Excellent pizza delivery very quick and piping hot Will use again

Scampi over cooked, fritters under cooked. Chips dry and mushy peas tasted burnt.

I ordered from Cous Cous last night as part of a large order for a local workplace. When it finally arrived 80 minutes after ordering we quickly discovered a chicken schwarma was missing. By this time I was no longer wanting the food so phoned back and asked for a refund instead. The guy who answered wouldn't listen and repeatedly said they would send it now before hanging up. 25mins later it arrived and on starting to eat it I was primarily disappointed with the heat of the food. Given that the delivery address is approximately half a mile from Cous Cous I would expect the food to be very hot when it arrived. Instead it was lukewarm at best. That was not the worst part though. To call their attempt at chicken schwarma vile would be an understatement. Once I dug my way past the obscene amount of food dye I was confronted with what they referred to as "chicken". I eat chicken most days and this bore no resemblance to that meat whatsoever. I also assume that Cous Cous thinks that a schwarma seasoning is just salt as that's all I could taste. There wasn't a hint of any other flavours. The chilli sauce too was bland at best and likely used the equivalent amount of sugar that they used of salt on the "chicken". Obviously I never ate this abomination so called back again asking for a refund. Both members of staff I spoke to couldn't care less and just kept repeating the same thing over and over. This place has no idea what food tastes like from the part of the world they pertain to offer. Avoid it at all costs unless you have a salt or sugar deficiency and appreciate awful customer service.

Well chuffed they do SPICY HAGGIS like we used to get in every chippy (back in nineteen-canteen). Decent chips that actually taste o tatties. Not much smiling going on but then these guys are true gritty Dundee folk - genuine to your face & hard working. Braw scran
