Domino's Pizza in High Peak

Thanks to all the staff at glossop...really appreciate what you did last night.. most wouldn't have bothered with the mistake made, but these men did and sorted it straight away.. thanks again....

Second time eating from this Dominoes... first time It was ok... this time round I was profusely sick throughout the night after with stomach pains... it was definitely their Pizza that caused it.... their head office sends you a form over to complete that's akin to that of a mortgage application and expects you to fill it out on your phone afterwards... what a joke.... clearly they are timewasters when it comes to refunding you, or seemingly not wishing to and try to dissuade you from making a complaint with their 10 page waste our time mortgage application for a pizza refund forn.... stick to the store bought - £26 to get poorly off a pizza! No thanks.

UPDATE - 1 month after complaining (as requested) Domino's Customer Service Team finally apologised for the diabolical pizza's I was sent from the Glossop Store. Unbelievably, they offered me a free pizza (THE NEXT TIME I ORDER) but it has to be done in 30 days and I have to phone the store with a code they provided! Did they read my complaint? I spend £30 on 2 pizza's that were inedible and went straight in the bin and they have the nerve of offering me a 'buy one get one free' as an apology. They can stick their 'buy one get one free' pizza right up their a**** as far as I'm concerned and as a thank you from me, I'm going to post my review about them all over the internet review sites (trip advisor etc.) ORIGINAL REVIEW Last time I ordered 2 pizza’s and unfortunately they arrived late an inedible. I ordered on the Domino’s website and was watching the tracker which read that the pizza’s had been delivered. I rang the store to inform them the pizza’s hadn’t in fact been delivered and was advised there were traffic problems and the driver was delayed (I was following the driver tracker and saw they made a delivery in the opposite direction to my house). The staff were apologetic and rang me later to inform me the delivery driver couldn’t find my address! The pizzas arrived 50 minutes after leaving the store and they were that dry and over baked I couldn’t finish one slice and both pizzas ended up in the bin. This was the 2nd time on the trot the food I received was not good and disappointing it will be a long time before I consider returning!

2 hours 30 mins to deliver 1 pizza. No apology and took several rings to answer the phone.

Ordered 2 pizza 1 was sent black when I rang made a complaint told me he would send me another after looking at the 1st one I said no I wanted a refund he then told me he wanted to pick it up waited 30 mins rang them bk to ask where the driver was to collect the pizza told me he will refund me tmz but there busy what kind off business this is I dont know disgusted is a understatement

Spent £40 for a family treat, took ages to come, my son was ready for bed by the time it came! Food arrived 40 minutes after we were notified that the delivery driver had set off so it arrived cold, plus barely anything in the fries. Didn't want to ring and be told we would have to wait ages for them to deliver a new pizza. Tried to complain twice through dominos website, said i would hear back from the store within 5 days and still haven't heard 2 weeks later. Don't waste your money here- it's shocking!!!

1st time trying domino’s and won’t be doing again. Pizza just warm Bland and dry. Wedges hardly a big portion for two. And again. Just warm and hard in middle. Highly disappointed will stick to the local pizza shops Specially at the prices these charge.

Great value Domino's in Glossop. Two minutes walk from the Travelodge. Great deals like but one pizza get one free. Quick service- ready in 10 minutes and this on a Saturday night. Fresh and clean place. Wide menu options with vegetarian and plant based. Easy parking bays nearby. Definitely recommend. They got one of our pizza orders wrong but gave us free cookies- these are work getting as they are hot and gooey. Super yummy.

My vegetarian daughter collected her order for several pizzas from Domino's Glossop. On arrival home, round trip of 5 miles, she found that the order was incorrect, a Pepperoni pizza incorrectly included, so telephoned, the person answering didn't seem to understand, and when he did eventually, no apology, and the request to deliver the correct pizza was refused, unless my daughter paid. So back in the car, another wasted trip to collect one PIZZA!

