Domino's Pizza in Hillingdon

We ordered a Domino’s Pizza today which was absolutely delicious. I had the Schar Gluten free Pepperoni Pizza which was absolutely delicious and a nice portion size. The Garlic and Herb Dip was tasty and a nice accompaniment for the Pizza. The delivery arrived promptly and my pizza arrived hot. I would recommend ordering on a Tuesday so that you can use the Super Tuesday’s voucher. Next time I would like on my Pizza for a big gf sticker to be present on the GF Pizza box. I would highly recommend ordering Pizza from here.

Ordered a takeaway a family meal deal which was 3 large pizzas and 3 sides and bottle of drink for £36.99 was told 35 mind delivery but had to wait 1 hour and 20 mins then when it came it I got medium pizzas when I checked my receipt it said medium but online said large very misleading. It was also cold and tasteless. Won’t be ordering from them again. Very disappointing!

We ordered pizzas today for lunch,the pizza was excellent,the gluten free pizza looked completely different to a normal one and on the box it said gf.The small pizza was fairly large and the New York pizza(bacon,ham,mushrooms and pepperoni)was delicious.Garlic and herb dip was good.It arrived piping hot and fresh.

Ordered from domino’s today.Had the gluten free pepperoni pizza,it tasted delicious and was a good portion size!Delivered quickly and food hot.I love the pizza boxes pattern too.It looked so cool and it glad that it came with the allergy disclaimer on the gluten free pizza.Would highly recommend

Never ordered from dominoes before but the driver was under the impression that he knew me. Became aggressive and abusive about an insult that I gave him last time I met him (we’ve never met) then burst into tears and drove off when I stood up to him. He smelt of alcohol. Complained to just eat but only got £3.50 delivery back. Don’t order from these guys. Not safe.

Ordered a pizza 2 hours in advance and asked them to call on arrival because our new build was not yet registered. We live down a local road so gave the address across (which we can see from our window). No call came and after an extra half hour still no contact. We called them and at first said the reason it was late was because they were busy. Then 2minutes after we got a notification the pizza was delivered and did receive any call as instructed. Called again and they said the driver couldn’t find us so he turned away… nearly an hour after it was suppose to arrive… they guy on the phone said if we wanted to reorder we would have to wait another hour. Talk about poor customer service. No pizza, got a refund. Talk about a waste of time. After seeing the previous reviews, it seems nothing has changed in 2/3 years.

Made to order as you like it, and you know you'll get what you order! Deliver promptly - or if you order ahead you can pick it up.

waited 2 hours for a delivery ! - pizza was cold & they forgot the drinks.. so disappointing as kids waiting to be fed - won't be back

Ordered my pizza and 1 hour and 30 mins later, the order arrives. Pizza is stone cold, wedges undercooked. Must-have called more then 20 times but phone was obviously off the hook. When I did get through there was a rude guy who obviously was half asleep and then decided to cut my call. Utter rubbish. Branch : hillingdon

This restaurant regularly gets things wrong when I have ordered in the past. As a result, I simply stopped ordering from them. This was the place that gave me burnt pizza with no cheese on it, which went viral on social media.

Nice menu, well presented, good service on delivery Excellent choice for a Friday lunch or dinner. Love the desserts

All sauce no cheese horrible. Avoid at all costs horrible horrible horrible food. Who made this sent it it and decided that was ok to send to paying customers?

Don’t bother putting a time on your delivery because it won’t come at this time, not the first time it’s happened to me but it’s the first time I’m writing a review, 30+ mins late, cold food. Go elsewhere.

I normally love Domino's. Ordered from Ickenham branch. Had a sloppy horrible congealed cold pizza after 1 hour. Phoned to complain was informed we were really busy. Really let down. Will never order from here again

Came here around 2 o clock on Saturday 28 May and nobody at the counter. I browsed the menu while I waited thinking someone will see me and come to the till. 5 minutes later and nobody comes. I started to call out saying 'Hello? Hello?'. Nothing. I wait a few more minutes and a guy then appears. To his credit he did apologise about the wait. Placed my order, took it home and what happens? He's only gone and messed up my order and put Ham on my Pizza. Not great for a vegetarian eh! Fortunately he wasn't generous with the toppings so I picked the ham out. I did call and they offered me a free pizza on my next visit which is a good gesture but overall I see what the bad reviews are about!

Ordered a work lunch pizza, driver came into reception, was very rude as he had to wait 1 minute - even though we were waiting for him (he was 10 minutes late) Said if we wanted top order we had to wait in work reception until the driver had turned up!! Terrible customer service when I called to make a complaint, The area Manaqger Abdullah was very dismissive and nonchalant about the situation. Would never order from them again, cold pizza. DO NOT GO HERE

Pedimos la pizza en 5:45 a través de la app. Esperamos una hora, cuando llamamos a la hora que era, ya que la app dijo fue entregado pero no era, nos dijeron que será 15 minutos, otra hora más tarde la pizza no ha llegado. predendían que he llamado para decir que la pizza llegó, este no fue el caso ya que el teléfono sonó una vez y nos llamado enseguida, y no había ninguna respuesta, también nos desde fuera donde el conductor dijo que. Pésimo servicio al cliente cuando llamé para presentar una denuncia, pasaba y se mostraba indiferente a la situación. Nunca me pide de ellos de nuevo, terminamos de cancelar la orden como no quería esperar otro orden.

Went in for a take away pizza, took forever, then when it was ready they ignored it, I had to ask for the pizza! Avoid.

We ordered the pizza online through the app at around 9:30pm. We rang up to see where the pizza was an hour later, as the app said that the pizza had been delivered- It hadn't. We then got a miss call from a delivery man, which we rang back straight away- the delivery man said he tried knocking and no one answered. (We live in a studio flat, and were sitting on the sofa right next to the door, so there is no way we would have missed anyone knocking) The delivery man said he tried to deliver it but no one was there and put the phone down, then refused to pick the phone back up. We rang the shop back up and they said there was nothing they could do. The delivery man turned up 30 minutes later with a cold pizza- without an apology or excuse, he just handed us a cold pizza and walked off. Terrible service, will not be using the Uxbridge dominos again.
