Domino's Pizza in East Cambridgeshire

Don’t even think about it This was a takeaway . Arrived cold and pretty much unidentifiable. Ordered through Just Eat who refunded our payment within half an hour of us sending photos . Well done Just Eat , impressed!

This location used to be pretty good, but have gone down hill over the past year. Tonight we ordered at 4:49pm on a Wednesday, the tracker said the pizza was delivered at 5:40 and the pizzas showed up at 6:10 barely luke warm. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. Food arrived nearly 2 hours after ordering. When it did arrive, the food was cold and they had given us the wrong size pizza.

Ordered at 7.30, expecting it to be busy, but we are still waiting 2 and a half hours later. There has been no communication, they are not picking up the phone and the Dominos website seems to have disabled the Send button on its feedback form. Their pizza tracker is now saying "Ta Da!" to indicate that it has been delivered. We, by contrast, are not going "Ta Da!" because there is no food. So, that will be the last time we use them. Fingers crossed for the new Papa Johns for our takeout pizza needs in the future!

Ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery Wednesday 17th February 2021, a Tandoori Hot and an American Hot, delivery was fairly quick but on opening the pizzas the Tandoori Hot looked a bit undercooked but was hot. The American Hot looked totally disgusting it looked like it was thrown together and had a lump of the edge missing, it has put me off pizza for a while, obviously there's no quality check of food before delivery, I can't believe they actually sent it out for delivery like it. Rang the restaurant straight after delivery they offered to redo the order or i could have a refund, i opted for the refund will see how long it takes.

This is our second order in a three week period. We had hoped the first was bad luck, with the food arriving 36 minutes late and cold. Unfortunately we are again waiting on a late delivery which doesn't work when you are ordering a treat for little kids. We won't be ordering from them again.

So I find myself reviewing this poor excuse of a dominos franchise once again , the other night I ordered the winter survival meal deal,large pizza , a round of Cookies , a GpB , potato wedge and a bottle of reg for a score , the only plus point is the delivery was super fast , just shy of 22 minutes , but this was let down by the tucker wasn’t even cooked , the dough was still raw , the cheese wasn’t even melted , the toppings were cold , the potato wedge was undercooked but that is usual , the bottle of reg was warm and the cookies weren’t that much cop either , I woulda rather waited another 20 mins for it to be cooked rather than receiving doughy inedible pizza and having to Chuck most out to the birdies in the back yard . Gonna raise a complaint with head office too .

Wrong order. Wrong time for delivery on their website. Incorrectly told me that my food had been delivered (errr....I think I'd know). And then...on the phone with their manager: Me: I'm annoyed it's taking more than an hour to deliver a pizza less than 2 miles from your store Her: Well you should have come and collected it. What??? Unbelievably badly staffed by kids with no obvious management. Website being fraudulently operated to pretend they deliver on time when they don't. Manager says 1.5 hours for delivery of a pizza is "normal" on a Friday or Saturday but won't write that down or put it on the website. Do not use Dominos. There are plenty of good pizza and italian restaurants in Ely that actually do what they say they will, pleasantly and with good grace. This place should be shut down.

I used to order domino's all the time from Ely. It used to be one of the best I've had. After my last few visits, I've been so disappointed. The pizza is usually undercooked and greasy and the chicken wings are the same. I've gone from ordering several times a month to not bothering.

Rubbish. Cold, dry and expensive. Worst dominoes in the UK. Have had dominos for years and all over England. This was terribleNever again when in Soham.

Terrible. Can't use the web ordering service but they deliver leaflets. Phoned and they're happy to deliver, but in 90 minutes. I said this was fine and I asked for a deal on the leaflet. They said they would only honour the deal if I collected. Then said I could order online and they'd honour it - but it won't accept a delivery order online. They then said they'd only deliver if I paid full menu price. The telephone handler was rude as well, though I can understand he was busy. Basically, I don't think they wanted my order. So they didn't get it. I complained to the manager, hoping for an apology. He just kept saying they don't accept web orders from my address but not dealing with the substance of the complaint.

always delicious and friendly staff delivering to the house. a little pricey these days compared to other options but no complaints here for the quality and service!

Everytime the pizzas have trace cheese , making the pizza taste dry , to much corn meal underneath , have to order double toppings to even get the yield you’d expect for a fair amount of topping , unevenly cut , some crusts giant full of air bubbles , potato wedge always undercooked , some pizzas £2 from sainos taste better .

Last time I ordered was a year ago and it was incorrect so we had to wait 45 mins for them to collect and replace it. This replacement was also wrong so I got told to keep the pizza and another will arrive in about 1 hour, which I refused. They gave me a “free pizza voucher” however I received 0 information about said voucher and how to claim it. I have avoided dominoes Ely since, until today I gave them another chance only for them to send another incorrect pizza. I am not phoning dominoes Ely to complain as I can’t handle dealing with their ridiculously embarrasing customer service. The irony of it is the drivers dribble out an awful speech about how bad their reviews are and how they would appreciate me to write a nice one. I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Pizza under cooked, not crispy base, a little dissapointed, always loved dominoes before but new to area, won't rushing back to be honest unfortunately

I ordered a pizza with NO cheese as my husband is allergic, for it to arrive WITH cheese. They refused point blank to refund or replace the pizza. I own a pub....if we make a mistake, we correct it. What happened to "the customer's always right"? Terrible service. Will never order again.

