Domino's Pizza in Croydon

Have been a regular customer of Croydon central for a while, tonight the driver was amazing as always extremely polite. I always tip well as it’s not the most appreciated of job. However I did have to call the branch twice and the attitude of the guy was awful, I explained that the food will arrive cold as it’s been out a while and I do understand they deliver to more than one house. His attitude was not the best and basically I had to call back when delivered and guess what I did. He would not listen and when I said it was not hot, he replied it was not cold and would give a refund. Even though this sounds great the attitude was not good. The refund is not what i wanted, all I wanted was an actually sincere apology and would look into on how they could improve the service. Found the guy very abrupt and does not care about customer service and the customers that keep him in a job. The drivers need a medal as to me they are superb.

A pizza is considerably cheaper when collecting. It’s incredible to think that having a pizza delivered will cost over £20 but I picked up the same pizza for just over £10. I chose a half half pizza of cheese and tomato and bbq with veg. It was good, can’t really complain.

I can’t really complain. The delivery arrived within 20 mins of the order being placed and the pizza was truly excellent - great cheese to sauce to crust ratio and flavour. I really liked the crust. I didn’t like the garlic bread however, as I much prefer the old style sliced baguette opposed to the mini garlic pizzas that they now offer in delivery places. The coleslaw was lovely too. I would order from here again.

I have ordered from this place 5 times now, my 2nd order was not the best (ingredients missing) but from then on esp my last order came real quick and was still piping hot.

We collected two pizzas. When we got home, we discovered that one pizza was someone else's order and the other was cold and had absolutely no base on it whatsoever, making it dry and unpalatable. As we didn't feel like going back out again, we telephoned to request a delivery of the correct items, but they refused to make reparation and made no apology whatsoever for their mistakes. AVOID.

Fast take away meal a large pizza for two. I normally asked for one half of the pizza with different foodstuffs. Staff are very helpful
