Domino's Pizza in Selby

DO NOT EAT HERE IF VEGAN!!!!!! I ordered a vegan pizza from them and whilst eating it I noticed pieces of beef on it. That I clearly accidentally ate. I called the manager who tried to send me a new pizza, but I told him I wanted a refund. He tried to give me a voucher and said the new pizza is on its way. I had to argue with him for about 20 minutes. He even hung up on me to answer another call! I never accepted any new pizza from them and returned the old pizza to them. I’ve still not been given a refund for the meal. Overall it was just shocking customer service and clearly no hygiene standard!

The quality of the food is really bad, Chicken Strippers had a terrible taste, like they had been cooked in a dirty oven or oil, Garlic Bread wasn't up to its usual standard either. Rang the store to give some feedback and was offered some more Chicken Strippers, I declined as the taste of the one I attempted to eat had put me off, needless to say I won't be ordering there again. Shame really as it used to be nice food but not anymore.

Probably the worst Pizza I have ever had, base was like cardboard, it looked like it had been pre-baked and was extremely dry and tough. This is one franchise I will definitely not be using again.

Probably one of the most unorganised Dominoes I have ordered from. Got our order wrong twice. Resulting in going back in. Ordered online to pick up. Told food was ready. Then said we had to wait again. So the pizza was going cold. Waited another 10 mins for another item that was missing. Then got the item to get into the car and realised they had given us the wrong order again. So had to Then go back in again and wait.

Was given a mix of someone else's and my order despite being asked my name, only realised once I got home, (a few miles from the branch), so we drove back only to be handed my now tepid food and a small bottle of coke zero, (which I can't stand), cold mediocre pizza's and poor customer service are currently leaving a very poor taste in my mouth and my wallet £30 lighter.

Dominos generally good food but extremely expensive only good to order when they have mega deal on! And then the food is not always on top form! Fast delivery is always a guarantee.

Everytime we have ordered the pizzas have been wrong, last time we will be ordering from here. 2 hours still waiting for the correct pizza and now no answer

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered tonight after receiving a discount due to a previous complaint. However this time we didn’t receive products we ordered, when called the store they were no help, no refund offered or replacement for the missing items. Absolutely shocking and the quality of the food is getting gradually worse too.

It’s a pretty normal domino’s tbh not much particular, just the things they have on the wall are a bit of a weird one ahahah, waiting abt 14 mins for two pizzas so quite good and pizzas were nice. Only downside is price, wouldn’t recommend in this cozzie living crisis to be fair.

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection, the app said ready in ten minutes. I turned up on time and after a clear error that was not realised, only two pizzas were prepared and it took a further 20 minutes to actually produce the third pizza. I finally managed to pick up my order 40 minutes after arriving. Two pizzas were, by this time, luke warm. Despite some shrugging apologies the best compensation they could come up with was four greasy cookies. Desperately poor service.

Still awaiting a call back for a refund. The delivery guy was lost for 30 minutes and the food was cold

I must admit I'm a regular, once a week sometimes more, sometimes you get a perfect pizza, others you get too much sauce, too little cheese, not done enough, small complaints I know. That being said the price slice is very welcome, I never buy their pizza at full price, it simply is not worth the price.

Absolutely worst pizza I have ever had, I was in a rush so couldn't take it back, even a cheap frozen pizza would of been nicer, and the price for dominoes is a joke. Never again.

Poor pizza, insipid dough and low quality toppings for an an extortionate price. The 2 inches of topping free crust is good for the waistline though. What's not to love!?!!? This a franchise and the owner has 0 memory of his customer service training. This is Dominos though, the masters of rip-off.

Honestly some of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while, alongside with very friendly staff and little to no waiting time. I’d highly recommend.

Pizza was good. I ordered delivery and got a call 45mins later. Bit disappointing but good job i dont drink as i had to collect myself. Staff were professional and very apologetic. Not their fault the driver didn't show. I just changed my rating from 3 to 4 due to staff.

Poor, orders missing cheese, wrong orders given. Little to no appology. I try to avoid.

£9.99 for a garlic bread, wedges, cookies and a 1.25lt drink. Decent little deal, was nice to have a bit of everything. After eating this the wedges were stone cold and the bigger ones was still hard. Would try again maybe but I found Marios up the street.

Went in store ordered ( going by the sheets on the counter top) 2 sides and pizza for 6.99 and chicken sides for 5.99 and a Dr pepper and came to over £27 and when questioned the member of staff got the manger and even he said it was correct even though the sheets on the counter top says different. Once I got home half way through the pizza when my 5 year old son pulled a long blonde hair off his pizza. Not impressed one single bit will not be returning here.

Good big pizza and acceptable for the price, I went to them the other day and ordered 3 medium pizzas and 3 bottles of 1 liter juice and 3 barbeq sauces, then I noticed that the pizza already had a box of sauce as a gift from them , Congratulations, I've never seen anything like this before. Congratulations also for the way of presentation, I couldn't even believe that there is sauce in the box that is passed through the lid of the box, I also really liked that the sauce was sealed and made by the factory. THE PIZZA IS GOOD TO TASTE I RECOMMEND IT! I gave all these things 30 pounds in total

Delivered pizza to wrong address then failed to find house a second time! Two hours later still no Pizza!!

We have now tried this establishment several times including having the food delivered. When delivered the pizzas have always been hot and very tasty. We have now tried various ones and find them all very good.

Not up to scratch at all. Pizzas stone cold. Boxes where crushed and there was hardly any toppings on this pizza. This is unbelievable considering the price.

£10 for a small pizza? Last time I will be having one 🤬

The delivery guys are turning up, no gloves, handling bottles & pizza boxes, & now two pizza orders in a row found some nice hair as one of the toppings, on top of that the last one caused me days of illness & misery, dont think ill be ordering again!

Unable to phone an order through. Only online orders and no option for GF. Won't ever use you again.

Ordered online and they ask for your email address and mobile number as part of the ordering process. Did not expect to start getting email and SMS adverts on the back of this. I'm very careful to always opt out of receiving adverts but this does not seem to have stopped them. Have texted STOP and clicked unsubscribe on the last few so hope they stop soon as very annoying and enough to stop me ordering again. Pizza was OK but expensive.

Pizza was really good, service not so much. The timer said the pizza was done but they just put it on the side? Even though we were waiting at the till and were the only ones in at the time... we obviously didn't know it was ours or we would've asked earlier but after 5 minutes of it saying it was done we asked and she gave it to us with a big sigh looking like we were the ones in the wrong... we ate in and there were 3 lads who came in after, they got given wrong toppings on the pizza, the lady told them the needed to be more clear... well she obviously heard because it said on the box what the lad didn't want on... everyone was to blame but her...

Was expecting a nice pizza tonight wen I went to collect tonight and opens it to find this on top my pizza

Friends round, decided to order some pizzas, collected them within 20 minutes, Pizza's were superb, great value as they were 2 for 1 recommended

My partner and I ordered a delivery of 1 x pizza, 2 x sides and a dessert. It’s been almost an hour and apparently it’s only just in the baking stage? Probably going to be another half an hour and the order was placed just before 20:30!!

I ordered 100 pizzas, paid around £1000, pizzas never arrived! I called them and they said: "if you call us again, we'll call the police"

You try to check your setting area because there are big ZERO clearing rate for you !!!

Good pizza, but a little pricey

Great service especially if you collect lovely pizza will definitely be going back

Excellent service and easy online ordering. Only took about 15 mins and could track my order to the nearest minute. Expensive but not so much if you take advantage of the offers.
