Has to be the worst domino franchise in the country. Attitude from the staff there is diabolical. Made me order a pizza and then refused to give me garlic dips. Seem to have a smirk on his face when he told me too!!

Absolutely shocking customer service. My boyfriend and I ordered three sides and a pizza. The delivery guy dropped parts of the order off, said he forgot the wedges and would only be a 5 minute drive until he was back. We waited for over half an hour and then the shop decides to tell us that he wasn’t coming back and that they’d refund just the wedges he had forgotten. At this point every other piece of food was stone cold and our time wasted. They were no help over the phone, would not let us speak to the manager and kept putting us on hold to avoid speaking to the manager. I would seriously recommend not eating here. If I could give 0 stars I would. A seriously flawed and poorly managed branch that really should be shut down

Restaurant didn’t pass delivery details to driver. Driver then proceeds to incorrectly follow directions to the correct drop off. Gets angry for 30minutes on the phone and threatens to just give up and go back to the store. When he finally arrives starts shouting and dropping expletives. Pretty unprofessional when you’ve ordered £250 worth of food. Absolutely would not recommend this store.

Ordered 4 pizzas for daughters friends but two of them had the wrong toppings. Not a great experience and some disappointed kids.

Incorrect pizza while I waited in store!!

I had the worst experience ever at this restaurant while waiting for a takeaway. Highly unprofessional staff and the manager both of whom assured me that I will receive my refund ASAP as my food was forgotten about while I stood right in front of their faces. In the end I had to leave without any food and I haven't received any refund either. I even rang the store to confirm that I would be issued a refund and I was told yes of course but nothing as of yet and its been a week. Basically, I am not going to dominoes again. I would recommend PIZZA GOGO instead which is around the corner.

Delivery driver handed my pizza to me upside down and also they made both pizzas wrong by putting mushrooms on them. Doughballs had no cheese, just pepperoni, and were very dense.

I paid for my food and phoned up restaurant telling them address is wrong... I then gave the correct address in which then the guy on the phone said NO PROBLEM.... When delivery driver supposedly arrived he refused to come and give me my order to where I am.... I then phoned up again wanting a refund or a brand new order freshly cooked... the guy said he will give me a refund... in which j wanted ASAP song can order food that your company can't deliver. I said if I get a refund I want an email to confirm In which the guy said yes he send it now I then had the delivery driver ring my phone giving me abuse!!! When I phoned up 10 minutes later wanting to know where this email is... the guy got on the phone was VERY RUDE AND SHOUTED AT ME.... I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I WANT COMPENSATION.... DONT HIRE DOSILE STAFF THATS RUDE AND CANT FOLLOW A SIMPLE INSTRUCTION

Ordered our food, refused to deliever and wouldn't answer the phone. Would not recommend. Absolutely appalling.

Awful experience ordering click and collect from this dominos. Ordered a medium pizza and dessert and went to go collect but was faced with a crowd of other dominos customers waiting to collect their order. Had to stand outside and wait an HOUR just to get my food I ordered. When my name was called, my food actually wasn’t there and they had to remake my order causing me to wait even longer. Due to waiting times half the food I ordered was cold. The staff were chaotic and had no system in place. Food was okay, service was awful.

Workers here doesn't have cleanliness. Most of them don't even wear hair nets leaving their hair down. One of them was being rude explaining things as well.

One of the crew member was rude, wouldn't recommend it. Crew members don't even work in kitchen standards and cleanliness.

It is awesome. Delicious pizzas. Many deals for collection. Service is very good.

Awesome, my go to place, it's open till 5am which was convenient as I had finished gigging at 3am and wanted something to eat. The meal deals were well value for money too.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, have credit from a PREVIOUS messed up order, only to ring today to use the credit to be told that it doesn’t exist. In shock at the level of unprofessionalism, guy I spoke to was nice enough but clearly had no idea what was going on and was suppose to be shift manager? Not likely.

Have used this branch in the past and it's usually up to scratch but last nights food certainly wasn't. Scrimped on the toppings, the crusts seemed "wider" and flatter. Appears hardly any cornmeal was used as looked and tasted quite different to normal. The whole meal was quite bland and disappointing, even my Dominoe's fanboy kids agreed with me, which is a new experience.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Put pork on my pizza when I don’t eat it!! Called the store and the girl with the glasses who was apparently the shift manager at the time. Told me that she can’t be sure if it was pork after me telling her it is then she decided to put the phone down on me and didn’t seem to care so I decided to drive to the store. Her response was that it was busy in store that’s why she put the phone down? Called after 2 days and spoke with another shift manager told me the actual store manager was going to call me. It’s been about 2 weeks and no managers called me. They have no care what so ever about customer service!!

