Domino's Pizza in Cardiff

Delivery was done quick and easy. Darran delivered to my door ( mind it that in live in apartment building).

I love the thin base pizza, I tried the spicy Korean BBQ flavor today and now have a new favorite. Quick turn around time on delivery which is exceptional since my toddlers are like gremlins when hungry 😄the pizzas are fresh, saucy and delicious. Unfortunately I did not take photo's since my kid screamed pizza attack and that is now history..... Thank you Darran for your friendly service.

Ordered Dominos Pizza, it arrived in good time and hot, however the toppings weren't great, the Ham was like rubber and chewy and the chicken very similar. I preferred when I ordered from Canton store. (edit) Store will resolve the issue and provide a replacement order. Update, 3 down to 0 star. your store wouldn’t take cash anymore in Ely. Cash is still legal tender. Won't be getting my custom in future your store. Besides, your chicken was still frozen on my last pizza.

We ordered two large Meteor pizzas. When they arrived, we saw a topping was missing. I called the store and explained the problem. The person I spoke to asked if we wanted them to make another pizza, implying they would replace both pizzas that were incorrect. When the delivery driver returned, they had only made one pizza, and it was medium instead of large. At the very least, I expected both pizzas to be remade, and at the right size.

I rang up to place an order and siad hello to the staff member.after i started saying my order he hung up on me out of no where. I felt really disrespected as i was just trying to order some food.

Poor customer service asked for refund was told no because they lied saying i needed email when i had order number and proof of purchase

Food nice but member of staff at till poor service.spoke to manager about issues asked to have a quiet chat he asked me to leave store and threaten me with the police.told him he needed to go learn what customer service is and how to speak to customers properly.not act like he was hardboy

The member of staff took ages to cancel my order as I ordered from the wrong place, then after I called second time she just hanged up the call and didn’t do her job so then I had to call the canton domino’s for them to call them to change the order canton domino’s have good staff unlike Ely staff if u don’t like ur job get a new one

Food is good quality and most of the time is delivered hot. Sometimes, something from my order is missing, so I have to ring back up and wait for it to be delivered. Ever since the prices went back up, I haven't felt like ordering from there as £30 just for 2/3 people to eat, not including tax/ delivery fee is not reasonable.

I’ve always been a regular customer at Doninos pizza in Ely Cardiff and before they opened Canton Dominos spending over £50 on orders at a time. The last time I ordered pizzas from Dominos they got one of my pizzas wrong and I waited over 40 minutes for them to deliver another pizza and I only live round the corner. Today I made a order and explained that one of my pizzas looked wrong so they checked and said I’d ordered the pizza and it wasn’t wrong it was bbq base so I explained that my Son has Autism and he’s very fussy and he won’t eat it and asked as a good will gesture would they redo a pizza for him also seems they got my order wrong last time too and I waited so long to which the Manager said No, so this loyal customer that have been ordering pizza from you for so many years I don’t know how many years it’s been that long won’t be ordering from you again. Shame on you Dominos anyone with a child with Autism knows the struggles with food.

Nice little table area for about two people to eat food. Pleasant staff and the usual Domino's food.

EVERY time I order from this Dominos, they get my toppings wrong. I think they need to check what goes on each pizza while are making.

My son has autism and refuses to eat most foods but he does like pepperoni pizza. Took him here yesterday, ordered the pizza, but they wouldn’t accept cash so we had to leave without food which my son didn’t understand and made him very upset. Thanks dominoes! Maybe let customers know the payment situation before taking orders and disappointing children

If you're driving through the middle of Ely it's hard to miss.

The workers here are very helpful, just don't walk in without a mask, unless you're exempt, as they like to ensure everyone's safety. The customer service is excellent, and you're served with a smile. At the moment, its only click and collect or delivery, you can't order within store, but you can use the app, phone them up, or go online.