So if i could i would give a 0. I really used to love your food but now it's just annoying and frustrating. Every time we order from you my husband gets a pizza and I get potato wedges which are undercooked EVERY SINGLR F-ing time,I am not exaggerating the more chunky ones are raw! Learn how to bake some godamn frozen pre cooked potatoes! Not to say that every time I order a small pizza for me it's burnt and it's more dough and veggis and maybe a piece or two of meat per slice!

My partner usually orders pizza etc on line. And usually gets delivered unfortunately due to the weather recently. They could not deliver understandable . Tonight Friday we have just been into dominoes and ordered and collected. Pizza etc and I would like to say the people in there work really hard I don't really think many people see that. I must admit haven't been in there at all before but seeing your staff working hard like that they are all a credit to your company

Ordered a few times and we always have good service. Once they did forget a side order but after ringing them we had the side added to our address for next time for free. The food is always hot and the on time.

Pizza arrived cold , think it had been dropped as it was just a pile of slop in the corner of the box , so greasy the box was damp , chicken side and potato wedges cold in the middle , seemed undercooked , free garlic and giblets dip was burst and murked down the pizza box , cola was warm like it had been placed next to a radiator , driver went to wrong house and got facey on the phone like it was my fault for not answering the door , when he wasn't even at the right address.

Ordered chicken strips and kickers with a pizza, pizza was really greasy and all the chicken was completely cold. We will never order anything from here again.

Some evening in April I ordered a dominos in Ely. By the pizza tracker it told me my pizza had been delivered when it hadn't. I phoned dominos about my concerns and thought he's delivered to the wrong house. I spoke to a man on the phone and he was very rude to me and was no help at all. Couldn't tell me where the driver was and all I got was 'he's on his way'. This 'on his way' eventually turned into 2 hours. I rung dominos before the driver arrived 10 mins before and said the driver STILL isn't here and what he was going to do. He told me he would offer me a refund but I would get no pizza after this nearly 2 hour wait which was not what I wanted after the day at work I had! The delivery guy eventually turned up and told me he had 4 deliveries to make before mine but I lived 10 mins away from dominos why did it turn into 2 hours? The pizza was cold and all the side orders were too. I made a complaint and never heard anything back. Never had an issue with dominos before until now.

I ordered a pizza from Dominos online and it showed that it was delivered about 30mins after I ordered it, but it hadn't arrived. I called the store about 35 mins after I ordered it and the person (name Jodie) who answered the phone said it's on its way and will be another 10 to 15 mins or so. Eventually it arrived after well over an hour from when I ordered it and it was cold! I called the store to say that it took too long and they could have made me aware that it would be over an hour but the person named Jodie was very rude on the phone and told me that the web page says so which it didn't when I placed the order! Then I told him I will not order from Dominos agains and his response was "it's your problem, we at dominos don't care don't need your business". I won't ever use Dominos again, but that low life, underachieving council housed living on benefit receiving idiot that they put behind the phone should not be answering phone calls from customers. Terrible experience!

Can't believe the terrible service I've just had.

The last pizzas we had were very poor quality, the pepperoni one had hardly any pepperoni on vary space, seemed like it had been reheated. The tandoori hot one was not to good either, could have fine with a lot more cooking time. Both bases were very soggy, will be a long time before we have another Domino's Pizza.

The food is very much as you would expect from a Domino's chain restaurant. Their pizzas are good, in a fatty yet delicious way and their cookies are to die for ! However the amount of "extra" ingredients was remarkably similar to the normal amount in the tuna/sweetcorn pizza I ordered last night (see picture). What I am really unhappy about is the delivery time. We placed an order at 7.30 on a Thursday evening. After an hour had passed, we called Domino's who gave us the usual 'it's on its way' answer. It took another 15 min for the pizzas to be delivered. I appreciate that they no longer offer a set maximum delivery time, but it seems unreasonable to wait 75 minutes when we live a mere 5 miles away.

Always order on line, to save waiting. The food is cooked fast, a touch on the expensive side, but worth it, as its always very tasty.

I order pizza from here very regularly and never have a problem only great service and food.

My partner and I decided to try dominos out since we'd never had from them before. Our order arrived over an hour late, I rang to ask where the food was and was told it would be there in 15 minutes... Once it HAD arrived the pizza was mediocre at best and the garlic bread was burnt.

Pizza arrived after 1hr 15mins with no cheese on most of it, soggy and dripping with sauce. Cold chicken. They sent another pizza and didn't replace chicken, service was bad with attitude. Avoid this place unless you want hassle

Despite being on the expensive side, Domino's is great for a treat! The staff behind the counter are friendly and the quality of the food is always such as good standard. The online order process for deliveries is also quick and easy to use. The only downside is there is no where to park for collections due to its central location.

We are regular users and sometimes very dissapointed, best way to describe our experience is mixed. We love a pizza and inparticular a good one, and sometimes they can hit the spot but not always. Also dissapointed as it seems to quite regular now that they are unable to offer deliveries.

We order pizza online and its arrived cold. When we rung to complain very rude manager Rian Padua banned our account because we dare to complain. Pizza arrived cold and even driver said he had it in his car for 30mins as his sat nav didn't work, we live about 5mins in the car from Dominos. Very poor quality of food and very very poor quality of service! Never again

Tried again for the third time. Pizza arrives and has a soggy middle bottom. Bit bad considering the price and time it takes. Not happy, shame because other Dominoes have been grrrrrrreat!

I found myself in a difficult spot a few nights ago, it was late, and I was hungry. Having never previously had pizza from Domino's, and realising it was actually the only place open which could still deliver, I took the plunge. I ordered directly through their website and found myself faced with an array of self assembly pizzas or preset items to delve through.