Lovely food, plenty of toppings, nice wings and the cinnamon dippers look amazing (too full to eat them right now haha)

Very expensive and very rude staff on the phone. The pizza was dripping in grease and the hot wings sauce was gross. Wouldn’t recommend.

Usually I get an average half decent Luke warm pizza on delivery unless I collect in which case it’s excellent however ….. Today was an amazing day (saddo 🤔) as the dominos experience was amazing. Fresh hot / decent tasty pizza delivered to our door - fantastic service and excellent tasty food. I recommend the deluxe but change the tomato to barbecue sauce and change the sausage to pepperoni. Also if you like add olives and or jalepenos. Just excellent. Thanks doms keep up the good work staff / drivers.

DO NOT order from here. This is the fifth pizza in a row ive had where I cant tell the difference between the box and the actual pizza. All they sell is cardboard, the cheese is solid and everything is dry. If you really want a dominos, order from a store further away and collect. Its simply not worth it.

Usually Glossop Domino's is amazing. But this time the pizza's were so dry. So disappointing as it was a treat for my son's birthday. Wasn't a fresh cooked pizza at all.

If you only sell pizza, how could you be so bad at it? Its as if they try to make the pizza's taste sub standard.

Tried the app and it crashed every time, tried ringing 3 times and there was no answer. Ended up in the shop to try and make my order and was asked if I had ordered, I said no and then was ignored again for 5 minutes. Just walked out in the end

Pizza was like stale undercooked bread with poor tasteless toppings on it, innit? Not worth the money even though it was buy one get one free, innit?

I ordered two large Meteor Pizzas online. When I went to collect, I was handed the pizzas and told they had run out of sausage so had put extra pepperoni on instead. As I was pushed for time, I had two options, walk out and try and get my money back somehow, or take the pizzas. I took the pizzas. I went back in the next day as I wasn't working and explained that Pepperoni isn't my favourite topping and I was disappointed that I had driven to collect something different to my online order without being contacted first. He said that he would rectify their error by me buying more pizza and he would give me a free garlic bread. Dominos solution to their own error is for people to buy more pizza from them. I won't be back until this is rectified. I have emailed head office whose auto reply said that Dominos will reply in 5 days, after 7 days of waiting, nothing. So I rang head office yesterday, they said wait for an email and still nothing today. Poor show for such an expensive product. I have used Dominos a number of times before and never had cause for complaint. This experience however tells me that customer service is truly dead.

Delivery time stated between 45-60 minutes but it arrived within 25 minutes this was a bit of an inconvenience as I was balls deep in my wife at the time

Had a few hiccups in the past. Ordered today and they forgot the drink, driver said he'd be back in 5 minutes with it, no problem. Hour goes past still no drink. Rang the shop someone said setting off with it now, still not here and hour and a half later. Disappointed.

Not great service, ie knowing ur promotions, and I waited for 20 mins, food good though, very expensive should be good.

I always use this branch as I work in Glossop and they are far better than my local branches, they offer a far greater menu. They have always been spot on for me and the 1 issue I ever had was sorted promptly. Also ignore the guy who posted a photo of a pizza in a box that doesn't look anything like a dominos box, not sure why he's posting obviously fake reviews.

I waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas. It had more crust than pizza and was made very sloppily. When it finally arrived it was almost cold and I was overcharged alot.

I came here with 2 friends, we waited 45 minutes for 4 very low quality pizzas, I had pepperoni pizza which was more tomato than dough, my friend had crust bigger than his pizza, and my friend got the wrong order. Would not reccomend coming here as the pizza was also overpriced. The pizza would've tasted nice if it had been made properly

Disgusting and burnt Pizza’s second time we have had it from Glossop and both times shocking waited nearly 2 hours aswell for the food to be Disgusting never ordering again!!!!

