Very rude staff. Placed an order online for collection which they didn't have. Blamed me, even though I had a reference number. No apologies given. I wouldn't mind but I only order from here as it's round the corner from my house. The food really isn't that good. And their customer service absolutely stinks

Had a takeaway from here last night and was very disappointed the yuk sung when it arrived had live black fly on all of the lettuce leaves the chicken curry wasn’t very nice the chicken was tough to eat sorry but I won’t be ordering food from this place again and certainly will not be recommending either

Cheats and disgusting service. Tried to charge me more on the system vs menu displayed which is illegal under trading standards. Then when I challenged back gave me £1.50 back, came in earlier to make another order very rude lady telling me it's 50p more per spicy item but hang on, where is this listed on the menu? It doesn't state anywhere. Never trusting this place ever again, don't accept card payments to save taxes and fees. On top of that ripping off customers. Charge £1 for extra spicy, is that listed on your menu anywhere? It isn't. So ideally you can't charge me anymore. Only because I had guests at home I'd walk away immediately. Lady needs to learn some basic etiquettes probably a visit to kindergarten is a starting point. Absolutely disgusted.

Had a takeaway today ordered 6 vegetable spring rolls as part of the order but unfortunately it turned out to be one huge roll with prawns and meat other than that the meal was very nice. Telephone manner could be a bit better

I just ordered a king prawn hot snd spicy sauce with steamed rice . Superb quality , good portions with excellent ingredients and quality . Their crab soup with sweet corn is mouthwatering . This is by far the best takeaway in the area . Great food , great value and will be returning back !

Ordered a take away for delivery last night. Good was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend

Had chicken from there last night Spent all of today pooing water and bed bound. Stomach is in bits I'd never eat there again. If you do only have noodles anything else will mess you up

I ordered for meal meal deal C for three. The food was awful, the rice was tasteless, I didn't know what to make of the sources. Even my kids couldn't eat the food. I don't think I will want to order ever again. I have noticed that set dinner c is not listed below.

Ordered From here and the lady was extremely rude. The food was cold and tasted like it was made last week. Me and my friends Zak Rashid and Sharky had Explosive Diarrhoea for a whole week. They have gone downhill please do not order from here.

AVOID! My dad ordered a meal (BBQ ribs and chips) yesterday evening, and they didn’t taste right, he then proceeded to have sickness and diarrhoea all throughout the night and this is still going on now. Upon calling the restaurant to complain, he was greeted with a very rude lady telling him ‘no no no no no’ and they hung up. Please avoid if you do not want food poisoning. Report filed with food safety.

It's a shame that my favourite Chinese food take away has not only increased its prices during the cost of living crisis, which is understandable as all food prices have increased.... But are now charging customers 10p for a carrier bag which in all cases is unavoidable... As they pack it before they hand it to you This charge is made automatically and the customer is not told it's happening. I don't agree with this charge however small, I'd rather they put 10p on the chips or another popular meal. Spending 23.90 should qualify for a cheap none branded plastic bag What's next a charge on the takeaway containers 😂 ------------------------------------ Previous feedback I’m fussy where I eat especially when I cant see the kitchen… the kitchen is right there on display you can watch the chefs cook and bag your meal… the food from here is very well cooked and tastes beautiful. We have never had a bad meal from here and I say if it ain’t broke don’t fix it… so I won’t eat my Chinese food from anywhere else… very fast service on collection an free prawn crackers over £15 😋😋😋

Don’t understand the poor reviews about this place. Always have a delicious meal with fresh ingredients. Those chefs deserve credit. Recommend tofu in black bean sauce to any vegetarians. Son loves the king prawn chow mein Singapore style for a spicy kick. Nice people, delicious food. If not satisfied, tell them. I’m sure they would fix it

Absolutely disgusting. Must be new owners or a new chef as we normal eat from here and never have any problems. The chicken looked and tasted like it was left over from the night before. The BBQ sauce tasted like someone had poured a full bottle of washing up liquid in. Phoned and spoke to the 'MANAGER' and she was so rude. Will NEVER order from here again.

Must be new people either new owners or cheif as use to be best Chinese around. Now the chips are more like over cooked fries the chicken looked old hard recooked and was ill for 6 days after I will never buy food from here a big beware.

Normally absolutely love this place. Very disapointed with my service today. Lady was really rude on the phone. Telling me they shut in 20 minutes so on the way rang me shouting they are closed i need to hurry up. I get there she didnt welcome me just said '7 pound 50' no mannors. I asked to see the food first as i firstly seen it had veg in as i did ask for NO veg. She refused as there was veg in so i said 'sorry i wont be having this then' she shouted something in her own language. As i left with my fresh cooked curry she said a sarcastic thank you. Got home. Rice was freezing. I love this place normally eating here everything week. I WILL NOT be eating from here again any time soon. Will have to find a new place to eat. Thank you

Middling food but very poor service. Charged £2 for delivery despite being less than 2 miles away. They forgot part of our order but refused to give credit.

I stopped using this takeaway last year as the quality of there food had gone down hill on Sunday we decided to give them a second chance. They got the order wrong and the one meal they did get right was not fit to eat so we will never use this place again and will warn all our friends to stay away.

I was very disappointed by the service we received Friday 12th of October. My family and I were regular users of Royal Kitchen however on Friday once we had placed our usual order upon delivery to our house we discovered that the order was incomplete we then phoned the company back up and explained what had happened, they then said that it would take a further 40 minutes to deliver the missing portion of rice despite the fact it was due to their poor ordering system that our order was incomplete... To add to our bad experience the man on the phone then proceed to be rude to both myself and my mother, I asked to speak to the manager however on all three times I have phones to speak to the manager he has never been there despite the fact I phone on a Friday and a Sataday both days which you would expect the manager to be in to ensure smooth running of the business.... I strongly believe your staff need better training in both their phone manor, their customer service and possibly get people who can actually speak English and deal with complaints properly!.....I can safely say that we will not be using Royal Kitchen again and will now enjoy food from Hongda Palace on the Coventry road!
