Domino's Pizza in West Lancashire

Hardly no cheese on nachos for the second time this time i ordered without jalapenos hoping there would be a fair amount of cheese but they was worse than my last order may as well be plain nachos and the cheese garlic bread only one slice out 4 had cheese on and most times it 2 slices not acceptable the money they cost

Delivery order for non meat eater arrived with tandoori chicken on it. Double decadence base on another pizza was two cardboard like baked hard tortilla bases glued together limply with flour and water paste. Complained told order would be replaced. After an hour phoned back. Told replacements not placed as manger was not in branch to authorise. Nothing they could do. May be 11..00pm when replacement fulfilled. Disgraceful. So now they’ve had the money failed to compete their part of the contract and they don’t give a toss. Order elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed ordered 14 chicken wings was told they never had enough chose chicken strips to top it up and a side of nachos opted for delivery, when it arrived 20 mins later than what they estimated never got the chicken strips even though they rang me to to say there was not enough wings this then cost me equivalent to over £1 a wing no hot sauce . BBQ instead! Not what I ordered nachos burt on top soggy on the bottom I personally feel I was ripped off.

Dominoes Pizza Is totally overpriced but Skelmersdales has a 100% success rate in fulfilling orders and producing the quality expected. A great fast food addition to the town. Delivery is always quick and the tracker is nice when ordering online. The food has never arrived cold.

I received burnt nachos I rang up for a refund I had a picture of the nachos that were inedible the lad I spoke to stated they have to serve them as they come out the oven even if they are burnt he said yes he must have thought I was stupid! I opted for the refund which I didn’t receive and therefore due to the lack of customer service and poor quality food and won’t be returning

Myself and my daughter decided on pizza for tea only reason we went to dominoes was the buy one get one free witch sounds good value we ordered a pepperoni medium £14.99 not to bad if your get 2 pizzas at the same quality 1 was really nice 2nd one that must have been the free one ! Hardly any chicken on it and a scabby portion of cheese there is 14 pizza places in Skelmersdale that serve better quality and at a cheaper price so I don’t think we will be ordering again
