Domino's Pizza in Cardiff

fast delivery, food still hot, drinks still cold, delicious food😋, excellent customer service👌

I’ve ordered from here plenty of times over the last few years. Good prices, always offers online, delivery people always polite and on time.

Sadly the pizza wasn't cooked at all

Pizzas are always good, cooked fast and good customer service, even when they are busy. Parking fine too.

Spent just under £50 on a couple of Pizza's. One of which (mine) was gluten free. Got it home, it was burt with hardly any cheese on it. Worse Pizza I've ever had any where in my whole life, and I'm in my mid 50s. Will never ever use any Domino's ever again. For those who are celiac, don't use this place as I watched them making Pizza's, and even though they had a separate GF work station, they were flinging normal flour around the place like its going g out of fashion.massive cross contamination risk.

There is no atmosphere really other than awkward, unhospitable student. Food is okay though and the service was okay. A thabk you rather than a grubt would have been nice.

Great experience, food was spot on and really didn’t take that long to be prepared & ready to eat 🍕

Wow what a pizza! Thin and crispy was so thin it cracked. They forgot the toppings so I improvised and but my own toppings at home. Shocking that we ended waiting for them to cook this food. Thanks @Dominos for such shockingly bad food!

Food is absolutely stunning pizza are the best can't fault them good fast food delivered to the door.

Disappointed in pizza we had today, it was burnt ,several pepperoni slices were actually black.

Not sure whats changed at Llandaff Dominos twice now my order has not been correct. Today we have no pepperoni in our dough balls and the one pizza is burnt. Last time we had the wrong pizza completely and had to drive there to get a replacement. Thinking we should start using a different Dominos if things dont change

Very good but bad for the figure

Not sure what is wrong with this place, thought it was all standardised, but never had a properly cooked pizza one single time. Have had to put them in the oven to finish them off. Always come soggy, undercooked. Maybe there is an issue with the oven??

It's domino's so it's like all the others. Its hellish expensive for a pizza but I really enjoy them and this branch is very efficient so you don't wait long.

Not the best pizza we have had from them, real shame considering how much they charge. Toppings where all over one side dough was really soggy. Very rushed pizza 🍕 and not cooked properly.

Every single time we order something is wrong, toppings moved off the pizza, pizza very undercooked, wedges very undercooked, wrong order. Ive bever had so many problems from one domino's place.

Very little topping on pizza's and 2 boxes cookies burnt very disappointed.

Absolutely shambles , no toppings on the chicken feast , just a few mushrooms and plenty of sweet corn , no cheese , looks like it was rushed , and rushed it was , always give the driver tips ,let down big time

Great service. They are always ready by the time I order and drive to collect the Pizzas. Easy parking and tasty pizzas. My current favourite is the absolute banger, a great taste of a variety of sausages on the usual tomato and cheese on a crispy pizza base.

Friendly service, clean and delicious

Had to chase the order for delivery, they said problems with their on line orders coming through. When pizza and sides did arrive, 1.5 hours later after ordering it, they were cold and rubbery. not good at all, expected better

Appalling experience at Domino's Pizza place, Llandaff (Llantrisant Road Business Park) on 27 May 2019. I went in person to buy a gluten free pizza as I have done on numerous occasions previously. But, this time, I was told that I could only purchase a gluten free pizza if I bought it online. I pointed out that I don't have internet access on my phone and, actually, I have never purchased anything online. I said that it made no sense anyway as I was there in person. I was told that this 'was for my own safety' and there was no way that I could be sold a pizza in person. I believe this is ridiculous. In fact, if anything, it makes more sense for me to be there in person so that if there was anything to discuss, regarding gluten free issues, I am there in person to discuss them. I also did not like being told what someone else believes is for my own safety. I am a mature person who is fully capable of making a decision about that myself!!

The veggie pizza with added anchovies is superb. I am always so impressed with the speed that the young workers operate at....to produce a quality product with ten minutes.

Exactly what you would expect from a pizza shop baring this name. Car park is far to small though.

OK, depending on which staff are on.

Beyond awful delivery service with uncopreble and uncooperative drivers with lack of communication. Waited over 40 minutes for the delivery to arrive at the address which was clearly started with the right post code and details and then any attempt of help from the main service resulted in the order to be cancelled and 7 people left with no food.

Always on time and great pizzas as you would expect from dominoes. Collection can be difficult sometimes especially at busy periods as parking spaces are few.

I like this dominos it’s not far from home, they deliver and other various discounts. Has it’s own small car park.

For some reason they try to add £10to all delivery prices.if you check online and the delivery price is £20. They will tell you it’s £30 if you make the same order over the phone. When you ask for the manager some of the employees will put you on hold. Never to return. My friend used to work there and he said some of the employees and delivery drivers have a scam of over charging and splitting it when they get cash. Pays the bills I suppose

Always good food but whilst waiting my gluten free pizza got cut with a regular pizza slice so they made another one free of charge. Second pizza had an element missing but make up for it they gave us free ice cream!

Being a chain things are fairly standardised but what you find are the differences lie in the staff and efficiency. This is definitely one of the better domino's, always quick and accurate and some staff are good.

It provides great customer service because they are very fast and efficient. However, there is not a lot of space inside and can get really busy at around 1 o'clock because of the school pupils.

Would like to take the time to say how friendly and super nice the delivery driver was - Daniel R. By far the best delivery driver I've ever met - not just from dominos! Hope you get recognised and appreciated by your staff/employers!
