We ordered the Margherita Pizza and some chocolate cookies, and everything was absolutely delicious! The pizza was cheesy, fresh, and cooked perfectly, and the cookies were warm and just the way we like them. Huge shout-out to Sana from customer service she gave us an amazing deal: just £8.99 for the pizza! That’s seriously one of the best prices we’ve seen, and the quality was still top-notch. Friendly, fast, and helpful throughout the process. 10 out of 10 for both the food and the service. Will definitely order again!👍

I had an issue a few weeks ago and Fana was superb on resolving it when it first happened. My only issue is with a manager afterwards that didn’t want to give his name or the area manager’s name and put the phone down on me. However thanks to Fana the issue did eventually get resolved. The manager in question said he only started working there from the first week in May. He was very rude.

We order from Domino’s Shirley every Friday, always getting the same deal. However, today’s experience was really disappointing. The app wasn’t working, so after 15 minutes of trying, we decided to call and place the order over the phone. That’s when we were told the app was down, but when we tried to order, the price was much higher than usual. When we questioned this, we were told that the special price only applies through the app—but nowhere on the app does it state that prices are different for phone orders. We tried to clarify, but the salesperson simply said, “That’s the price.” It was frustrating and disappointing, as we couldn’t get our usual Friday meal at the price we expected. Really let down by the lack of transparency and customer service today.

I ordered from Shirley store and there were multiple hairs in my food. Called the store and they were very rude and unapologetic. They said they are sending someone to collect my food from me. It took them over 2 hours to collect. I was also told I’d get a full refund within 4 working days. However, 7days on and still nothing. This was disgusting and I couldn’t touch the food after. I am requesting a full refund of the meal from the customer support team but I bet they are just as useless. Don’t order from here as most of the staff including the manager have communication issues as English isn’t their first language. I suspect the food hygiene standards aren’t followed as they should be in this store

i ordered a pizza from this chain a few days ago and im still suffering with food poisoning, the quality of food for a such a well known brand is awful and needs to be shut down, trust the reviews horrible idea

Food was awful And base and crust was over cooked and hard to eat, the cheese had turned like rubber. Both me and my daughter didn’t like and most of the pizza went in the bin. Very disappointed with our little treat (not so much a treat). Not normally bad like this, normally enjoy.

WATCHED THE STAFF IN CHAOS WORKING, THEN TO WITNESS THEM HANDLING MEAT INGREDIENTS AND VEGETABLES (THIS WAS THE NORM) ACCORDING TO STAFF AND MANAGEMENT WHEN QUESTIONED?!?!?! I EXPLAINED THIS ISSUE IS NOT IF YOUR HALAL BUT WHAT IF I WAS A VEGAN CLIENT - YOI WOULD MAKE THE PIZZA IM THE SAME MANNER, POOR STANDARDS IN MY OPINION. DOMINO'S VEGA-ROMA WAS MY FAVOURITE - BYE BYE FOR EVER!!!!!! NO GLOVES USED HERE WHEN TOUCHING THE TOPPINGS, THE WORST PART OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT FRANCISE IS, THEY HAVE MUSLIM STAFF AND THEY CLEARLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING IN NOT RIGHT - ITS CHEATING AND FRIGHTENING. We've had 2 pizza deliveries on Friday evenings from here, and both were delivered quickly, were hot, and in good order. The only complaint is that they don't get the toppings closer to the edge of the pizza... (more topping required) 🤔

We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary yesterday and as we had Dominoes at our wedding we decided to have pizza for our anniversary The lovely people at dominoes made the pepperoni on the pizza into a heart making it into a very special meal for us

Have only ordered collections from here. The food has always been ready at the given time, the pizzas are great. I only really deal with the same guy each time I go, but he's very friendly and is committed to his job and giving a good service.

I thought the Hall Green branch was bad but this is just being stingy. I can't imagine how the thin based pizza looks like... invisible?

Somehow worse than other domino’s around Birmingham which is an achievement in itself. Soggy food/overpriced/late delivery. Once even took my order without delivering. Head office didn’t refund.

Took 1hr 40 mins to arrive so the pizza was cold! Missing items and no apology from the rude staff. She wouldn't accept that there wasn't a drink and didn't give us a refund. Would not recommend!
