Domino's Pizza in Stafford

Listen I have been going here for quite some time now and it looks like other people don't like it as much as myself or my family. We all enjoyed the bbq pizza, thoigh of course price could be reduced considerably

Pizza is always tepid/ cold when it arrives. Next to no cheese on it, which is great when you're a veggie and order a simple Margherita 🙄 My partner ordered a pepperoni passion, and is allergic to jalapeños... somehow 2 had ended up on that pizza. Fantastic. Lucky we spotted them. If I was in a restaurant, it would be going straight back. I will pay a lot for good food, but this is a total rip off for awful pizza. Shame because the staff and delivery drivers are lovely.

We ordered a delivery which arrived in 25 minutes (we live 10 mins away) the pizza was uncooked and the wings were cold, slimy and tough. We called the store and spoke to Brogan who advised us she was the manager. Her response was that it was impossible for the food to be uncooked. She was rude, arrogant and utterly unprofessional. Never have I experienced customer service like it. We will never have food from Dominoes in Stone ever again.

Great pizza selection, would be 5 stars but i had to collect my order as they were not offering delivery service due to short staff. understandable in these times though!

Fake Pizza which has endured in the UK somehow through providing overpriced stodge for far too long. Will be glad to see this chain gradually fade away.

Had a home delivery pizza was a mess all to one side in the box. Telephoned to complain and manager was rude and arrogant, husband went to the shop but they refused a refund, he was arrogant thought he was good but had no customer skills at all , we have been customers here for years and will not be returning if you cannot complain to the manager then who do you complain to

Been here many times. Prices could be less. Staff are always chirpy and friendly. My favourite the bbq pizza is great, pepperoni can be dull