Always brings the wrong dip quite clearly says BBQ not Garlic I think I might stop ordering from them now !

We waited 40 minutes for the pizza, told it was delivered, we rang them to complain that we are missing the pizzas. Their best offer was to resend the same order, made all over again. HOWEVER, when the driver rang the bell and I went to pick it up, he couldn't be quicker to pass it to me and ran back to his car. I stopped him and asked where the lost crust went. He asked me to call Dominos because it was the end of his shift. We noticed the other pizza was the wrong one as well, and Dominos offered a free Ben n' Jerrys for our troubles.... They didnt offer a refund or third-try delivery. We laughed it off and went for a chippy

Would give ZERO STARS if possible! Dominos is a blight in the area: multiple ‘boy racer’ delivery drivers roaring about until 5am 7 days a week disturbing and endangering local residents by monopolising limited parking and frequently parking illegally on double yellows making cross-roads a ‘death-trap’ (see photos). Frequent/daily discarded pizza boxes, waste, vomit and broken glass and assorted Anti social behaviour are ruining Crwys rd high street, contributing to the deterioration of the area. It’s no wonder Coop closed down recently. The spectacular mismanagement of the area continues…

Having find the driver because he's not keen on leaving the car. Wrong order and no one answering the phone to rectify. I'm guessing they maybe overwhelmed/understaffed.

Absolutely horrendous. Don't order double decadence crust from this store, I've ordered Double decadence twice now from this store and I have specifically asked the staff to be generous in adding the the DD as there's hardly any DD in the pizza. Ive paid £2.99 and have not received what I've paid for and what is being advertised in the pictures which show a generous amount of double decadence. False advertisement and I wil not be ordering from here or any dominos store due to poor service.

The staff here don’t have patience

Twice in a row I’ve ordered after a shift and had them mark an order as ‘delivered’ before closing without delivering.

Not sure if the driver or the staff are to blame for this however my pizza arrived with a very obvious slice missing. After phoning up and being told 'are you sure it didn't just move' we sent an image through email of the pizza as soon as it arrived. After this they phoned back and responded 'there's no slice missing but we're sending another pizza anyway'. While I appreciate a replacement was sent I don't appreciate being gaslit. It's very clear a whole slice is missing and this should be investigated so it doesn't happen again. 3* cuz they did replace the food and as usual the food tastes great.

I placed order after 1 hour 45 minutes ago it says it delivered i had to called them and they just said we will give your money back in 4 days as we don't have any driver. If you don't have driver why do you even take delivery's scammers

Good American pizza, but too much expensive

I've ordered from here on the website somewhere around 15 times this past year, and it's been consistently brilliant, 8/10 for taste (where 5/10 is average supermarket frozen pizza). They only got an order wrong once when they gave me wedges instead of garlic pizza bread and cookies out of nowhere. Since I live on Miskin St the food is piping hot every time, ofc I don't know about delivery to places further away. Food has always arrived fast, no later than 30 minutes. The Large Family Deal for £28 is the best value for money, should last one person a midnight binge and a day after that. Take the 1 star reviews with a grain of salt; people usually only go out of their way to write a review to complain about an awful experience or gush about an amazing one. I've seen the consistent quality they put out before midnight, so I think any problem if there is one has to be ordering sometime in the early morning, long distance delivery or both.

I ordered a pizza in the store my order number is 000482 I want to payed by cash and I payed and ask the manager of the store her name is chirs tip garlic and they said to other staff we only charge for black people he is an professional manager he treats me different very bad attitude and admin they don't reply or they don't care about customer

Ordered a deal for 2 large pizzas, wedges, cookies and a drink. Only 1 of the pizzas arrived and the delivery driver had a horrible attitude. Was told to contact the store to get the others pizza and received no answer. Abysmal.

