Domino's Pizza - Ashington in Northumberland

Very nice pizza. However, when I came in to collect, I was completely ignored by all 15 members of staff, which a few of them were playing on their phones . I was the only person at the desk. When I eventually asked if someone was going to serve me....two nearer members of staff just ignored me and walked past. The place was run by kids. Even when I got served, the young girl was distracted by other staffs comments. Pizza was good, service was disgraceful. Adding to this, instead of being offered some cheap voucher, as a retired pub landlord, I suggest you concentrate on hospitality skills with your staff, and even a basic level of customer service skills.

I can't believe how expensive Dominos has now got! The food was lovely though, had 2 pizzas, 7 wings, 7 Strippers, a bottle of pop, cookies and a garlic bread £48 😭

January 2024- Terrible experience, was entitled to the buy get one free pizza deal! Was given a load of nonsense by a cashier why we didn’t receive it! Been going for over a decade but I won’t be back now!!!

For the past 3 times, my orders have been undercooked and literally raw. We force them to eat half of them and throw them away. Even though I gave them a chance 3 times, I was disappointed. I don't think I will order from here again. I think they have parasitic workers who only care about their money and there is no boss in charge. It's a disgrace.

Nice pizza ready exactly on time and with the offer reasonably priced.

Wow!!!! Ashington dominoes has went right down hill, walking into the shop the girls was absolutely rude and couldn’t even smile, had the new bacon and cheese chips and the chips weren’t cooked at all, will definitely not be returning there after the experience🤮

This is our nearest store nearly 40 mins away, so it's a treat to get a Dominos - didn't disappoint food was banging and exactly what we fancied.

This place is unreliable and never ordered a pizza and it never came called the place and no answer

Order on the app got told the time arrived at that time with my son as the other had McDonald's took a extra 20 minutes to get pizzas so my other son had finished his food before we got ours not really a family meal time is it

Brilliant experience the stuff are amazing and happy to help with anything they can and the delivery is outstanding always on time highly recommended

Ordered £50 worth of meals..2 blond hairs found in the food..vile

placed order at 17:45 for collections at 7 pm. Arrived to collect it at 7 just to know that it would take another 30 min to get ready, no sorry, no genuine reason given for delay. It's obvious from the face of one junior staff member checked the order list in the system that they missed the order from top of the list; then the senior came to the counter with most annoying attitude and tone “ it will take another 26 min, bcos we are busy okeey “ Epitome of pathetic customer care Update on 24/01/2023 After the incident I emailed the domino’s Customer service about it and received a reply on the same day . Apologised for the inconvenience caused and confirmed that a staff member will ring me in few days . The manager of the outlet rang me after 3 days and discussed the complaint, he sincerely apologised about the inconvenience and bad experience caused to us and confirmed that he will take necessary steps to address this , with more intense customer service training to that staff member. As a good gesture he offered the next order free from dominos ..

last night got an online order which was over 30 quid, the driver couldn't find our house although we order often from the same store, he called my misses to try locate the house she went outside in the cold and rain... he couldn't find it so he said he was going to his 2nd delivery after 20 mins trying to locate us all while my foods sitting getting cold. I then called the store and spoke to someone, they said if it was cold they remake it. 15 mins later he turns up with cold food 😑 however, whoever I spoke to at the store made us all fresh food and redelivered himself, piping hot! can't fault em.

Pizzas are really nice. Delivery fast Only down side is the cost. Very expensive for a pizza.

As a regular dominoes pizza eater have to say won't be going there anymore. Picked one up last week and my g friend and myself have been ill ever since. This is the 5th day of Illness now and having to seek medical advice.ive never sat on the loo for so long my entire life, absolutely ill

Tried to place an order but only had cash payment this option isn't accepted on delivery wouldn't care was a big order with substantial amount oh well there loss😡

Unfortunately any Gluten-free option is not on a deal, we bought 2 small pizzas and a side of wedges. Everything turned up on time. 2 lukewarm pizzas and a cold side of wedges. Not bad for £33.99😒

Always nice, the staff look clean. They do a lot for customer care and service there.

Was waiting for my Order 15mins longer than expected but got a free tub of ben and Jerrys ice cream as a sorry so i can't complain 😊

So dissapointed. Ages since weve had a dominos so decided to treat ourselves. Ordered the mighty meaty with garlic bread and wedges. Service via the app was faultless, however the pizza was basically tasteless. Tasted like it had no seasoning. Had half and binned the rest. Wont be back

Rip off, go in for a lunch time special end up with a 18 quid pizza. Person behind the counter didn't know what he was doing.

I have used dominos pizza for the first time tonight, and have to say that the delivery person was impressive. Not only was he polite and friendly, but impeccably dressed, not like some of the delivery drivers we have come across. He is a credit to the company. The pizzas were really nice too , and found the stripping combo to be really lovely. Will use again.

Never had a good pizza from here. Don't waste your time or money, come cold. Or when you collect they say it's not ready when you can see it sitting there for ages. Not very well organised, avoid.

Awful service , bunch of liar kids over the phone to lie to customer . Would stick to my local pizzeria

Can't fault the quality of the food and service, there are always lots of offers and deals but other than that it's sometimes expensive. Parking is also good and there is a kfc and Aldi adjacent.

Good pizzas just like any domino's.

Amazing customer service, gave us free garlic bread because our app wasn't working properly. Very clean store, hot pizza and good quality ingredients with enough cheese. Very friendly and helpful staff, best dominos I've ever been to!! :)

I place an order through phone and was told that it would take 45mins to an hour. After an hour, I rang again to track my order but was told I had to wait for another 10-15mins. But unfortunately, no delivery man turned up. Rang again, and found out it was still in the store. I have to wait for another 45 mins to get my order for FREE (?). So I and our guest have to starve to death because of your irresponsible staff.
