Domino's Pizza - Chesterfield - Whittington Moor in Chesterfield

Whittington moor, Sheffield Road Chesterfield domino's are brilliant! We went in middle of the week to sort a huge order for my sons birthday, we spoke to leanne who was amazing and then dealt with luke on Saturday who was the manager, he was very professional and brilliant, we had a huge order and they manged it brilliantly and we can't thank them enough! Mum and dad are so glad we decided to go with domino's! Well done to the management (leanne and luke) and all the staff for fulling our order with such ease and no stress, ❤️

You never know what you'll get here. The same pizza ordered every time about once a month but it can be very hit and miss. This evening there was hardly any tomato sauce or cheese, 2 slices had no topping other than cheese and tomato, the base was so floppy and seemed a little undercooked. I get the feeling they cut right back on toppings and literally chuck it together. Think I'll try somewhere else next time.

Card only is NOT the way forward!! Sort this out and the review would be 5*!

£51 for 2 pizzas 1 garlic bread 1 box chicken strips Absolutely extortionate prices! How do you justify charging this? With a £20 off voucher it only took £16 off! Then £2.50 delivery! Absolute rip off, we were still starving after. We used to love Dominoes, not no more.

Forgetting my Oder and having to wait for them to do it again

Once again poorly using this domino's never again says something when local pizza small shops don't make you as ill as dominos and £2.50 for someone to cycle 0.1 miles and have my pizza all over the box my lord

Exceptional customer service at Whittington Moor. Arrived to collect an order placed on-line but unfortunately this was not the correct branch. We'd somehow accidentally ordered to a branch over an hours drive away. The young man was brilliant. He rang the other branch and explained it was too far for us to collect and arranged for us to be reimbursed. At the same time as making the phone call he asked the team to start making up our order. Excellent service and delicious food. 😋

Great service, only a short wait, delicious pizza,s, definitely use this place again.

Super fast service ! This is newly open here compared to the other locations. Parking behind the place is accessible .

Better than the other Domino's on Markham road. Prices expensive as usual, but we got our money's worth of topping and sauce without being overwhelmed with too much cheese.

Food wasn't even warm, the delivery driver was rude when we was telling him directions and then to let me know he's not from round here but he knows where he was going. Need to think about getting better drivers who know chesterfield and doesn't take them over 30mins to deliver when it was 5mins away from his last drop off ! Won't be ordering again.

Have ordered 3 times now and have messed up in all 3. Last delivery never got delivered when phoned store they said the driver had delivered it when he hadn't

Used the Flybuy option, it was quick & easy. Food was ready when I arrived & the young girl who brought it to the car was polite and friendly. Excellent service and will definitely call again.

Poor customer service. Stopped by for a single pizza and asked if it would be possible to have the Hawaiian with ham on one half and pineapple on the other. Apparently this "can't be guaranteed because we are very busy" - despite the fact that it would have taken less than 5 seconds to simply ask the person distributing the toppings to do so Absolutely no reason this couldn't be done other than the person taking the order wanting to be awkward for the sake of it - perhaps they were busy but it certainly didn't seem too bad while I waited! Not a big deal by any stretch but it was disappointing for a relatively new store to behave like this.

Terrible customer service by the one and only Tom....the manager apparently! discusting pizza and dry wedges. No cheese sauce in the double decadence base which I payed extra for! The worst customer service I've received in a long while. Putting the phone down on me when I rang up to put my complaint in!! Not acceptable! And this was the behaviour of Tom the manger! Shocking. Definitely wasn't expecting me to drive down and speak to him face to face after his rude attitude towards me over the phone and cutting me off mid complaint! Good luck to this branch if your open under his management!

First time ordrung from here as its a relatively new store. Really good we don't normally order from chains, but much better than pizza hut, very nice.

Is it just me? Does anybody actually order a Domino’s without a deal?, anyway my usual delivery is 50% off when you spend over £30, so about £24. We were passing the Chesterfield shop and thought I’d save money by collecting. I asked if they could find me the cheapest deal for my usual order and they couldn’t get it below £30, so I politely left. I need to find a good pizza place with sensible pricing, no cynically complicated deals! Life’s too short for “we got this” should more accurately be “we made this…really complicated”

Great to see a Domino's open this side of town, so now able to get them delivered. Had first ones delivered this evening- prompt, hot and delicious vegi supreme. Friendly delivery driver too.
