chicken wings were not to my taste and a little bland. Thank goodness for the little pot of dip to spice them up.

went there as we were starving but the choices on the menu were enough to get your taste buds working overtime ordered and quick to deliver will return

there are always gr8 deals on - we have a learge family so the buy 1 get 1 free deal is always popular, we also fight over the garlic mayo dip. When ordering we place our order on-line as you can track your order.

The pizza base was that thin it was nearly transparent £10.99 (£9.99 + £1 for 3 extra dips) well and truly ripped off, I have just had a pizza bought from the local shop and it's was delicious, and was £2, I will not be back to domino's, that's for sure!

FAB offers n they deliver soooo quick, great service and their pizzas never fail - ALWAYS DELISH. would recommend it to anyone and definitely go again

My husband and I have ordered from here on many occasions, when we lived just outside Dumbarton there were 2 times when our pizzas ended up 10 miles in the opposite direction and we ended up getting them free because of inconvenience. We have always requested a spicy dip instead of the usual garlic as hubby likes it, NEVER have they complied. We recently moved to the centre of town and ordered thro the app, I again called the shop and told them of our change of sauce "no bother" we were told, delivery guy away by the time we discovered it was not changed! Yesterday I called to be told they were busy and to call back in 2 hours but no guarantee we would get served, when I explained all previous problems the server (I have his name) said "this is how it is!". Bad customer service Dominos! My advice, order in store and make sure they get it right! Nothing wrong with the food itself, just service!
