Domino's Pizza in Suffolk Coastal

Terrible service food and outcome. Staff did not seem to understand English. Got the order wrong even though I repeated it three times . Others in the queue seemed to be having the same problems with wrong orders. The food was the worst I've ever known and asked for extras which were not added it seems. NEVER AGAIN. Over priced and seems to have gone down hill quickly and hit rick bottom. It all went in the bin...... I would spend your money elsewhere if I were you.

Don’t spend here, bad food and horrible staff, they couldn’t care less about customers they will take your money and give you nothing in return

Really awful place. Have ordered from here 3 times months/year apart and every singe time it has been absolutely terrible. Second time we requested a refund and never got it. For some reason a year later we tried again. Driver mixed up our orders, tried to give us someone else’s food and cam back 15 minutes later with our food - cold. Only way we could follow up on a refund is to go into store , which we will be doing tomorrow.

Ordered online, order turned up with 3 of the 4 pizzas and a side missing, driver just shrugged his shoulders. Phone the store, said they’d sort it and the remainder of our order would be there in 30 mins. An hour later I called again only to be told it’ll be another 40 minutes. The fourth time our order has been wrong! Abysmal service and over priced food, won’t be using again.

Every time we go here, and believe me that we go here despite my protestations, the pizzas are undercooked. Pasty, pallid, damp cheese, white wet dough, all with no colour or flavour. If they don't have brown cheese and it's not melted, it's not cooked! Why do I have to put every pizza under the grill to finish it? Pizza Hut manage to cook them properly. When Domino's occasionally get it right, they are a world apart from the undercooked muck they put out most days. What's your problem? Turn the grill up and improve your quality control.

well I ordered from felixtowe road recently although they got my pizza wrong it was still in better shape than the 1 I got from kesgrave the 1 from here was right pizza but when I opened it in store it looked like it had been in the ring with Anthony Joshua for a 12 round fight not good customer service either as I was spoke to very rudely n told to f*** off by a tall man who look like he was following a punk rock band or in one

I recommend any pizza as they are great but the Pepperoni Passion is the best! The pizza got delivered quick and was tasty. Recommend.

I had the pepperoni passion which was very tasty. We had a take away and the food didn't take that long to arrive. Brilliant food from here, recommend going

Food here is lovely. My favourite is the pepperoni passion which is a delicious dish. The takeaway was a bit slow on arriving but the wait was worth it.

We had dominos pizza and it was excellent. bit extensive but its worth it. Keep it up dominos, lovely pizza.

Had a take away and it arrived quickly, the food was still warm and we got every thing we ordered. The price is not the best but it is worth it. I love pizza and dominos is one of my favourite if not favourite.

Not the massive selection as normal but my husband & I were still stuffed afterwards and our favourite pizza was available so happy days.

Usually food is always tasty & hot. On this occasion we recieved cold pizza cold side orders & very slow delivery. I complained via the feedback app & was told I would be contacted within 24hrs. 5 days on & still not contacted. On this occasion Dominos sadly fell short of its normally good service.

Slow service and if you pre order never ready on time... (last 3 visits!!!). When raising this to the staff, no apologies and they just smirk in your face... no point raising with Dominos themselves as it’s a franchise

The pizza from here is pretty phenomenal, I like that you can choose your own toppings however the toppings you select sometimes are incorrect when you actually receive your order. The meal deals are also very good for the price and the amount of food you get.

Very nice food and good value for your money as the pizza's are vey large and they are made very quickly and are given to you warm.

Este lugar es demasiado cerca para la comodidad - podíamos caminar pero en mal tiempo admito que en coche! De todos modos, el servicio es siempre rápido, la bienvenida siempre alegre y la pizza siempre sabroso y lo suficientemente caliente incluso si caminamos de vuelta a casa a comer.Sin embargo, no desearía que el gluten opción era de alguna manera incorporados en el sistema de oferta como, cuando hay dos de nosotros, sólo necesitas dos pizzas! No me importa que mi novia pizza es más pequeña o tiene menos opciones, pero no llenaban tome un orden familiar cuando tenemos visitantes para conseguir las mejores ofertas!

