Absolutely disgusted, there was a very long hair in my partners pizza that he took a bite out off and pulled out of his mouth! Neither of us have brown hair and it was in the base of the pizza, and the wedges weren’t even cooked properly. Worst experience ever. Never again!

I am very disgusted and upset at this Pizza establishment. I called in the pm and spoke with a very nice young man, I was enquiring as to the cost of a medium pizza with delivery, they a special running for a medium pizza with 4 toppings for £10 o asked about the delivery charge and was quoted £12.95 including delivery. I did not place the order as I was not sure what time to get it. When I called back I hot a very rude man whom I could not understand, he quoted me for the same order over £15. I explained I had called earlier and told him what I was quoted, he said that could not be true I said again that's what I was quoted and asked if I could speak to that young man, he again argued with me about there not having a special and I could not have been quoted that, with that he said hold on and the next think I was speaking with a new person not the one of earlier in the day. He was as rude as the so called manager or that's what he claimed to be, I have never had a manager that was that rude and argumentive. This new person again said that price I was quoted was wrong. When I got off the phone I went on line and found the special for a medium at £10 with a delivery of £2.25 although the beginning of their website says £1.25 for delivery. I am very upset of the service level and trying to cheat the customer.

Have used numerous times and always perfect. Food always hot and good offers. Delivery drivers are always polite

Well where do I start on visiting dominos pizza I was greeted by the most miscible member of staff that just didn’t seem to want to serve me it may have been my ethnicity but he just didn’t seem to try his best to make me walk out I asked his people skills just didn’t exist I had a mask on and asked if the had any me he’s quite bluntly was met with no online only so I said fair enough asked for a pizza told him what I wanted and then no thank you when I paid he said card only so I said okay I’ll go to the car and get My card I come back in and he ignored me while he played on his phone so someone else come and took payment he was just not the kind of person you would want on the front desk but hey I’m only the costumer how’s paying. Food was okay but I won’t be coming back and have told loads of my friends of my experience and the feel disgusted and said the won’t be visiting again either.
