So I ordered my food whilst sat watching a series with my partner, before the end of the episode we were in the middle of our food arrives, the driver was very friendly and the food is perfectly hot to serve up, sit down and eat after a few minutes.

I’m very disappointed with the service tonight I ordered my pizza and cookies at 18:17 and it had taken over two hours to get my pizza and cookies I tried phoning them twice and they didn’t answer I’m Very Disappointed 😢 I was really looking forward to my little treat but my the time my pizza got delivered I didn’t want it I’ve decided to not order from them again

Placed an order for two American Hot pizzas on Saturday as I had planned my first cheat day 5 weeks into the New Year diet and was really looking forward to it. Sadly half way through my pizza I discovered 3 chicken bones on my pizza as I had bitten into one. How an earth a chicken bone ends up on a pizza let alone a pepperoni pizza I don’t know. So my experience and cheat day was ruined so it was very disappointing. The manager was apologetic and offered a full refund and free ice cream which was nice but never materialised, even after following up with head office! This has really put me off Dominos and to not even receive a refund is totally out of order. Will not be ordering again!

We made quite a substantial order totaling at around £65. the order arrived late with main items missing and what did arrive was inedible. phoned the restaurant to try and find out what had gone wrong and was told that it was due to the head chef being on holiday. I was asked if I would like the missing items delivered in a 45 min to hour time frame. which I found completely pointless. After alot of excuses I was offered a refund for the whole order that I still haven't received 2 weeks later!

I got the chicken jalfrezi and lamb bhuna cooked to my palette and every mouthful was worth it. Thank you chef for making the yummy food and making the curry to order. Thank you to both the chef and delivery driver for a lovely comvo and also the service. Well done guys , I'm sure once the refurbishment in completed without fail place will do great. As a a bengali amazing and my pakistani husband was just as happy with the food. Thank you!
