A great place for a trip with children of different ages

Loved it, their service and customer service is amazing.

The pizza was so good that I wenylt there and got pizza for 5 days in a row. On the 5th day, one of the guys recognised me and asked me 'Do you want the usual, sir? Pepperoni Mushroom?' That's when I knew I have a problem and I renewed my gym subscription

I have orderd from here before and I have waited over an hour for it to be delivered. It showed me left shop and then I waited for around 25 minutes to arrive at my house I had a cold pizza delivered to me was not happy won't be ordering from There again !!

The pizza is nice however the prices now are absurd. Order for 3 people nearly 50 quid. Shame as used to be a regular customer.

I am a regular customer here but today am totally upset I felt like I should never buy any pizza from here , there is guy named rupesh who behaved with very cheap mentality I never seen this kind of head weighted guy , He insulted me infront of my 8 yrs old daughter as if am begging for sause . The worst experience I ever had here today . If you behave like this with every customer you will end up with 0 customers remember this . adding my bill also below . As I bought big pizza I asked for sauce and just for this he said don’t beg for sauce.

One day it's 22.99 for 2 large pizza next day 29.99...what a rip off.....do they think we are stupid.......

I had a great experience ordering from Domino's! The website was easy to navigate and placing my order was a breeze. My pizza arrived hot and fresh, and the toppings were generous and delicious. Ordered on behalf of parents, who order regularly from this store. The pizzas delivered are always good, however today's pizzas were excellent. Food was delivered earlier than anticipated, was cooked to perfection, was hot, and toppings were generous and even. Very happy parents, so thank you.

Good pizza for a decent price, i customize mine in the app the way i like it and collect it from their shop which is very convenient for me. Also the staff is very friendly.

Would not accept cash and tried to give me some one elses order. Excellent food but customer service could do with improvement.

Ordered a deal, half was delivered, told the driver who looked confused, phoned told them I was missing half of my order and told the two sides will be delivered in 5-10 mins, delivery came with one side only 😡........

I have ordered Texas barbecue chicken pizza large! When I got home I opened the pizza I was shocked the crust was burned and it was hard to bite bbq sauce was everywhere some place where less and some place was too much, there was black holes either it was over cooked wasn’t made good. Not enough onions the amount was add in pizza was massive like chicken capsicum and sauce nothing else. I didn’t enjoy my pizza I don’t really get large I always go for a meal deal but they stopped doing it.

Utterly useless! Used this dominoes a handful of times and they’ve managed to ‘f’ something up every single time without fail. They’re deliveries are just as bad as their collections. Pizzas are either not delivered (when ordering for delivery) or get sent out to be delivered to another address (when ordered for collection). Absolutely awful. Rubbish customer service to! DO NOT USE!!!

Collection is you want your food hot hot delivery can be a bit hit and miss customer service should be alot better

The food tasted disgusting and there were items missing from the order. The manager was very rude and said they are busy and we never received the missing items or the refund.

Been to this dominos a few times as its local to us and they are rubbish. They are always messing up the order or getting the price wrong. We've just waited for 45 minutes to collect our order cos yet again they missed out 1 pizza. Going to order from holyhead Road in future

The garlic bread was superior to the pizza and that was on offer for £2.99 .how on earth was the pizza worth £20.00 .I should have took a photo but I've seen better for £3.00 from Tesco's..Not impressed.

There was this girl she was very rude to me and my parent we were in the car just minding a own business but in fact we were on of ur customers.The driver was a girl, wearing the dominos uniform she was really rude, no manners nothing.start screaming at out for parking the car. She took the wrong turn and start blaming us that it was our fault. Also we could smell alcohol from her car and she wanted to hit our car and she did and that was outrageous. The other domino worker came out and start saying it was the lady fault but she didn’t listen. She created drama and she looked like she was on drugs. She has discipline to talk to customer’s. The parking was for anyone and she start saying ohh it’s domino’s parking but clearly there was not domino parking though. This is her number plate MLO7EBX she had a silver car. Once again dominos that lady was really rude. We are there local customers and personally we know some worker in dominos who give us respect and we know the manager his name is hardier and we didn’t expect this behaviour for use. GOOD Service. The Manager was a Kind . Only one thing is getting wrong ( if you place a order about 23.00 you doesn't get your Pizza in This address you should travel to Another Address. Is some issues in system which wasn't been fixed . It shows how you can place your order after 23 .00 and get collect before 01.00 but unfortunately you cannot. The brunette Girl is A Manager I cannot remember Her name .But she was a Super B 😉😊. Kind Regards. Aleks

Good pizza, usual Domino's standard etc. If you're collecting, parking can be a be difficult but not the end of the world.

