Domino's Pizza in Swansea

Wish I'd read the reviews first before ordering. Was just warm when delivered and a bit sodden. Box arrived with a depression in the middle of the lid, and pizza was squashed. The wings were just awful. Look like they've been cooked and then heated repeatedly. No meat left on the bones and looked like something out of Christmas Vacation. Avoid like the plague.

Don't bother ! Ordered two pizzas one turned up... 25 mins later the next one came cold and inedible wasn't at all apologetic that our family pizza eve was ruined by two separate deliveries

Pizza was terrible, first pizza came a cheese pizza missi g half the cheese,I rang then up they sent a new one even worse than the last. December 23 worst pizzas iv ever had from there and from anywhere to tell you the truth. What a waste of money.

People should receive good pizzas at all times with plenty of domino tomato base sauce and plenty toppings of their favourite veg/meats and cheeses. Instead we receive stingy amounts. Domino pizzas is extremely over priced for what it is The discount they say they give is not plausible. Paying customers deserve better

Even though we paid for the extra topping (£1.80) as usual the pizza is based on tomato paste and not much else!!! Very disappointed!!

Had two pizzas and some garlic bread delivered tonight. I've always thought Dominos pizzas have been pretty poor in the past, so was initially against getting them again tonight, but was talked around. My 'mixed grill" pizza was very poor. Very little taste..and the crust was very bland even though it was the 'Italian' base. The 'garlic bread' is just disgracefully bad. Bland, bland,bland...just industrial bought in pizza bases, made in some massive factory somewhere. Just, please, avoid buying thoughtless and heartless food from this multinational disaster zone. Absolutely no pleasure to be had from cramming this calorie laden garbage into your gob! A waste of money, and food prescribed with the lowest common denominator in mind! I've given them 2 out of 5 as at least this tasteless nosh isn't going to kill me...

Ordered a couple of pizza's through the App for a midweek treat. Collected them from our local Gorseinon store and when we got home we were really surprised and disappointed to find them terribly over-cooked to a point of being burnt !! Amazed that these were allowed to be sent out like this and that nobody took the decision to bin them and stsrt again..... absolute rubbish

We ordered online,through the website. Delivery was 30 mins later by a very friendly driver. I cant fault the service. The pizzas were locely a fresh. 10/10.

Called into gorsenion dominos for a make your own pizza as a franchise goes it’s not the best we have had better prepared and cooked dominos I feel it’s a hit or mis dominos so give it a try and find out

The last few experiences of this branch have been terrible, so much so, we won’t order from here again. They completely messed up our order on one occasion, food arrived stone cold on another. The most recent issue was the final straw. Disgusted. Did an online order and had had a phone call half an hour later stating that they were unable to deliver due to only having one driver on shift, so it was collection only. When I said we were unable to collect, I was pretty much told it was tough and we weren’t getting our food. I said to just refund me and I would go elsewhere; to which I was informed it would take up to 5 working days to receive my refund!! The money went through instantly when the order was placed! The girl was completely unhelpful and rude on the phone. When I asked the speak to a manager she said that there wasn’t one available and she was the acting manager for that shift (not someone I would want running my branch with her attitude). Ridiculous customer service and service overall. Outrageous treatment! Absolute joke; based on the negative reviews too, I’m not alone in my awful experience with them, something should be done about the awful service here. Dominoes contacted me about a negative review I left on Facebook about this incident and was asked to message them with the details, which I did. Then was asked to email the details which I refused to do as they were taking the mick; having me running around doing the same thing repeatedly. They replied saying someone would be in touch regarding this incident. Surprisingly, I haven’t heard a dicky bird. Avoid!
