Domino's Pizza in Belfast

Should have gone to tesco and got a frozen pizza. It's much better than this. Late overcooked and cold. What could be worse. The system said 30 minutes it was 55. Cold damp pizza....what a great night. And what will they do for me?? Nothing

Paying a premium price for a premium service there’s no point with dominos I’ve ordered four time online for 9:15/9:30 each time arrives 8:30 or 8:45 .. pointless when the foods for someone else arriving home around 9:30. Let it slide first two time third phoned to ask what’s the point . Received a rushed voice mail with no name . I didn’t follow up Fourth time left an honest score on email feedback dominos contacted me to say I didn’t phone the store to make a complaint about my online order so they can’t do anything . I didn’t ask for anything to be done . Will not use dominos again theres far too many more affordable pizza places to choose from in any town my advice buy local

A 13” Chicken Feast ordered. When we opened the box it was light on cheese and the Chicken was hard to see. It’s chopped so looks a bit like chopped mushroom but there wasn’t a lot on there. The toppings were not well distributed. It was a takeaway so we were not at the store when we opened it so I sent a message into Dominos with a photo soon after. Domino's took no responsibility whatsoever saying that we should have complained in store. “ Unfortunately as the store was not called regarding this, we are unable to offer any sort of compensation. However, we appreciate your feedback and hope this does not deter you from ordering from us again.” That response seemed incredible to me.

This place is a disaster when it gets too busy. The staff and their systems just can’t cope. We waited over an hour in their premises after ordering and it turned out our £68 order was lying on a shelf and no one noticed. They are a joke

We always give a by ball but tonight I’m miffed because we spent nearly £40 for it to arrive freezing, missing an item & another item completely wrong. I then had the absolutely faff of having to plate it all up to microwave it all one by one. Tried to phone the restaurant to rectify it but it rang out repeatedly & couldn’t get through. Complete waste of money tonight & everyone gutted their tea was rubbish after waiting all day to order a treat … 2/10

Overpriced rubbish pizza. Two out of three pizzas were burnt to a crisp. Like trying to eat cardboard. Had previous issues here and no apology made when complained over the phone. Will avoid on future.

Have tried many domino's outlets most are good but I have to say Bangor county down is possibly the worst ever ,the staff are all young and inexperienced, the pizzas are terrible so hit and miss for the money one day undercooked the next overcooked ..delivery drivers clueless no local knowledge 🙈any time you have a complaint and go through to Rob he as much use as s chocolate fireguard..Do yourselves a favour and order else where ,Marcianos,taste off Italy and Dolce Vita all much nicer pizzas at cheaper prices😋

They usually always deliver fast and on time but the past 3 orders I have made have all been a let down. All 3 times I received calls from the store telling me the driver was lost and after explaining where I live they still continued to get lost each and every time. My most recent order being last night, I placed my order at 7pm, was sent a text stating it was out for delivery at 7:30pm but still had heard nothing by 8pm, I then received a call saying the driver was lost yet again and explained where my house is, they said this was fine and it was on its way to me now. 30 minutes later it had still not arrived and I called the store, they told me the driver had gotten lost again and returned to the store. They were not even going to make me aware of this and if I hadn’t called I still wouldn’t have my food. They had to re make my order as it had gone cold and it was sent back out for delivery again at 8:30pm (an hour and and a half after I placed my order and an hour after it was originally sent out for delivery) the food arrived around 10 minutes later and was a disgusting greasy mess, the pizza box was soaked from the grease and the pizza so soggy it could not be eaten. I was not offered a refund, a discount or anything as an apology for this and I will never be ordering from here again. I gave them a by ball with the first 2 orders which arrived late and lost but this 3rd time is the last straw for me. Money and time down the drain and not a thing offered for it.

While dominos does a decent tasting pizza, we are infrequent users for the reasons given above. Even with their walk in offer BOGOF offer it is just too expensive, and they stopped doing the one vegi pizza in their Itialian range. We haven't been back since. There are too many alternative pizza shops that at least give us a choice!

According to last week’s tv programme, Dominos say they put 40 slices of pepperoni on a large pepperoni pizza. Mine had 30. So.... not impressed.

I order from here anytime I want a pizza. The app is great and I like to track my order although sometimes it’s a bit off. They used to have a Veg-A-Roma pizza that was amazing but they don’t do it anymore so I usually try to make it myself; not quite the same but near enough. The best part though is the garlic bread and garlic and herb dip!! What isn’t so great is the price; it’s so expensive. I usually order on a Tuesday to take advantage of the 2-for-1 deal. Still the best pizza!!

