Domino's Pizza in Caerphilly

I ordered food to be delivered between 8 and 8.15 because I was working until 8pm. However these incompetent morons decided to deliver it 20 minutes early, so by the time I got to eat it, it was already stone cold. This is not good service. There has been no apology or even refund.

customer service was awful in risca the staff are not polite at all and are rude to customers we waited over 15 minutes just to be served

Ordered 2 pizzas hardly no cheese on either, it was like eating bread with tomato puree on. Toppings were scattered as if they couldnt be bothered. Really poor. Won't be ording again. Prefer pizza from another source. Way more expensive than other places and quite easily the worst quality. Extremely disappointing.

Normally pretty good, my son and his girlfriend ordered pizza for their anniversary, only 1 pizza arrived so had to ring and get the other one delivered another wait whilst the second one arrived really disappointed. Also any voucher codes that come up never work when ordering.

Cold food, didn't taste great either, delivery was quick but personally I would prefer to wait longer if it meant the quality was better.

Food is nice but standards of preparation are dreadful. 11th of November we were given 2 boxes of cookies instead of our garlic bread. Today we ordered again and the half half pizza is 1/4 of one topping. With a single onion and mushroom on top when we didn't ask for either. Again, our chocolate pizza was delivered without the chocolate. This is not a good standard. The delivery time was only 20 minutes , but what use is fast delivery when you cant enjoy your order.

Took over 2 hours to get our food, we tried ringing the store multiple times but no one answered. When food finally arrived it was cold and inedible. Avoid at all costs there are better places.

Really lovely. Nice staff.local.. Great for NHS staff as ask for discount when collecting as about 40% off... Would recommend

Dry tasteless, complained for they brought partly wrong order, need to be very intoxicated for the pizza to be ok !! Yuck
