Domino's Pizza in Conwy

Absolutely disgusting service. Waited beyond 1.30 for the food IN PERSON. Also no other customers on the screen. I watched ever pizza be made and lack of service was obvious tacking no effort to attempt to Make. Also the smell of week was Clear and revolting

My girlfriend has celiac disease and she was assured by dominos that her pizza would not be contaminated with gluten. Straight after eating the pizza she was the most ill I’ve ever seen her. If you’re going here just know that the workers don’t care about allergens at all.

Very disappointing. A rare treat we ordered 2 pizzas (1 vegan) and 3 sides for delivery. One side was missing. No refund. Vegan pizza came with none vegan dip and food was luke warm at best so very quickly eating cold pizza. Would not order again.

Grandchildren wanted pizza so Decided to order from this well known chain for home delivery, when the food came on time I might add, delivery man was pleasant. most of the food was lukewarm, the toppings were just thrown on. The chicken wings were nice and the children enjoyed their garlic bread but for the price they charge it’s an absolute disgrace the “food” they think is fit to sell for the price. Never again

I ordered my pizza at 6:30 and when I got a notification saying it was ready I went to the shop to pick up, as it was 50% off if you collect. I turned up at 7pm and waited 10 minutes in the shop before asking politely if my food was ready. I was told it would be just a few minutes. Half an hour later I asked again and they told me it was the next one out of the oven. 10 mins later I saw them making my exact pizza order infront of me and put it in the oven, and 15 mins later it was ready. 1h45 mins after I ordered it was put in the oven, and they told me twice it was almost done, when in reality it hadn’t even been made. I understand that these places are busy but they could have explained the situation and apologised. They were reluctant to give us a free drink even though we waited for 2h

Take away Pizza costing over £20, lukewarm and no better than offerings from supermarket at a fraction of the cost, poor in the extreme.

did order on line were able to choose time to be delivered it arrived before time the driver was polite. the food was lovely and hot. could'nt eat it all. warmed pizza up next day still great. will use again

I have just been told that I can’t order a gluten-free pizza over the phone and must use the web site.. the web site is a waste of time when wanting to do something different. Joke manager, joke staff. I would rather starve.

We ordered a takeaway and the service was quick and efficient and the pizzas nicely cooked. Well worth the money if you don't fancy cooking.

After losing 7 stone my partner treated us to a domino's pizza is been dreaming of it for a long time. It arrived with bbq sauce instead of tomato and when I rang the wouldn't admit there mistake and I was left with pizza making me gag.

While on holiday in Llandudno,( half way up the Orm ) We ordered 2 large pizza ,chicken wings and garlic bread. Took half an hour to arrive but we under stand that they were busy. Very tasty but could have been hotter.

Oh my life! I had the most amazing warm cookies from here, first time trying them and they were amaze! I will be buying again only problem is it’s a little bit pricey for 4 cookies £3.99 maybe try 6 for £3.99 but price didn’t matter when they were in my mouth. Making it water thinking about them

I’ve been here several times, and the pizzas are lovely, and the staff helpful and always smiling. Can’t fault them or their pizzas.

Everything else is perfect, we eat here once a week but for the past few weeks they just forget the dips and icing, when you do ring up and say they have great service and drop of for you but it's a hassle so just skip the dippers and you will be fine x

Having a family games night 10 of us ordered pizzas and sides on delivery got order wrong had to wait hour to wait for right order girl on phone wasn't professional not very good at all.

I said I'd never go here again but I went against my better judgement and thought it won't be that bad again. It was. I've not even bothered complaining this time because I don't want anything from their again.

We have had several deliveries from here and don’t have any issues, always speedy and food arrives hot and tasty! They forgot my dip once tho, not a major problem. Never buy full price from the menu always try and go for the deals online works out much cheaper

Brilliant food and the guy Julian who delivered was really helpful. Our instructions to our address weren't too clear and he found us without a problem. He was also really kind and understanding. And again food was really fresh and tasty!!! Highly recommended!!!

If you want a stone cold pizza this is the place for you.i ordered a gluten free pizza,it comes in one size ,it was rather small stone cold and very hard also no flavour and were was the cheese.my partner brought a stuffed crust pizza for over 19 quid,were was the filling in the crust?the menu is hard to understand as the prices seem higher when you order.avoid this place,what a dissapointment.

Found it by accident whilst looking for somewhere to eat that night. Ordered food for three adults and two kids to be delivered to our hotel. Cost was not astronomical. Food arrived on time, it was hot, plentiful and well cooked. We all enjoyed it very much. Just wish the garlic bread was a little larger.

we ordered dominos for a treat, 2 pizzas 4 chips and garlic bread, £55!! The pizza was undercooked and the chips were dry, never again!