Me and my other half regularly visit this pizza place and the pizza is great. I called down at 11pm tonight to ask for delivery and they told me that delivery was finished for the night ... this wasn’t a problem as I knew they opened to 11:45 pm and instead asked to collect to which they stated they were shut. I queried why some one had answered the phone if they were shut and I was responded with a “from courtesy”. The young fellow on the phone was quite rude and seemed to think it was a joke. As a stated before me and my other half have been to this place numerous times and it has been great but we will not be back ! AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU WANT CUSTOMER SERVICE

The only pizza place in bangor that delivers on time. Always hot and fresh, best about. Simply marvs👍

Top notch pizza but its soo expensive, I only go here when they have offers on and even then its expensive. I would go here a lot more often if they lowered their prices.

Well we all just adore dominos but let's be honest - it's a mighty expensive treat at up to £12.00 for a large pizza from Bangor or Knock. Road. There's a positive solution! Wait till you're next out at Glengomely and get it there cause it's any large pizza only £8.99.

Best dominos in N.I. always delivered hot fresh and bang on time. Bit costly but worth it, try the dips, garlic and herb is really superb

11.50pm, bank hol weekend, pizza arrived in 25 mins, was hot and rather delicious. Doubt the service could always be this good but it was perfect. Worth an order 👍🏼

They do a two for one on Tuesday's, so I thought I would try a Pizza. Big mistake. The pizza's where a good size but not too hot. in fact they did not look as though they had been cooked fully.They where floppy and squidgy and the fillings where slipping off. At £13.99 approx, I will not be visiting the place again.

I have never called into Domino's for collection nor have I ever spoken to anyone on the phone. I began ordering online a few years ago & have now moved on to using the Domino's App.They have always delivered within 30 minutes - without fail. The food has always been of the standard I expect from Domino's - great pizza & amazing garlic pizza bread.It is a little pricey so I don't order every week but my husband & I always choose the "Meal for Two" for £14.99 which comprises of two small pizzas; either two garlic pizza breads or potato wedges or one of each & two cans of soft drink. Some dips are also included (garlic & herb & a barbeque dip).I have to commend the app. It is really quick to order this way & has never let me down & I get to follow the progress of the order as it is happening.

Used to love dominos bangor delivery or collection especially when you get good discount codes on dominos blog but have to say don't know whats happened over last couple off months but the standard has really dropped they no longer taste fresh just tastless overdone bits off cardboard they used to have a nice fresh dough base it must be frozen now, the same wirh there tomato sauce on there base terrible now compared with other branches and twice i have placed an order for chicken strippers only to be told none left now come on one off there biggest selling dishes and they can't keep enough in stock, the pizzas definitely not worth the money Obviously this is why they are constantly doing 50% off to boost sales it must be down to poor training for the young staff and cheaper ingredients you'd be better staying at home making your own!!!!!!!

Ordered online a few times as there's sometimes an offer on, full price is just too dear, Pizza has been lukewarm on a couple of occasions. Don't bother ordering for collection as when you get there, the staff will have lost your pizza, despite the pizza tracker saying it's ready for collection. The store is absolute bedlam and you'll not get parked for Dominos drivers abandoning on every bit of tarmac. Get a frozen pizza and keep the other 15 quid.

Food was ok ish for the money as I had a 50% off code but if it had been half price I wouldn't have been too impressed.The dough was not fully cooked and most of the food wasn't eaten, They just need to keep the pizzas in a bit longer and it will be awesome.

Disappointed as have ordered from other branches and have been very pleased. All cheese on one of the pizzas was black and the other was stone cold (?) This was probably due to the pizzas (apparently) being in quality control for 10 minutes before being cleared for delivery. Funny that no one noticed how scorched one pizza was during this stretch. Nearly 15 minutes to deliver to a house literally 50 metres away (and weekday lunchtime at that)? I would have left feedback but the driver never bothered confirming it had been delivered so pizza tracker didn't allow me to. I would have rung to complain but get the feeling the manager wouldn't care if he thinks a curled, dried out, cold, burnt pizza is suitable to deliver to a customer. Never again, especially at that price.

I've ordered from here a few time because their website is easy. Used to be just that their pizza was disappointing. I wrote a bad review of Domino's that was deleted. It involved their poor food and their approach to a complaint about a pizza that never arrived. It took me a while to get reimbursed. Awful place.
