Domino's Pizza in Bath and North East Somerset

I ordered cheeseburger loaded fries which I chose to get delivered, however when I opened the box, it was just normal cheese fries, therefore I overpaid, won’t be going here again

Ordered several pizzas a few weeks ago and it took 2 hours to arrive, predictably cold. If you can’t fulfil a service don’t advertise it. Called several times chasing it and was told I would get a full refund. No refund was made. You can’t run a business like this.

Ordered online and waited hours for the delivery only to turn up cold. Had to warm pizza slices in the microwave to eat.

I appreciate that in 2022 delivery drivers are hit & miss bit after 3 phone calls &. 2 hrs being promised the driver is 2 mins away and then after a final phone call to be told it’s not even been made why would you ever use theirs Mis totally useless establishment again, if you can’t deliver on time let the customers know and we’d can go elsewhere this is the last time we will ever use Domino’s.