There is a better and MUCH CHEAPER pizza take away literally around the corner. Forgot the cheese on my garlic bread and a mere dribble of sauce on my pizza.

dominos, always overpriced, i never order without finding a discount code online or now through dominos website itself. The pizzas from here are a bit inconsistent, sometimes awesome, sometimes not so much. however, if something is wrong, call the store and tell them. they will always replace the pizza for you (as long as you dont do it every time lol) but if they generally did mess up, let them know and you can get a freebie pizza next time (if you call up the following day during the day so you get the day time manager most likely a better response than when its busy.

Overpriced compared to other Dominos franchises and lack of deals that give actual value. Food is usually good but inconsistent.

Good offer garlic pizza bread for 1 pound

Expensive even with the "special offers". Downright extortionate without. Pizzas can be pretty good but can also be utter rubbish. I complained once and was offered some wedges with my next order. My wife was a big fan but even she is not that keen anymore.

Pizza good as always, missing a couple of stars as the pricing is crazy. Just have a price and forget all the offers. Because I created my pizza I got it cheaper than choosing the exact same pizza from menu!

Food good, average cleanliness. No toilets. Beware buying with your family with the intention of eating at the establishment (there is a small area of tables and chairs) - when plastic cups were asked for I was told they don't have them curtly. Is that too much to ask for Domino's?? Especially since other Domino's outlets do have them....

Extremely disappointed with this place. Soggy undercooked pizza. Hardly any toppings which you do pay for. Do not recommend.

Loved being able to order just what you wanted online and collect. I even received a text 8 minutes before it was ready. Oh, and it's nice pizza too.

This Domino's is awful.. Every time I order from here the women on the phone is rude, and the manager isn't polite either! The pizza and garlic bread comes burnt to a crisp where i cant even eat it! So not only do the staff have poor manners they also cook BAD as well! This Domino's definitely needs new staff to save the place!

Great food but the prices vary to much, I never seem to pay the same price for the same product

This was our first time ordering from this specific Domino's and we will NOT be returning again! We are disgusted with the service we recieved from the girl who answered the phone. Unfortunately we did not get her name but she was very rude and not very polite at all. We wasn't even given a time frame for our food to be collected. We also didn't recieve the 50% NHS discount off pizzas if collected and instead only recieved 30%. When arriving to the Domino's, the woman at the counter was still rude and blunt whilst we gave our order details so they knew which food to give us. Overall our experience was very unpleasant and I think new polite staff are very much needed before you may lose even more customers.

Horrible food and horrible service. Every time I have ordered from this poor excuse for a dominos it hasn't been delivered without me ringing 3 or 4 times, most of the time I end up having to go and collect it. The food is disgusting, always cold and poorly cooked. The customer service is disgusting, they do not care at all. Never had a worse customer service experience in my life. This place needs all new staff because they're all rubbish.

Local. £9.00 cheaper to collect from here than to have delivered 1/4 of a mile!! Kids love it.

Cold and expensive. I tried this on the advice of my 18 year old step son. I normally use Glossop pizza. I will never use dominos again. Less flavour, not delivered and a third more expensive. Add to this that the pizza was cold when we arrived home less than 4 minutes later. I have got that feeling similar to when you leave your wallet on the roof of the car after filling with petrol then driving away. I feel like I have been mugged. Never again.

Stopped ordering a month or two ago as every order was wrong; missing items, missing sauces from the box lids, on one occasion completely the wrong pizza (of a much lesser value than the one I had requested). The final issue was when they yet again had to call me to advise that they had no stuffed crusts, and offered me a garlic bread with cheese as an alternative as I had already paid by card online. The order turned up minus said garlic bread, and on phoning to request a refund, was told by the manager (or shift runner as he called himself) that it was very strange, as he had 'packed the order himself'. The refund request would take time, as had to be forwarded to head office - I never got the refund. I guess my masterplan of stealing garlic breads from Domino's Pizza that I didn't even want in the first place will take a little more time to perfect. I will never use again :)

Jaw dropping incompetence. Avoid.

BAD SERVICE. Manager was rude, didn't understand us and is not customer orientated. We will not be going back until the establishment is run better.
