"I recently tried the Texas BBQ pizza from Domino's (Altrincham) , and it was incredible! The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, giving it the ideal texture. The sauce was rich, with just the right balance herbaceous note. The mozzarella was deliciously melted, gooey, and not too overwhelming. Each bite was a harmony of flavors! Highly recommend if you're a pizza lover looking for authentic, quality ingredients. Will definitely order again!"

Never eaten from this place because rang up to see if it was halal the person who answered did say the chicken was but she also told me it was contamination due to that cannot eat from there

Called and was refused to get my pizza cooked the way I wanted nicely asked and was told no they ain't doing it and that they arnt allowed when I have ordered before and had well done as I have fussy relatives and don't like stringy cheese and now they have been rude and disrespectful will never order from here again disgusting I am at this

Good, usually you have deals for collection. So ring them for collection deals instead of ordering online.

Delicious pizza and quick service!

I tried my best to order a medium cheese and tomato and the front of house offered me a £2 discount but then insisted on it being £16.99. I pointed out that cheese and tomato was not that price in the first place and it should be buy one, get one free at this time. To be honest, I think the staff were trying it on so decided to ask for the manager. I was met with a torrent of abuse and decided to go to Papa John's up the road instead. I hope the area manager contacts me directly so I can discuss this cultural behaviour of the Altrincham store. I don't like to be ripped off by my local shops/takeouts.

Domino's must have the most complex menu system of deals I've ever seen. I just can't work out the best way to get my pizza fix using the website so I thought I'd call in the shop and ask them. Even they haven't got a clue. £18.99 for one large pizza? Noooo don't think so. How about a large pizza and a side for £10.99? Though clearly its says Mon to Thurs only and today is Fri. Yes that's fine but you must have garlic bread as a side, no you can't have wedges. I'm still very confused.

Poor service, very rude staff Went to collect order and was told the order was not received and go and collect from altrincham shop. When showed the domino mobile app that the pizza been ready at their place. The staff realised their mistake but didn't apologize. Very unprofessional.

Awful service, brainless staff, NEVER buying from here again. This used to be an excellent location but the last two times we have ordered have been an utter shambles; - The first time the food took over an hour and half to arrive; when we rang to ask what was taking so long we were told it was only a few minutes away. Half an hour later and still no pizza. We rang again and were told they had no idea where the delivery person was or even when they had left the building. When the food finally arrived it was cold. - Tonight we decided to try again. After an hour of waiting, we received a phone call telling us that despite fully preparing the pizzas, they could not be delivered as the road outside had been closed, mere moments before they were about to set off. Rather than offer a refund, they suggested that we "have it delivered to another address" or "come and pick it up from the store". Why would we want it delivered to a different house?! How can they deliver it somewhere else if the road is closed?! How can we pick it up if the road is closed?! I am genuinely so dumbfounded that someone is capable of saying something so moronic. Also, Google Maps shows no traffic, no accidents, not even mild congestion, which, combined with the previous experience of "15 minutes away", makes me think that the staff are not just stupid, they are also liars. tldr; NEVER USE THIS DOMINO'S.

My order is late over and hour and a half payed for deliver I have been in and they didn't apologize and said it's going to be another half hour not happy any chance of a freebie

Ordered food at 7pm and was told delivery would be 45 minutes, come 8pm I check the app and food says it’s been delivered but it’s not. Rung and nobody answered the phone for 10 minutes then when they did, told me my food would be ‘a few minutes’. 20 minutes later and still no food, rung up and the same woman told me my food had ‘only just set off’. Mid conversation my food arrived, all freezing cold. Definitely will never be ordering from this store again.

After being delivered the wrong order We had to drive all the way there as no one answered the phone just to see the manager shouting at the employee in front of us for reporting about the wrong order(we felt he was shouting at us) . Very poor customer service . Very poor attitude from manager .ruined our weekend takeaway evening.

Generally ok but this time they delivered part of the order and one hour later still haven't delivered the other part of the order. They really didn't seem bothered when called about it either. Won't be using them again.

Useless staff never answer the phone

After reading some of these reviews I started to question whether I should stop using this store but I haven’t had any problems with quality of food or delivery yet 🤔

Pre ordered but they had lost a pizza by the time I got there, had to make a fresh one making the other one cold!

Frederico is stupid. don't order your anything when he's on shift because you won't get your pizza or whatever you order. Pizza tracker told us he had arrived and was waiting where we gave him specific directions in driver instructions and then he went back to the Domino's with your pizza and tracker says delivered, after calling the Domino's and complaining about our lack of pizza they sent him out again with his number. He apparently does not know Google Maps is and refuses to listen to you giving him directions over the phone and then gives up the 3rd time you try, hangs up and goes back to Domino's with your cold pizza. Awful service do not recommend -10/10

Placed a large order for pizzas last night. Waited an hour then rang the store who said our order would be there any minute. 15 minutes later rang again to be told the order was almost there. The pizza tracker then showed the order as delivered when it wasn't. Rang again and the order finally arrived a few minutes later. The order was incomplete so rang again and was told that the rest would be delivered shortly. We ate the pizzas and wedges that we had which were barely warm. Washed up and the rest of the order arrived about an hour after the main order. Really disappointing service. Certainly won't be ordering from them again.

Pizzas nice but waited 20mins more than they said it would take.

Ordered online, and arrived on time. The driver was kind, as we already paid online and we payed again, but then he reminded us that the order was paid. The pizza was great, and value for money is great.

Got my order wrong after repeating it three times

I've never been a massive fan of Dominos but my partner loves it. We used to visit Dominos in Altrincham and it was always just ok. Sometimes good and most often it was just OK... If that! However, since Dominos in Broadheath opened, my opinion has changed! The staff, especially MARC, are outstanding. His customer service skills are second to none. Always friendly, welcoming and loves to please the customer. The food is the best I've ever had from a Dominos store. As I said, I've never been a huge fan of it but it's changed since this store! The quality is like nothing I've ever had from Dominos. It's so fresh, cooked to perfection and cooked beautifully. I honestly can't speak highly enough of this place. If you've not tried it, give it a go and trust me, you won't be disappointed!!! 😂

Easy access to the interchange, especially when facing transport delays

Ordered from here on Sunday afternoon. Come 4am Monday morning I could not get off the toilet. I didn't get to work on Monday either because of this. FOOD POISONING! I will never, ever be ordering from this establishment or any other Domino's stores again in my life.