This is the first time we've had Domino's Pizza. We opted for a delivery. Ordering was quick and easy online with a good value meal offer. Delivery was in good time. Food was really tasty and hot. Will definitely use again.

Donde empiezo, este Domino's nunca nos decepcionó dándonos la entrega rápida y eficiente cada vez. Los conductores son amables y el equipo en tienda servicial. Mención especial a Ben que ya tuve un problema con su oficina principal que tomó dinero de mi cuenta dos veces cuando no y él era absolutamente encantador y ofreció un gesto cuando no era su culpa, ya que no controlan los pagos sitio web. Si su equipo de la oficina sólo tenía tanto habilidades de servicio al cliente, como hizo.

Mi principal problema por un largo tiempo con esta rama de Dominos (aunque no soy para nada familiarizado con cualquier otra así que quizás son todas la misma?) es que se siente como el queso racionados por el personal, que creo que el coste será sacada de sus salarios. Fui la otra noche y vimos la preparación de una pizza tenía una baja cantidad de queso que se distribuyen uniformemente, la mayoría de las raciones y al lado tenía a un lado. Debe ser el mismo cada vez que es toda la punto de tiendas de comida de franquicia.No pasar por un período de oro no tan larga, después de que probamos de nuevo después de un largo período de evitar ir allí. Allí fue la cantidad de queso, bien dorase y distribuirían - delicioso!Ahora bien, si el queso era como este cada vez (y debería ser) volvería allí regularmente y que sería de esperar que no estamos solos y que, por lo tanto, vender suficiente pizza extra para compensar la cantidad ligeramente superior de queso. Sentido de negocio en realidad es sencillo. Pizza de queso, tomate, = base, coberturas. Asegúrese de que están equilibradas y es un ganador.Todo lo demás es bastante coherente- tuvimos algunos Kickers que eran exageradas o marchitos o pollo y duro, pero esa fue la única vez.

We usually order online as it shows you at which stage your pizza is at! We got the winter special deal and it was lovely. Pizza delivered fairly quickly and delivery lady polite. Always love a Dominos pizza especially when they're on special offer!

Wow, this is one expensive place for lazy folk to take out from... Are they mostly overweight???? For chavs who block up the road with rubbish parking

Ordered online. Was really quick and easy to do. Payment was quick. Food came quickly, as ordered and tasted fab. My first choice for pizza delivery.

Phoned in the order, by time we went to collect it, it was ready!!! DELICIOUS Pizza, preferred to other branded pizzas outlets. Always fresh and plentiful toppings and bases are FAB!!! Prices and offers are always competitive. See you again soon :)

They are quick. When we have been let down by other pizza companies the local Dominos never fail us. A treat that we have once a month.

We ordered a delivery. It arrived in 25 minutes. Delivery guy was friendly enough. The pizza and the sides were ok. We got a deal which brought the cost down a bit but otherwise pizza can be very expensive for what it is.

Always love a night in with a dominos, so quick and easy to order. Delivery is always so speedy and always great offers available. Not a massive take away fan but always enjoy an occasional dominos

We ordered our meal through JustEat. The pizza arrived in reasonable time and the delivery guy was friendly enough.The pizza itself was ok but nothing special and a little undercooked, and the chicken dipper side dish was very dry.My main gripe though is the price. Nearly £32 for 2 medium pizzas and a side is way too high. If the pizza was exceptional we would not have minded so much. But for that price you can get a decent meal in a local pub. Ok you are paying for the convenience of having in delivered, but I think in future we will go elsewhere.

The Pizza deals are worth going for, Pizza quality seems to vary somewhat. OK for a quick take-away but nothing special.
