I ordered a cheeseburger pizza I don't know what I got was even what I ordered there was no burger sauce on it. It was cold qnd nasty I know it was freshly cooked but it tasted old and stale I've had so many domino's pizza before so I know this wasn't like it normally was. The staff can't speak English and was quite hard to understand what they were saying. Worst domino's I've been to NEVER AGAIN

Fast and efficient service. I would recommend the cooks to use hand gloves and hair caps while preparing food.

Really poor experience, possibly the worst I've had. Ordered the cheeseburger pizza which came with no burger sauce on top, what's the point? Also ordered a barbecue base pizza which guess what, came with next to nothing barbecue sauce. If I wanted no sauce on my pizza I would ask for that but no I wanted barbecue sauce . Basics really when running a pizza shop. Very poor quality, really disappointing, all pizza's should be checked before boxing them up for the customer. Next time I want a dominos I'll travel outside the area .

order has been wrong the past FOUR times i have ordered from here! it’s a joke as i only order one pizza a side and a drink…missing extras off or missing toppings!! amazing food but so disappointing with the lack of efforts made:(

No longer meeting our expectations. The order has been wrong the past TWO times now. Not impressed, especially when an order with small pizzas and a few sides all comes to £40-£50. It’s as if money grows on trees, though the pizzas are nice, still not good enough to get the order wrong twice in a row now.

I ordered a thin and crispy pizza and what I got was like a burnt water biscuit base with a thin smattering of toppings. I took a bite and the rock hard wafer thin base cracked in my mouth. Aside from being inedible it also tasted of absolutely nothing. I called the Cheadle branch and was greeted by an extremely confused, rude lady who hung up after saying ''I'll speak to someone''. I called back and she said abruptly that she'd already told me she was going to speak to her manager. I asked why she'd hung up and she said she hadn't. After a few minutes of her telling me that my pizza was fine and her being amazed that I wanted an edible one, she hung up again. I called back and got through to a young lad who said he would speak with someone. After 10 minutes the original lady came back onto the phone and was even more rude. She ended up literally walking off but left the phone off the hook. After about a minute longer another woman came onto the phone who told me that thin and crispy meant biscuit and that my pizza was fine. I demanded that they made a fresh edible one and she reluctantly agreed to it, but wouldn't deliver it so I had to pick it up. When I got there I spoke to the same lady, who was pleasant. She insisted that I showed pictures or a video. I showed a video of me breaking up the burnt, dried out, cracker like base. She just smiled at me and didn't say another word. It was very odd and awkward. The new pizza looked fine, but again tasted of absolute nothingness. Immediate stomach cramps followed and I can safely say that I'll never eat from this dump or from this joke of a franchise again.

Amazing! Food came fast and was DEEEEELICIOUS. I am a returning customer and the staff treat me like family. Cor blimey I love that place with all my heart.

Good food however sub-par customer experience . Didn't appreciate the phone call asking "where are you ?" 60 seconds after the time I was given by text message to collect . Then when I arrived approximately 2 mins later I stood in the front for nearly 2 minutes in a empty shop before a cook let the person managing orders know I was there , he was ignored and had to ask again and I finally got served. This isn't the first time I have experienced rude or unhelpful staff here however I believe that this does not represent everybody but only some individuals . After all . The food is always great

Awful customer service. Christina wouldn’t tend to my girlfriends milk allergy and wouldn’t do a vegan base and cheeese with meat because the “system” wouldn’t let her. Laziness at its finest

The best pizza takeaway i’ve ever had. The food was made so quickly, the staff were sure to check people’s orders and were friendly and every part of the order was perfect. 10/10

Ordered 8PM Sunday night, order was ready within 15 minutes. Best Dominos pizza I've had, everything was cooked to perfection and the staff were quick and efficient.
