Great. They have lovely pizza though they refuse to employ me. Probably because I'm black. Idk and it's about 30 cv now. It's saddening because I spend money there a lot too.

The price if the pizzas are ridiculous, £15.99 for a 9.5inch and just cheese, absolutely awful and the quality is just standard. Not worth the money at all, paying for the bloody domino's badge and not the food. Better off going to a kebab shop and getting a pizza from there, it'll be tastier and far cheaper!

Bought for my son who says it was amazing. The guy working on his own in there was flat out but so respectful and calm. He gave me a bottled drink as an apology for having to wait. Such a lovely man

Terrible customer service and mess up the simplest orders also customer services say they will fix the problem and do nothing in fact.

Pizza is always hot and well cooked, good toppings and usually quickly in and out.

Don’t like leaving reviews but feels like a lot of money (on a treat) wasted. Food was ready on time but when I arrived at the shop, was left standing there for a while whilst we just got looked at. Also- pizza has barely any cheese on and really doesn’t taste very good compared to other takeaways I’ve had from different dominos branches. Chicken and wedges were nice like usual but Not worth the money at all. Would not come back to this branch again.

really don’t like leaving bad reviews:( but delivery drivers can never find our house even with directions, it’s literally just off a main road. order we just had said it was delivered and the driver called 5mins later to ask for directions, we could literally see him parked on the main road, then he walked from the road, round the bend and down the road to our house, in -3 temp. the food that’s usually great! was just just warm not hot, driver dropped my fiancés drink which then exploded. i appreciate that he went and got another one, but he literally walked into our house and had the door open behind him. I have indoor cats and don’t expect people to walk into the house like that, honestly it made me feel very unsafe and i don’t think i’ll be ordering again

Every time I go here the service is awful, the staff are afraid to approach customers even after getting their attention, I had to wait an extra 10 minutes I could see my order from the front desk.

Embarrassing level of customer service or complete lack of! Can almost guarantee if you walk in off the street if you have pre-ordered or not you will be ignored while standing at the counter for easily 5 minutes while the staff chat amongst themselves doing nothing just off to the side. Only managed to scrape a 3 star rating from me because of the quality of the pizza which is usually very good. Just very disappointed with the service, seems to be an ongoing issue with this branch.

The pizza is pretty good, and comes out hot, and they managed the insane rush of students like absolute champs. Could do with some seating though.

No cheese whatsoever. Time has come to make an official complaint to the Council for their extortionate prices and quality of food provided to the people. I wonder who is buying their pizza which is bread only with tomato sauce! Don't waste you money they will never ever put cheese on the pizza to save their money!! Stay away from this scam pizza shop!

Shocking! Domino's Aberystwyth need to train their staff on how to make a pizza correctly, because I ordered a large half/ half pizza, one side was ment to be pepperoni passion! But when my boyfriend got home with our order that he collected, my pepperoni was UNDERNEATH the cheese! So, at first glance it looks like the wrong pizza just a cheese one, until I bitten into it then relized the huge mistake. Tasted fine, but I'm. Sorry the pepperoni should be ON TOP OF THE CHEESE, domino's. I would forgive the mistake if they were busy, but my order was the only one they had to do. As well as this it was extremely expensive near £30 for one pizza and side. A absolute joke! Poor show, domino's. Poor show.

smart location in the town center. Just opposite the bus station. You can't park a car in front of the building but behind the bus station there are space to park 90mins free.

Very busy, not great atmosphere but this is a takeaway place so no seating Staff to busy to really take notice of customers waiting

It’s a dominoes. Nothing special. Three times in a row my partner requests something as basic as burger sauce and it’s never there. Once or twice I can understand but hell…. There’s an even a sticker on the box saying cut first due to said sauce and STILL it was missing.

Always liked domino's because it was good value but this place is awful, the toppings are so minimal its a joke, the box is heavier than the pizza, it's cold in no time as it has no mass and the onions were burnt probably because there was nothing for the heat to cook, save yourself some money and do a couple of rounds of cheese on toast.

It's OK. Ordered. But my pizza had been given away to someone else. The wrong label was on the box. So I had to wait for them to sort it out. Took another 15 minutes after already waiting for my online order. Staff were busy, but friendly enough.

Had to tell the server to wash his hands as he was constantly rubbing his nostrils. He was sent by manager to wash his hands .the pizza was lacking in toppings not made by the first guy ,but the chicken wings in box drenched my top with chilli sauce and I was annoyed that when my order was complete they questioned the order I said another minute I'm getting refund .First time ever ordering domino's last time ever aswell

Every time I order from here the pizzas are undercooked, and they scrimp on toppings. Their garlic pizza bread is literally the worst garlic pizza bread I’ve ever had, you sometimes get 3 slices that don’t have sauce or cheese on. I come from another big city town with students, and their pizza is so much better so Aberystwyth has no excuse. They need to stop rushing pizzas because the quality is really paying and I won’t get pizza from aber now and it’s a shame.

One star as I couldn't do 0. If your going to put somebody head of house to serve customers atleast make sure they speak English. Cooked up my order and food and the next person. I have no problem with people coming from abroad to work but atleast learn the lingo

Just had a lovely fresh pizza, ordered online and collected in 15 minutes

been waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund and still not had it,Contacted customer service a number of times and still nothing,Looking at the other reviews over past week it seems this is the standard of aberystwyth branch.Manage needs training on how to deal with customers as wouldn't come on the phone.just spoke to the manager he said i have to still wait 3-5 days for my money as they had not done the refund.terrible service.

