Domino's Pizza in Hambleton

Food is always undercooked from here. Every few months I give them another try thinking it will have improved but not, uncooked wedges and like warm soggy chicken strips which both had to go in the air fryer. Pizzas barely any cheese. Not worth the money at all from this branch

Took my grandson for tea and the food was very nice but seriously expensive, chips especially, supposed to be for two/ two mice maybe. Really don't know how they justify it having been in catering myself all my life.

Pizza was ready for collection on time and everything was just what I need for my hunger.See a few bad reviews so thought I’d put in a positive one as everything went well for me. Friendly staff and tasty food

Dominos Northallerton. We followed our order of large pizza and garlic bread side on the Dominos website. Pizzas were stick in quality control for over 40 minutes so by the time they arrived they were stone cold. The garlic bread base was so undercooked it tasted raw, we binned it. The large spicy pizza had no cheese on half and the thin base was soggy with sauce. Absolutely disgusting so we binned the entire order. A complete waste of nearly £20. They should be ashamed for sending this standard to anyone. What quality control? Shockingly awful. Never again.

Ordered 2 pizza on line, paid. Arrived to collect to be informed a driver had taken one pizza. Very little apology and they don’t give any real apology. Had to wait to remake a pizza with little apology Useless customer service

90 minutes for delivery when told max. 34. Food arrived cold and terrible customer service. Both the store and customer service involved with poor response.

So I ordered a gift e-card for my son's graduation last Thursday. I got the sign up email and the confirmation email and another telling me that the gift card would follow. After a few hours I sent a message to say that I hadn't received it yet. I sent a similar message the next day and another the next. I managed to get though the phone menu maze and talk to someone the following week (Wednesday) and they were very polite and apologetic. After a call back I was told this would be escalated. I replied to an email sending screenshots of my emails and details and again was told things would be expediated. It had now been a week. It was at this point that a colleague heard the call and told me I was the master at 'passive aggressive' conversation. I was actually just trying to stay calm at the stupidity of the situation. How can it be so hard to either email a £25 gift card or issue a refund? Today I spoke to another very polite lass who told me that it was "with the franchise". I ordered through the website so I'm still not sure what it has to do with an individual franchise... "It's our policy to allow the franchise 5 working days" I was told. So that takes us into week three (because senior management don't work weekends). My son's graduation is long gone - I would have just given him £25 and told him to buy a pizza if I'd known how difficult Domino's are to work with. If I was this incompetent at my job I would have been sacked long ago. I've had lots of apologies from lots of nice people but this doesn't distract from the fact that I'm still out of pocket (and pizza) and I have spent a considerable amount of my free time telephoning and emailing to try and resolve this matter. A rudimentary Internet search tells me that Domino's have and operating income of US$725.6 million. I have an operating income on les than £30k a year. So please can i have my money back, Domino's? And why don't you give me the gift card anyway so that my son can buy his mates a pizza - even if it is 12 days after the event... Yours in hope George

Really poor service food not great either an hour sat in the car with the kids for average poor food and staff really unhelpful better cheeper pizza shops in town

Thought we would have a treat but the pizzas were barely warm and we found a hair in one, definately not worth the price

ordered pizzas for me and the kiddos they came and the dough was still raw staff didnt seem bothered definitely will not be using again

Dropped into the northallerton restaurant after visiting somebody at the friarage. The pizza was made to order, very very tasty and cooked well Bit expensive though 2 pizzas and 2 soft drinks was over £20 . Restaurant was clean tidy and well lit

Not worth the money. Rather unenthusiastic counter staff and general lack of customer service. Pizzas average, better to be had from smaller outlets.

We ordered the collection and the pizzas were ready on time and nicely prepared. They were fresh and cooked to perfection.

Two hungry and thirsty folks looked for an Italian food fix and boy did we get this, service was pretty good, food and drink quality excellent and price reasonable.

Thank you to Joe for bringing our order so quickly and generally being lovely! Made my visit night in Northallerton visiting my mum very pleasant!

An hour after ordering our pizza, the poor guy at the store admitted they simply didn’t have enough staff to make the order: there were only two of them. By that time it was too late to go anywhere else. Money refunded.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Northallerton Dominos. Myself and a ‘few’ co-workers were craving some pizza after a long two weeks, and after waiting too long for another branch of dominos in the area to even take our order let alone deliver it. We started calling around to see if we could get them else where and pick them up. The Guys at Northallerton we’re very helpful and did an amazing job to get the 34 pizzas ready in good time. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Never ordered a pizza to be delivered so can't comment on the wait times. However, it can be hit/miss whether your pizza will actually be ready for collection. The first time we ordered from here we had to wait over an hour for us to be given our pizza and sides. (This was when it was fairly new opening). However, the sides were cold and tasted disappointing. So we never ordered them again. Thought we would give them another try as there was a deal on and the Mexican chicken pizza was great. Very quick service. Expensive compared to other pizza takeouts in town but they do taste the best. Would only order from here when there is a good deal on.

Always order from dominos as I like their pizzas and sides they do but the last few times service has been slow and items have been forgotten when delivered!

Missed items from order , other items half cooked and pizza toppings must have been rationed out with some slices having minimal cheese and 1 piece of topping on , I feel conned as was expensive compared to local pizza shops , won’t visit again

I’ve had gluten free pizza from Domino’s in Harrogate before which have been amazing so was excited that we were getting a Dominos near where I live. However very poor service- staff appeared more bothered about having a good time than customer service- gluten free pizza was over cooked dry and the extra toppings I’d asked were hardly visible more tomato based than cheese with extra cheese. WONT BE GOING BACK

They didn’t have the correct change so overcharged me. I had to accept this or leave. This is very poor customer service.

Ordered a delivery through the website three large pizzas and a dessert. Came quick and hot will order again

Usually wait a short while before trying out a new restaurant, in order to bypass any teething troubles. Decided against this, and opted for a couple of delivery pizzas on opening day. Everything was spot on, fast easy online ordering, the pizza tracker keeps you fully up to speed on its progress, and delivery was fast, with the pizzas piping hot. Some decent online deals, and the pizzas were delicious. The Fiery Vegi Sizzler was superb. This pizza didn't seem to feature in the paper menu, but was available online. A very welcome addition to the town, what took you so long?!