Worst dominos in Coventry. No consistency in their pizza, and most of the time they're made poorly. Uneven sauce distribution and toppings. Base isn't even rolled properly. Look how thick this base is, thought it was a pizza hut delivery. Ask for double cheese, double sauce and this is how the sauce is spread. Honestly go collect from another store from now on.

Most reliable domino’s in Coventry, only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because the pizzas are overpriced, for the quality you get it’s definitely not worth over £15

Very slow service (collection) when I was the only person waiting. The workers looked at me like a piece of dropped tomato. No apology for waiting over 20 extra minutes for a pizza when my other pizza was sat going cold. No idea why they didn’t prepare and cook the two pizzas together. How hard is it?! The taste was good, hence two stars.

Ordered a pizza and it came cold, gave it to my nephew and he ate it but I was not happy with it especially when I rang up to ask what they can do about it because the food came cold and they said nothing because the food has already been ate

The worker's who perparing the pizza is the same worker at the till , dont wash there hands after taking money from customer, some coins fell on the floor and she pick them up put it in till , and straight away making pizza ,didn't even wash her hands

Borderline average. When cooked and constructed to the standard that you usually get from Domino's AND delivered with courtesy and care, their food and service is delicious However,as a previous reviewer pointed out it's rather hit and miss. Possibly due to the rate of staff turnover. That in itself speaks volumes.

The shop has a hit and miss level of service and behaviour. Have used several times now and not had a consistent experience. Expect to wait for any collection order and double double check its in progress and is CORRECT & COMLLETE. Hower when you do get your order worth the wait perhaps nom nom nom :)

Absolutely shocking from dominoes. Delivers it to the wrong house then starts banging my doors and windows like he's the police. Called the store and the staff were rude and unhelpful. Will be taking this matter further.

Rubbish, rubbish, rubbish made an order worked it out at home to the last penny ordered buy 1 get 1 free on pizza on collection added 2 sides should have been £23.97 guy on phone says add a bottle of pop and price would be family deal £21.99 then go to collect and they try to charge £26.99. Ha don't think so nice try Domino's I get up to early to be mugged off!!!

2x large pizzas and 2x boxes of hot wings with the Frank's hot sauce. No dips given! No gralic dip and no franks hot sauce toppings on pizzas missing. Disgusted with this place and their attitude.

Took over an hour to order on line before being thrown off the site. I was going to give up completely but my son ordered from his app. We decided to collect and were just about to leave when the driver turned up with my original order. I complained and was told it was because they were busy. I've not ordered from them since. I never even had a receipt or confirmation of my order

Ordered a Pizza from Jubilee Crescent branch. It was rubbish and cold. I rang to complain spoke to the Manager he said you are the first person complaining and we have 700 going out. He then said if you dont like it go elsewhere. The manager Zoy was rude and not bothered.

Why claim to be open until early hours AM on a Friday & Saturday and then not to be open ~ closes at 11PM do not be fooled if you're starving and making your way here. Also, switch your lights off, on all night like Blackpool illuminations is NOT popular!

From the customer, We use Domino's Pizza whenever we come home late from work and havent got time to cook before getting the kids in the bath and bed. anyone with kids understands this. to ring up and speak to someone who can hardly speak english in england and totally mess up the order of 2 pizza's is shocking. I'm not one to norally rate of leave feedback but this bugged me so much that I even made a account just to do this. the pizza's as always are good. the service at the front door and time of delivery is good. but getting the right order or general responces from the person on the phone is about as good as a dog answering the phone. my 3 year old would have done a better job. good pizza bad serivce. moving to pizza hut & pizza express.
