Over £100 spent. 2 of the 4 pizzas were dry and tasteless. The worst Dominoes I've ever been to. Tried to contact through the app. Didn't realize it hadn't gone through. Tried again 3 days later to get a response saying nothing they can do i left it too long. Have gone back to explain. But had no response. BOSTON DOMINOES AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Staff don’t know to use to use their own app or what’s on it! The staff are rude and incompetent.. Girl who answers the phone clearly doesn’t have my brain!! Just a bad experience again!! The apparent manager agrees to do a deal as the website down but the other staff seem to not comprehend common sense.

Not the best domino’s I have used. My regular is bbq chicken. Couple of weeks ago they forgot to put any chicken on at all. And then yesterdays was barely edible, there was far too much bbq sauce on it, made it very sickly indeed. This is not the first time this has happened.

Awful service from staff, chose a collection time 2 hours in advance and they said they had been busy so hadn’t started it. Said wait 15mins which makes the collection service irrelevant, then went back in to be told to wait another 10minutes. No sorry or compensation, abmismal

As pizzas go there not bad but not great either, had two create your own and the toppings were very sparse, I was expecting a tuna pizza to have plenty of tuna on it rather than hunting for it. Start being generous with the toppings and you might get some repeat business...

Firstly, the guy on the services counter (think his name was Mark iirc) really needs retraining on customer service and how he speaks to customers. Secondly, you need to train the staff on the Paypoint services you provide. I had an Imovo voucher I wished to redeem and was just told that they dont do them (with an attitude), later followed by that you can chose which transactions you want to do in store (a breach of Paypoints T&C's which i'm aware of having previously been a Paypoint retailer myself) . I have no trouble usually at the Asda at the Arnison Centre which I usually visit. It's a basic Paypoint transaction, but I was refused and argued with over it. Appalling service received, not just for not providing the service, but for the manner inwhich I was spoken to. I was made to feel like I was trying to defraud them, all for the sake of a £24 imovo voucher.

33-34 Market PlaceBeautiful bar,we were sad that we were unable to dine.the staff were lovely and offered us snacks and crisps unfortunately we were looking for something more substantial.

154 Chestnut Hill AveDo not know this shop or recognise the address in Boston Lincs. Maybe this is in Boston Spa,a totally different place. Possibly a nice good shop too visit.

11 South StreetHad many good meals from them and last one was fantastic. We've had some poor meals in the past but recently they've been spot on and really tasty. Definitely back to their best!
