Domino's Pizza - Doncaster - Dunscroft in Doncaster

Ordered 3 items, 1 was missing on delivery which was pointed out to the driver who agreed an item was missing and said he would come back with the item. An hour and a half later, nothing. I don’t feel I should have to chase the business for their mistake, I appreciate they might be busy but I also want what I paid for. The food I received was great.

Pizza burnt and you can't get a refund in store 😒

Total lack of customer service. Completely messed up the order, had to remake a pizza left the other under the lights for more than 20 minutes but still expected us to take it. Just plain poor! Never going back and will tell others never to use them.

3 stars for food isn't a critism. Its a take away pizza. Its not fine dining. It is what it is. 3 for atmosphere - I collected a pizza but staff were friendly and efficient.

Decided on collection this afternoon. Extremely busy but the staff were doing their best and were very polite.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS THIS DOMINOS STORE. glitch in the system meant they charged me wrong, I ordered, paid, and then the app said it had been baked and was out for delivery. To be then called and told the order was being cancelled after over 30 mins of waiting for my food. I paid for my food and the order was taken so why has this happened. I’ve emailed many times and spoke to someone called Phoebe who’s as much use as a chocolate fireguard. This was over a week ago and I’ve still not even been refunded. My order should be fulfilled as it was taken and considering you haven’t even refunded me. SCUM BAGS THE LOT OF YOU

The pizza is awful every time now it was only year n half ago you did really nice pizza with plenty of cheese but now you get a soggy pizza with hardly any cheese and just meat and sauce pretty much on the pizzas. I’ll buy again in 2025 maybe you’ll be able to make a pizza then.

It is what suppose to be , a pizza place ,normally they are not very focused on the clients who eat in , but I thing is normal because probably 99% of the pizzas are for eat out or delivery. One observation, they don't have tissues, so , if you want to eat in bring some from home.

Turned up cold never order from dominos pizza again my kids went hungry!

Order cost me £34.00, food was delivered stone cold, driver was a thick useless person who turned up at wrong address wrong location at a farm, he then ignored my calls when i tried to help him, eventually the shop told this driver to ring me and i was then able to give him clear instructions and easy directions yet he still remained incoherent and seemed to blame the customer becoming combative and difficult. When the food turned up he said he has memory issues???? If he had entered my actual street address in the satnav instead of relying on the postcode, he would not have ended up somewhere else. These drivers use no common sense, they dont know the local area and expect everybody to chase around after them... it causes inconvienience a lot of stress and frustration. A vegan icecrream desert costing over £6 was also missed off the delivery.. the resturant wouldnt answer the phone twice when i needed a refund for this.. Poor quality food, poor quality service, customer care non existant. I will mever order from Dunscroft Dominos again.

I ordered the spicy chicken, and the chicken was not spicy. It tasted as if the only seasoning on it was BBQ sauce and BBQ sauce is not spicy.

This is a really great Domino’s Pizza. They also offer a really great deals for a movie night. Would definitely recommend. Keep up the good work people

One of the worst pizzas I've ever had, hardly any sauce , just about cooked , not happy , was that bad didn't even want to phone and complain as it out me right off it.

Ok. Wanted a pizza got a pizza tasted great, delivery was fast. Atmosphere was robotic, as I ordered online

Would rate a 0 star if I could. Pizza was cold, no cheese on the pizza. Phoned to the branch to complain and no-one answered. Called 4 times and still no answer. Took to social media - got the standard response of "We're sorry to hear this, one of our agents will contact you within the next 5 days" - 3 weeks later and no answer! Emailed them a week ago about not getting a response and i've still not heard from them. Appalling food and disgusting customer service

One of the worse Pizzas ever - burnt, dry and totally tasteless- went in the bin - go for TBK - so much better but they were busy - worth the wait - learnt my lesson

Fantastic takeaway and always on time - though shame about the app delays, I always find i have to go into the shop to collect my pizza and it's ready about 5 mins before the app says it is. Nonetheless, great food great staff and always on time!