Terrible food yesterday I spent the time to create half and half and you wouldn’t have even known it was, looked like the same pizza, hardly any cheese mostly tomato, hardly any toppings I asked for, last time I order from them The cheese pizza was stone cold again won’t be wasting any money at the store again

Orders are most likely wrong. When you try and phone to complain no one picks up. Tried to get a refund last night by literally walking to the store because no one was answering, we were told it would go through. Phoned this morning, it hasn't been put through. Total PITA. Having to spend a lot of energy just to correct their mistakes.

2 hour wait. Driver never knocked on door. Rang store, staff denied this. Food eventually delivered cold. Absolute joke.

Probably the poorest pizza I’ve had delivered tonight...... 3 pizzas Arrived at the house one of which looked Half eaten. When Dominoes Cathays Cardiff stopped putting the phone down on me I finally spoke to the manager Luke who informs me I’ll have a reduction off my next pizza. This place is usually spot on but obviously had a massive dip for some reason ..... I hope it gets back on track

Best pizza so far, but definitely overpriced! The only offer that always pays off is the 2 for 1 when you collect the pizzas in store.

Consistently messes up delivery orders, delivering half, having to go back, then your foods cold. Such a simple thing to do right, just doesn't get done here. Oh, and one last thing. The cheese twists are not particularly good, had those over a mates from a different dominoes and they were hot and somehow more cheesy.

Why anybody pays their prices for pizza is beyond me. When you can get the same thing elsewhere fkr far less and just as nice. Just a rip off!

If you order half and half, it will be consistently wrong.

Edit: The current price of a single large pizza is now an astonishing £15.00 gone up from £12.99 which is no longer worth it as good as dominos is it’s not worth the price and hence I unfortunately must say goodbye to dominos and hello pizza gogo who gives a 15+ inch pizza with a thicker base and 4 free toppings dominos ? A 12 inch pizza with no toppings three pound more is an absolute joke and hence 0 stars. This store in particular is awful in service.

Really sloppily made clearly rushed not cut wrong topping a half and half shouldn’t have two slices with both sauces on. Changed topping to have extra sauce barely any on there just lazy and poor quality!

This store is just worse on every aspect of it and the drivers just worse they always forget half of the orders or sometimes they never deliver. They all behave like they own us. I paid £17 and my pizza never arrived and then I have to rush to the store and turns out it closed the funny thing is my order is still showing 4 minutes to arrive.

The staff at cathays need the sack don't answer the phone if they do they put you on hold. I want a refund didn't get my pizza.

If you are looking for decent well priced takeaway food then look no further. Wasn't overly stocked on Madras or Beef Panang but their Pizzas are GREEEEAAAATTT!!

We don't have Domino's pizza often and knowing how expensive they are, we have ordered food on several occasions from them (maes-y-coed road) terrible food. We had a cold pizza where the cheese had gone hard and rubbery. They tried to tell me it only left the shop in a short time a go. There always seems go be a problem or food is not up to standard. I don't recommend!

Is little bit expensive but the teast of pizza is ok

Ordered 5 times overall. 3 of which my tomato pizza came as bbq, last time was absolutely on point and today I ordered two hot sauce dip pots and got garlic. On the rare occasion I get domino's it's a pretty big treat. Having worked in the food industry I just put up with wrong orders. If you can get from domino's in the bay and Newport Road, do so. I've never had single a problem from either of those, so to have so many orders so wrong from Cathays is starting to feel they just don't care that hard earned money pays for this!

Straight up the worst experience I've ever had ordering food, the delivery person had called once, and left immediately after I couldn't pick it up. I took the fault for that, even though the delivery guy didn't even go to the right address, I was told that the person would head out to mine again, the tracker was not updated and the store actually refused to pick up my calls, I waited for a total of 2 hours. called well over 10 times got no pizza and lost money that I worked hard for. It sucks that google doesn't provide a 0/5 because you deserve it.

Absolute shambles. Ordered a pizza for collection, was told by the online service that it was ready, arrived and was repeatedly told it was a few minutes from ready before they realised the pizza had never been made in the first place. Ridiculous

Least reliable pizza place in all of Cardiff. Most expensive as well. Ordered pizza and was charged for it and it never came. Must have called about a hundred times with no answer. Go to Pizza Time it's much better.

I ordered 25 pounds of pizza that was never delivered!!! I am outraged!! I called to say it did not arrived and they apologized and said they would send it. Once again NO PIZZA!! They have taken my money and yet no pizza!!!!
