Domino's Pizza in Leeds

This will be my last order، The cold pizza was old and watery, it was disgusting, we threw it in the garbage.

We often order from our local Dominos as my daughter is coeliac, and they offer GF pizzas. She loves it. Has never been accidently glutenised. Staff is always welcoming when we pick our order up and equally friendly when they deliver it, especially Davinder, such a positive individual. We never have to wait long for food to be delivered, and it always arrives piping hot.

Excellent service really nice was my first time visiting domino's but I definitely will visit again food is excellent 10 / 10

They mistakenly made my vegan pizza with dairy cheese, then when I rang up to inform them, I got no apology. I emailed them to complain and was basically told I was lying and that vegan cheese had been used. After 3 years of no dairy, I have become slightly lactose intolerant and started getting stomach cramps 10 minutes after eating half of the pizza. When I explained this, my email was just ignored. I appreciate that mistakes happen but at least apologise and don't accuse me of lying. I didn't ask for any money back so what would be my reason to lie?

Pizzas are great and when they ain't busy it's all good... But last time the pizza tracker option said it were ready so me n my mate mooched down n still had to wait between 20 n 30 mind. To b fair they were really busy coz footy was on so wasn't their fault but that pizza tracker bot is just standard. It obviously don't give u an individual situation on when ya food is ready n had it done so it wudda saved me n my friend stood outside for 20/25min in the rain... Apart from that the food was great as always and only lost a star due to the timing situ

Waited 25 minutes for pizza and after specifically asking and confirming twice that we wanted onions and mushrooms on only one half of the pizza, guess what......the whole pizza had onions and mushrooms on it!!! Glad we checked as we walked out the door. Was offered a replacement but didn't want to wait for any longer so asked for a refund which they messed up and has resulted in nearly £20 going out of my account and me chasing a refund. I am awaiting a response to the email I sent and customer services to ring me back. Won't be going again. Incompetence is a word that springs to mind!

Guest first visiting these guys on Xmas eve and what a wonderful experience it was food was still hot and lovely by the tone we got home.

So i order a pizza for the footy on sunday and what i got was not very nice the pizza felt like it had been pre heated and very salty it also felt like someone had basicly swap topping on my pizza i just had a plain pepperonia pizza i found 2 onions on it i also order wedges and chicken they was fine but thr pizza was very disgusing your charging sky high prices 20 pound for a pizza that re heated i wont be buying another for a wile 🤫🤫🤫🤮😢

They AREN'T doing takeaway's like they say on Google. They are doing collections only, when I questioned I was told it is takeaways but you have to order through the app. Chocolate teapots.....

Got asked by a member of staff if I had a mask, walked in with you little boy... explained I was exempt and then he starts trying to dictate to me about my health! Because I don't have to wear a mask, then asked us to wait out side in -2 conditions!!! Poor

You'd like to think ordering from a chain restaurant that the quality and service would be consistent, but it's not. The last time I ordered from here the food took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive, when I only live up the road, and it was cold on arrival and dry. The time before that it arrived late and it had been dropped so all the toppings had fallen off. They also don't appear to read the delivery instructions as they consistently try to deliver to the wrong house on my road, disturbing my neighbours. I won't be ordering from here again.

I received a special offer for a pizza and placed it online. I ordered it to be ready ASAP. The instructions were collect when you want. I received a notification to say it was ready and drove to collect it. When I arrived they said it has been thrown away as I hadn’t collected it within half an hour! They then tried to charge me again for the order. Terrible customer service!

Pudsey 1 is not my local one any longer..not helpful no ring back. Ordered on line..ad av picked up and delivered..on.line offers can be confusing a deal is a deal in my opinion

Great pizza as dominos usually are, but the manager here ‘mo’ is a great guy! And to top ot off the lunch offer for £1.99 just makes it a good experiance with great value. Maybe i should stop going everyday though 😂

Took my money 3 times. Told me I never ordered then lied and said I was refunded and I wasn't. Told a manager would call but never did. Avoid

Don't believe the 1star review which I think can only be attributed to this unit being very recently opened. My experiences are only positive, quick delivery, pleasant delivery drivers and HOT delicious pizza! Only small issue is that sometimes the people answering the phone don't have English as a first or possibly even second language which is not ideal in a phone based customer service situation but we've usually managed in the end. I'd definitely recommend.