Absolutely disgusting. The level of customer service was horrendous. I waited for over 2 hours and never recieved my order. When asked where it was I was told it was on its way. Never ever have i experienced anything like it im shocked at the lever of professionalism such poor poor customer service

I tend to make the same order which initially I thought was great value for money - this was actually the result of the member of staff so I was well pleased with the customer service. I order a collect medium pizza with 3 toppings, nothing complicated and I am always polite. However, over the last few orders I think the staff have either had a shortage of cheese or have come to the conclusion that pizza without cheese is the way forward. So something of great value has now gone to something disappointing.....

We order our pizzas rather regular but tonight's feast is the best! Amazing! Compliments to the chef!

Today i tried for the first time domino's pizza and i was surprised, few friends qualified as cheapest and a 'not the best' but ... "mighty meat" on "italian crisp" is awesome and texas bbq on "italian crisp" + hot personalisation is something, (would recommend to replace the sweet souce with something salty !) Thanks Domino's Pizza Dunscroft it was delicious !

Rubbish quality Was 45 minuites late food was cold as ice they gave us the wrong side from what we ordered, its only an 8 minute drive what took so long, food was way too greasy and won't be eating there again, way to overpriced for its quality

Ordered my food last night had a phone for the delivery guy saying we can’t find you even though they have delivered to my address numerous of times when I got it welI, I might as well of ordered a pizza from a takeaway on the high street it was even Italian like I asked for wasn’t even cut right it was a joke and look like someone had just thrown the pizza in the box burnt around the edges not impressed at all, alright to take your money

Quality of the food has improved drastically compared to last year. However, it’s been 3 times now, that mistakes have occurred with my orders. I can’t complain too much (first two times) as I technically got more for my money. But i really do expect my orders to be accurate. Third time, an item or two was missing. Would be great if you guys can double read your checks before leaving the building.

Order a pizza at 7:25 then turned 8pm said it was ready for delivery didn't turn up until 8:50 poor service cold pizza I don't think I'm going to order again this order was with the app so watch out people

Didn’t order, but tell your drivers not to have music blasting out full volume at 10pm when some of us have young children trying to sleep!!!

Really unhappy with pizza tonight cost £45 and didnt enjoy it at all. Chicken didn't taste of anything and there was to much tomatoe on pizza . I am a funeral director so im in front line when it comes to covid and was a little upset that discount is only given to nhs staff . Dont thunk ill be buying fron domino's again

First things first, placed the order delivery was supposed to be around half hour, more than a hour later it turns up, after specifically requesting back door the driver came to the front...corner house though so it's not hard to access back is easier than the front.. This makes headache for me so after I was told it was on its way for longer than 40 mins the food was barely warm, wedges stone cold and NOT Cooked the larger wedges was solid raw potato, the smaller ones a soggy disaster, one pizza was like eating a porcelain plate, actually the base was so well done it was probably stronger than one, and the second pizza undercooked and raw dough below toppings. The chicken kickers was fine warm enough (just) and cooked good, drink ice cold but in the same bag as the supposed to be hot food is kept? Will edit when contacted store as now closed. Will not use this place again, extremely poor quality and service so far. The driver did say his sat nav taking him elsewhere... So use a a-z the street is very old. We don't only have one street name plaque on our road, we have 3 yes 3 and one of them telling you left or right for the numbers. Dissapointed disgusted and feeling ripped off is the correct way to describe out experiences with this outlet

Pizza was lovely. I imagine it would have been even nicer if it was remotely warm. 17 to 27 minutes online guide. Took an hour and a half!

Tried the Dunscroft store on 2 occasions, and has been consistently bad on both occasions. Terrible service and laughable topping quantities. Embarrassment to the franchise.

Not had one for 6.months or more. So can't rate it.

