Okay sooo the place is defos going through refurb thats visible however the fooodddd mmmmmhhhhhh absolutely delicious ! I got the chicken jalfrezi and lamb bhuna cooked to my palette and every mouthful was worth it. Thank you chef for making the yummy food and making the curry to order. Thank you to both the chef and delivery driver for a lovely comvo and also the service. Well done guys , I'm sure once the refurbishment in completed without fail place will do great. As a a bengali amazing and my pakistani husband was just as happy with the food. Thank you!

I had a curry from here last night. I have to say the food was nice actually. But we collected this meal from the shop and we were absolutely gobsmacked at what we walked into. The place is a building site basically. I see that you answer people on here so can I ask a question please? Is this food cooked on site at the shop on Hawley Lane? I only ask because there was no smells and no sizzling from the kitchen area? Also the guy that was serving was the only guy there? Working the counter and the kitchen? I would like to hear an answer please, thank you. If this is cooked off site can you mention it in here, cheers.

I order at around 10pm and I waited for 2 hours and food is not arrived yet and for 2 hours waiting they said they will cancel the order and give the refund how it makes sense for telling to wait for 2 hours and then saying that they will cancel the order . Staff is also very rude and don’t please order anything form they it’s disgusting after being waited for 2 hours and cancelling order .

I tried to order some food from here last night, 15/10/23. After I concluded my order, there was an additional .20p which questioned and was told they are charging me for the bag that my food will go into. I appreciate that most placed charge for bags, however, I did npt expect that the bag that my food will be delivered in would also come at a price. I declined and decided to shop elsewhere. That was not the end of it though. I started to get a borage of text messages from a mobile number telling me how this country operates and sending me links to government websites. I was taken by surprise, as I rang a land line to place my order, and after our business was concluded, I never expected my phone number to used by House of Zaikha for any other purposes, let alone to be stalking me on a Sunday afternoon. I asked several times for them to cease and desist, and even after advising them to stop texting me, I continue to get the borages of text messages, mocking me. Ive never known anything like it, coming from a restaurant, simply because I refuse to pay for a back that my meal would have been delivered in. Who ever was sending me these text messages, really need a course in customer services and the manager needs to be aware!

Waited over an hour and a half, (driver did apologise saying he was the only person delivering, so felt sorry for him) but... It's a Saturday night... maybe hire more drivers?! Missing part of the order and the chicken was tough and rubbery. Ordered here, as used Cove Tandoori for years, was surprised the name had changed ... Has it been taken over by new management???

I don’t accept a 1 and1/2 hour wait,plus you’re charged for this!…food was ok but I could of ordered anywhere and surely a quicker delivery. I ordered before it was too busy,and it was a long wait,from 5:45 until 7:25. Not good for your business

I was refused to have a customized order in person based on "we can't remove ingredients because what if something happens to you...", when I tried to remove the beef from loaded fries. This person that said he is the "manager", used reversed health and safety rule that "what if something happens...." to me when removing ingredient (such as beef because I never eat beef but all other ingredients were ok), when actually by adding ingredient to a food is actually the problem in a scenario like this of health and safety. Therefore I was declined my order when many other Dominos shops served me this along with this store's other employees in the past... Worse experience I had with Dominos for many years and Google reviews of 5 stars after my review are proof of biased and influencing from this person to other kind of people to review positively...this is false advertise on Google sadly... and my review is negated.. But this makes my experience even worse... I wish i'd give 0 stars for this...

I just been there to order pizza and one of the female staff talking in Hindi language and saying why they are checking the menu if they wanna order same pizza like what they had before I been there to order pizza before but that’s doesn’t mean I will eat same pizza every time when I go there and she shouldn’t be talking about customer like that! I understand her language but what about the other people who doesn’t understand Hindi language! This is how you treat your customers when they come to order food from your restaurant! We pay for our food and you should respect your customers! I’m so upset how they treat me today and I think the owner/manager should teach them about customer service Such a bad manners staff
