Domino's Pizza in Harborough

Lovely pizza but ridiculous prices. Even with a big one get one free it was £40 for two pizzas and a small chips and garlic bread!

Manager and team very polite, Out 1st ever dominos as we rarely have money for a takeaway, However we collected X2 large pizzas and they where delicious! Can't fault our experience.

I’ll never use Dominoes Lutterworth ever again! Ordered two large pizzas, opened the box of my daughters pizza and instantly seen the two dark black short hairs on top of her pizza!! Absolutely disgusting and really put us off our meals…I rang and spoke to the manager who was fantastic and apologised and said he will do us the same order for free and deliver it ASAP; it came fast with a really nice polite deliver driver, however lightning surely couldn’t strike twice!!! what’s the chances of this happening, oh yes we got another hair!!! Obviously planted by the chef that probably didn’t believe that we were telling the truth about the hairs on the first pizza!! Well I’ll attach the photo as proof Dominoes Lutterworth chef!! The manager needs to sack that chef as he’s ruining his business….truly awful don’t do it!

Took 2 hours to deliver. 2.5 hours after ordering… no surprise it came stone cold. Very disappointed.

Order was placed at 1830, 1900 checked the app and it said it was delivered. 1915 rang the store to ask where it was. Told it was 10min away with the driver. Now 1930 and still no sign. This isnt the first time that this has happened. More fool me for using them again, thinking they’d have improved. Do not use for deliveries!

I ordered pizzas at 4pm to be delivered for 6pm At 6.15 I checked outside I rang at 6.45 pm to be told they had been sitting outside my house for 28 mins as they couldn't get in the gates rubbish they said they would send a new pizzas out at 7 I rang to make sure new pizzas would be on the way I got told no you can have your money back no I have 2 boys wishing for pizza ok we will make new pizzas the pizza arrived at 8.16 pm a joke to be told I came to your door at 6pm I have a dog that can hear a pin drop and also you said you couldn't get in the gate DO NOT USE

Went to get a pizza from this take away after reading they did gluten free bases. Got to the shop and was told that they did not do gluten free. Showed the flyer which had their address on saying that they did. Point blank refused that they did these bases....FALSE ADVERTISING... disgusting.

Ordered Pepperoni Passion at 13:00 and collected it 20 minutes laters!!!! Pizza was still piping hot and without saying delicious...... The problem seems to be the delivery, always collected and the food is always great!!! X

I would like to start of by saying that I actually love dominos... just not this one. every single time I order, regardless of the time I place the order, it arrives late. Not only does it arrive late but their “tracker” tells you that your pizza has already been delivered at least 15 minutes before you actually get it. This is literally proof that the lutterworth branch of dominos and their drivers are fudging their own delivery times in order to achieve their targets without actually caring if the reality matches the figures. the last time this happened I needed the pizza to arrive on time so that I could eat it on my lunch break. It did not. my lunch break was coming to an end and the pizza had still not arrived and so like a complete Karen I called and asked where my pizza was. person on the phone was rude and uninterested so i asked to be passed over to a manager. at this point they hung up on me. I tried calling back a number of times. no answer. i called on a different phone and they immediately picked up assuming it was someone else. when they realised it was me they claimed a manager would call me back. no prizes for guessing that weeks have passed and i never did receive that call back and my pizza arrived way after my lunch break had finished so was left to go cold and I was left hungry. since then many friends have told me they’ve had similar experiences and when the food does arrive. it’s average at best. would not recommend. subpar food and awful customer service. not at all what it used to be.

Food is alright but EVERY time I have ordered my pizza (same every time) they miss the same thing off. So I started putting the order through and ringing them directly and reminding them to check it. It is STILL wrong EVERYTIME!!! I’m done trying now! They are always very apologetic, polite but it is just not worth the disappointment and waiting around.

Ordered pizza and sides as an evening treat for two after a long day, rang after 35 minutes to find out when we could expect delivery. Food arrived 10 minutes later, driver refused to take it back as it was tepid and not fit to eat. Rang Domino's, spoke to manager who arranged prompt replacement. Arrived 10 minutes later, nicely cooked and very tasty. Driver took away cold food too. We've ordered Domino's quite a bit recently and have always had good service up to now - glad the putting right of tonight's issue was prompt and restored our faith in the brand. Well done.

We waited well over 3 hours for a pizza and called a total of 5 times before being told to collect it. Absolute horrible service from employees who put us on hold and told us to wait for the pizzas to be delivered. Won't be ordering from here again.

goto place to keep the kids happy. the bbq base is a favourite as is the tandoori chicken. always a winner for a quick dinner time treat

Ordered at 8.10pm said 11-16 mins. Arrived at 8.25 told to come back in 5 mins only to be left waiting, then found it had been sitting on side. Needless to say cold

Ordered a combo meal for delivery, pizza was fine, but.... Ordered Potato wedges, got garlic bread! Ordered extra dip, not received! Drink was part of the deal, not received. Driver didn't seem bothered, nor did he apologise! Won't pay online again and will check the order before I pay next time!

Popped by after a cycle ride, 2 hand made pizzas in 12 minutes from scratch and as always very tasty and exceptional value.

popped in for a lunch time pizza with my lad. absolute bargain at 1.99 per pizza, cooked fresh while we watched and then consumed in the sun in the memorial gardens. defo be back

You can always rely on a Dominoes. Consistency is what a brand is about and they deliver it.Beats all the other pizza places

Order took forever to arrive, when it finally did, dilivery guy asked me to take the order out of the hot bag for him! and I even had to ask him to bring the bag back as he whipped it away before I could get all contents. Food also cold. Very disappointed & very unhappy

The delivery of our food took over an hour and the food was nearly cold on arrival. Apparently the roads were closed for a Christmas event. Although my phone number was provided no attempt to contact me was made and no effort to maintain the temperature of the food was made. It wasn’t delivered in the keep warm bag the drivers usually have and no apology was made by the driver. I contacted the shop and was told of the issue by the lady who answered the phone and a message was conveyed from the shop manager by the lady who offered money off our next order. I requested the money off this order which was agreed but the manager still did not come to the phone to apologise in person. Appalling customer service. The Christmas event was a planned event the shop would have been made aware of months in advance but it appears that no contingency was put in place to ensure customer satisfaction was maintained. Had I not complained to the shop Domino’s would have happily taken the money for a substandard service.

We live merely 5 minutes away but we couldn’t get out to collect. Ordered delivery but it took over an hour. Barely warm when it reached us. Letting the chain down.

The first time I went here the pizza had a soggy bottom and wasn't very nice at all but this time I ordered a thin crust and it was delicious. I was still waiting after the screen said 'ready' so a bit more communication would be good. There's nowhere to sit really while you're waiting, I guess they don't want you to wait. I also found the menu very hard to navigate.