This has to be the worst takeaway I have ever used. I would estimate about 50% of the time there is something wrong or just missing completely. I am now sat waiting for my pizza to be delivered on its own while everyone else tucks into theirs. **"Edit*** I'm sure this take away has had a management overview as we have ordered since and everything was in order. Hopefully they have had training and this wou explain whybeverything has been correct.

Amazing food, only reason 4 star is because they were short staffed and the food came after an hour and a half of ordering instead of 24-30 i Minutes as advertised...

Ordered food at 8.15 pm for mother’s day celebration, paid nearly £40. Phoned numerous times and was told food was out for delivery. Took my money, lied to me numerous times and NEVER DELIVERED ANY FOOD. Ruined my day for me and my family.

Prompt service when ordering delivery through app. As expected the pizza is great. Wedges have come a bit undercooked before. Cherry diet coke substituted for normal diet coke without explanation, assume due to stock.

Quality varies, at times it's very dry and other times it's Great. 4 star from me because I know they can provide great quality pizza when they pull their fingers out.

Order a large pizza and chicken side on 29th april around 550pm, still no food by 720pm. Phoned the dunscroft Dominoes store and was told they were having issues with their drivers. Was told they couldnt give me a time that they could deliver my food but if i wanted to collect it would be around another 1 to 1 and a half hours! Cancelled my order and am now awaiting a refund 😠😠 Would of been nice to let customers know of the driver issues when ordering or stop taking delivery orders on the website. Will stick to local pizza places from now on.

Ordered took 1 hour 24 mins Took 36 mins from when they text to say it’s on the way Only half turned up the other half was cold Then told they would send fresh only the missing stuff turned up

unbelievably bad service once again got my order wrong and missed items off when I called to complain was told they are not giving any more free food out I wasn't asking for free food just what I ordered then told me I'd have to bring the pizza they made wrong back to them to prove it was wrong I had no issues giving it back when they sent the replacement I find it very offensive the way they dealt with my complaint

Unbelievably bad today! Pizzas delivered cold. Pizza box crushed leaving toppings stuck to the lid. Garlic bread missing. Bottle of Coke missing. Cookies burnt. And to top it off, I'm £33 lighter! Bargain. The shop did send out another pizza, garlic bread and a bottle of Coke but by the time it arrived it was too late.

Ordered a pizza at 7:15 and at 9:30 still not arrived so rang the shop which staff stated will be out on next delivery, was delivered at 10 a clock and was only just warm this has happened on a few occasions please be cautious when ordering from this branch

Shocking, order a pizza at 7 o'clock, still not here. Staff promising that it will be with you in 40-50mins, nothing delivered 50mins later. Won't let us cancel the pizza as it has been out for delivery for 40 mins! What a joke. Papa johns here I come

Staff were nice but the Hawaiian pizza had no pineapple and the pizzas were generally not very nice.

Ordered this evening. Our first order from this dominos branch as usually stick to our regular local pizza shop but thought we would try a dominos. Went to collect had to wait for my order despite it already being prepared and on the racks waiting for me. Got home pizza wedges garlic bread nearly cold. My pizza was badly mishaped as if made by a 4 year old. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering again. Worst pizza ive had.

Ordered on line for collection finally got food 20 minutes after the system said it was ready , no apologies or acknowledgement while I was waiting staff oblivious to customers and the cooking times and schedules

Made an order waited over 2 hours, when it finally arrived it was cold. Then to have to repeatedly call to back to complain I was told I'd get a refund of which I still haven't received nearly 4 weeks ago.

Had pizza from dominos the one near Hatfield in Doncaster it out did its self was totaly amazing thank you guys we look forward to next weeks

Great pizza. Always top notch no matter what the toppings and great value whether it's delivered or collected.

They say you can't put a price on good food. Well, Domino's can, and it's a large price at that. I wouldn't mind paying a premium for my pizza if you were paying for quality service as well. My impression of the staff is that they are on minimum wage and even that is paying them too much. They seem to be in the only job that would take them, One girl called Natalie was pleasant enough, but the rest would struggle to get paid to pick up litter. Check who's working before ordering.