The worst pizza place in the UK. Order a pizza at 6 o'clock, heard no word from them until half past 7 when we called them and they said it was on the way. Heard nothing again so we called back at ten past 8 at which point they said there was a glitch in there system and they had lost our contact number. They refused to deliver our pizza, they said that we could come and collect it but they would not refund us ( bare in mind this is after 3 hours with no food). We called customer services who were of no help at all. Never ording from here again, I refuse to give them my money.

When I called the restaurant, I was told that the driver was unable to call me (which is reasonable, as I have an international phone number, but also IRRELEVANT, because I was WAITING AT THE DOOR OF MY UNIVERSITY ACCOMMODATION FOR THE PIZZA) and then told that if I just waited outside, the driver would be right back for my pizza. I waited an additional thirty minutes OUTSIDE IN THE COLD in front of my accommodation, and then called the restaurant again, only to be told that because my phone number was "wrong" they cancelled my order and refunded it to my account and the refund should be in in 3-5 business days. So, now, about five minutes after that, the restaurant is CLOSED, I have NO PIZZA, about TWENTY-FIVE POUNDS was taken out of my account that I won't get back for THREE TO FIVE days, I waited outside for about a half hour, and on top of that, I paid about £2 in international calling fees to not have a pizza and to be missing £25. With the pizza tracker still showing my pizza as delivered and not even an email confirmation saying that my money will be refunded or that my order was cancelled.

Terrible,placed order online for delivery,told 15-20 minutes later they not doing delivery,paid online told I have to wait 3-5 working days for money back, manager didn't want to speak to me told me to call customer service, terrible place and service

The pizza we ordered three hours ago should have been delivered and they decided to hang up on us every time we've called. Super disappointed. Never ordering from here again 😁😇!!!!

Shocked by customer service over phone... Got the wrong order. "Pizza" all flat (dry looking haven't tried it myself) and not appealing at all. Have been shouted over the phone saying there's nothing wrong with it?! Not recommended at all.

Very unhelpful app, tried 5 times to order a pizza and failed every time. Servers refused to take an order at the counter. Had to go else where for a takeaway pizza. Not likely to go again.

Nice but not the best. Consistentcy of pizza is good and hygiene of store is also good but pizza lacks something. You have to pay for 'extra' cheese etc just to bring it up to other pizza makers standards. Confusing menu with too many offers. Annoying wasteful flyers posted through front door.

I was in Aber for a few day and i tried pizza from there. Honestly pizza was good but the manager was rude to the staff which made the atmosphere unpleasant there

After ordering pizza, website did not give me the order number but money was TAKEN from my account of which I had proof, screenshot of the transaction.After I got to the actual pizzeria to complain the staff were inexplicably rude, they talked in a foreign language to each other ignoring me, and when I finally managed to talk to the manager he said it's not his problem and that I will have to "DEAL WITH IT. " I have never in my entire life, seen such pitiful customer service, I thought Dominoes had higher standards. Do yourself a favour and don't buy your pizza from there. There are plenty of cheaper pizzerias in Aber, with much better customer service. You will LOSE your money, and your good spirits if you buy from Aberystwyth's Dominoes.

Pizza was good and hot, although it was hard to here the person on the other end of the telephone as the line was terrible.

Ordered at least 5 times within the past few months, and every time my order does not turn up correctly. Usually it is missing items, sometimes swapped with something that resembles the item I actually ordered. Last night they managed to give me someone else's order instead of my own. It is luck of the draw in terms of staff, it's been an equal split of helpful and rude staff when I call back up to explain my order is wrong. This has been the case even when the order only has 2 or 3 things. I'm not sure whats going wrong within the store, but communication between staff desperately needs improving, and the "quality checks" should also require making sure the whole order is correct and that it's all being sent to the correct places.

Staff are awfully rude, takes longer to order than to make pizza. Get the right deals and it's ok but other wise it's very expensive

website didnt work so placed order in store, charged for stuff crust (an extra £3) and the pizza we recieved was not stuffed crust...

They make the pizza in front of you so you can see every step taken to make your delicious pizza. It's always piping hot and the prices are amazing, wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

Food was ok but waiting 45 mins from ordering to be told they had run out of my pizza topping and then having to wait for the order to be cooked after the first pizza was cooked is taking the piss slightly

It’s not major but the amount of times they bring the wrong drink with the famous quote We’ve sold out of the other, they bring in the hope you accept, but if you like a certain drink with your meal it’s really annoying. I actually want to thank you for keep messing up I’m never ordering from you again and going healthy.

Generally a good place to go for pizza again highly recommend does depend though on the store you visit as some stores the staff are unpleasant and rude. Down to choice. Depends on the franchise you visit as domino's is owed by diffrent franchises. No real complaints from me. I have had a few words previously with staff I usually can resolve the issue quickly. You sometimes have cold pizza if been left for a while they usually replace if you complain.

Good pizza, friendly staff, quick service to say it was busy and we ate inside. Only small table on bar stools for around 3 people but can eat inside.

I have a caravan that is near to Aberystwyth,This being so I order on a regular basis for me and my family.. never really had an issue with this establishment apart from last weekend...things didn't go as planned , on speaking with a member of staff named HARRY he resolved the whole situation brilliantly and professionally ... brilliant service Makes a huge difference Will keep using this service

45 Minute wait, after ordering in store, in person on Wednesday night - then told, we forgot one of your sides, but we'll cook it now...another 15 mins whilst my pizza and other sides waited under the hot lights. Really poor, i'm going to be sharing my experience on social media - if you are in Aberystwyth and want a pizza, go to Hollywood Pizza.

Terrible customer service, they seemed un-trained, they did not accept my emergency service discount and the pizza was cold when I received it. Not impressed.

Rude staff, in breach of business licence work at back of premises past 11pm, and collect pizza's from rear of business also breach of licence to run from location. Spoken to staff, no change of behaviour, passed on concerns to council. No at company gives a dam.