Be careful when ordering for the Ely branch of domino's that you don't make the mistake of ordering for the one in Ely Cambridge when you really wanted the one in Cardiff and go to collect it It could be helpful too that domino's instead of Ely Cardiff change it to Cardiff West maybe to elevate confusion

Awful customer service Made my order using the app, had all the confirmation an my pizza was on prep. Go to the store to pick it up, taking advantage of there click and collect an spoke to a lady she said they’ve had no order come through. Ok I get that technical itch no problem, I showed them all my confirmation email plus the app details they were happy I ordered it, so I asked them to cook the pizza as I had to get going, then walks over a very sarcastic boy called Thomas and told me we couldn’t cook it until it came up on the system but could easily any happily give me a refund. Which made no sense to me if he’s happy to give me a refund just cook the pizza. He was very snarky, awful service clearly shouldn’t be in a customer service position, maybe delivering would suit him more... so no pizza and gotta wait 5 days to get my money back thanks dominos 😒

Took payment from my account but didn’t deliver when’re over to tell them the fella I spoke to was rude and told me don’t want to see it taken out of your account just re order again and claim your money back money I didn’t have not even a apology dominos you need to re educate your staff on customer service won’t be ordering again and what I can see has happened to a few ppl today

If your collecting and checking food on site its ok. If your having delivery, prepare for absolute zero quality - burnt edges, wrong toppings, some slices have no toppings and others are overloaded, squashed boxes so most of food is on inside of box lid. Never was this poor quality and service when ordered from Canton branch, which because of the addition of this store no longer serves my area. If you can, collect from Canton store, if not then go for collection from this store but CHECK your order on site and if you want delivery, probably better to order from somewhere else.

Ordered here a few times and it has been very fresh but when I ordered here previous to tonight they forgot a few items that I had ordered but granted when I phoned them they offered me a discount for the next time I called up, unfortunately I ordered the same items and once again the very same items were missing again and it also seemed that they had just given me old pizza bread from another order. To be honest I don't think I'll order here again. I might start using the canton branch instead.

I've orderd from this place for months always tip the driver a few pound but the last time I orderd my food was cold an a mess so they credited me £15. I've just tried to claim it of my order which was £41 an they came back with £36 do the maths I won't be ordering from dominos again.

Car park avalible and do deals in afternoon and weekly deals, other shops on retail site. Good choice of what you can order. Done in 10 mins if you want to collect, but they also deliver. Cash or card which is brilliant. Cold nights and everyone loves a pizza now an again.

Took my daughter to buy small pizza, side & drink for £5 & waited 20min. Woulda been quicker having it delivered but they dont deliver £5 deals.

Not as nice as before. Tiny amount of BBQ sauce and oven must of not hot enough and peppers and onions not cooked

Do these pizzas go through food quality because the pizzas are getting more sloppy and greasy every time we order. All the toppings just fall off every slice you pick up 🤮

I ordered two vegi supreem which is vegetarian.But found meat in one of them,was not very impressed because when ordered at store i asked for a pure vegetarian pizza.Had to bin both.not going to order from them anymore as they don't realy care about the dietiry requirement of the customer.this can be serious with anyone who has a serious allergy.not recommended.

Dreadful place probably the worst dominos in Cardiff a large pizza had one topping on each slice and the one half was missing topping so phoned them up and they said it is supposed to be just bread with one topping even though all the other times it was two toppings and the canton branch use to put 4 toppings a slice but I'm not allowed to order from the canton branch anymore because this dive of a place has opened up we have to eat plain bread from them I know we live in Ely but they don't need to treat us like tramps when we're not............... Just had a replacement pizza sent out and it's just as bad and the staff said that it's a new manager and she's really horrible with a stinking attitude and she's a foreigner so basically I'm never ordering anything from this restaurant again it's wrong that we have to eat from there I will just have to collect from canton

Disgusted. Placed an order with a voucher code for delivery, spoke to someone who said they would 'send order out straight away' 30 mintues later no order (only live around corner) so had to cancel order. Can appreciate this buisness is new in this location but still not happy with attitude or service.