We have been ordering from this store since they first opened and have only ever had a few problems. Tonight, my boyfriend and I wanted to treat ourselves after work so decided to order a pizza. We have the app installed and regularly check out the deals because they're usually good value for money. However, the app will not allow us to order for delivery in Llandudno - collection only it says, despite having had pizzas delivered on numerous occasions before now. We were told today that the store shouldn't even really be delivering to Llandudno as it's out of their catchment area, but as they have been delivering all this time, they are unable to stop. I do think the app should reflect the fact that they are delivering to Llandudno, whether they were meant to or not. It would be more convenient for us to know what we are and aren't allowed to order, as well as save the staff a lot of hassle they're bound to get from people, because it's not the staff's fault, they're only relaying the info they're getting from their boss and it's unfair on them to get grief for just doing their jobs. The other issue with the app is that the app details an offer that isn't even available in that store! There is nothing on the app that says it is only available in participating stores or that it's online exclusive - nothing of the sort! It was such a good deal that we wanted to order it but, when we called up, were told we weren't able to. It was only after we logged onto a laptop and saw their terms and conditions that we finally found it was available in participating stores and considering they didn't even have the option for it on their tills, it didn't take long to add two and two together. Again, not the staff's fault - they were great.

Ordered online and incorrectly received a cheese and tomato pizza for £14!!! Called up to query and was told nothing can be done and there was no way it was their fault! Will never use again!

Food was nothing shy of perfect, made to how you like it in front of your eyes and not to long to wait, I got the £15 winter deal and every penny was worth it, definitely recommend this pizzeria

First and last time £22 for a undercooked meat pizza with raw mushrooms on top. Better off getting a Chicago town takeaway pizza for £2.50.Don't believe the hype people!

50% off is a standard over £40 in cities but this dominos will not part with their true pricing. Their margins are greedily high and will price any savy customers out when the pizza delivery services around here are pretty good value and quality as it is. Cheeky Pizza is far superior in customer service and food quality and somehow manages to under price a corporate giant? To the manager of dominos.. Play ball with offer codes.

Apparently when ordering a texas bbq pizza you cant just say bbq chicken pizza, you have to say the texas so you don't just get a chicken and cheese pizza. Disappointed with the attitude when i went back to collect a new correct pizza, when i went in, i could hear the man who took my order talking about me and how id not said it right yet he wrote it down wrong and demanded i payed for the second pizza for his own mistake. Cocky, arrogant rude man who thought it was acceptable to demand money off a customer after they received the wrong pizza. Wont be returning and i hope he loses his job for his terrible attitude. Wont go far in life acting like that.

We are local people, but had never eaten a domino pizza before. We spoke to three staff, all were helpful, friendly and patient. The pizza was fantastic!! We will most certainly be going there again. I telephoned after and spoke to gentleman to tell him how pleased we were with our first domino pizza. The staff and food here are fantastic!.

I had a wonderful time in Domino's (Colwyn Bay) today when the man behind the counter (named Ian) managed to complete my order of two large pizzas in under 15 minutes all by himself.He told me of the latest offers available on the day and remained entirely civilized throughout the experience, which is very hard to come by in this day and age.Overall, I'm glad I walked in to make an order for the first time (in Colwyn Bay) and will continue to do so in the future, should there be more staff members like him.Therefore, I rate the experience 5/5 for food, service, atmosphere and civility.

Delivery was very good. Although the guy forgot the payment machine he was very prompt in bringing the receipt later. Ordering was easy too. In fact the only thing that let my first experience of Dominos Pizza down was the pizzas themselves. Mediocre is about all I can say about it.If the food was like the service it would have been wonderful. Unfortunately I wont be ordering again in a hurry.

Staying with my sister in Llandudno and ordered pizzas and chicken wings for my son and nephews.Lovely service from guy I spoke to on the phone when ordering and charming delivery man who was so helpful. gave it a try on a special meal deal - ordered online which was ok to do, had a thin crust and a standard - with garlic bread and wedges plus doughnuts to follow - was around £20 - garlic bread was not cooked long enough very stodgy, wedges dry, thin crust might well of been thin piece of cardboard - worst base ever had, doughnuts cold/dry - it really is not worth the time or money to have food from this place- would never pay its full prices as they are incredibly silly prices that dont justify paying , you feel cheated on half price or less offer deals.

My partner and myself decided we wanted a pizza and we hadn't tried dominos until tonight, Well we wish we hadn't bothered now, we spent just over £19 on a medium pizza got it back home( only a 3 minute drive) and it was COLD! There wasn't enough cheese on it and not enough to of the other toppings we'd asked for! Fair to say I will be making a complaint to the area manager about this. Our purchase was disgusting the chips were hard and the pizzas werent cooked properly it was disgusting !! my two younger children had an upset stomache after it it was awful we went back in to get a refund but they wouldn't let us

odered 12 inch vegetarian pizza for 15 pound price. but pizza is tasteless, not vegetable, in it ,only fresh tomatoes, not enough cheese and also unhygienic staffs baked pizza without hand glaps. price is very expensive , means double expensive than any pizza shop in north wales. just waste of money and unhygienic food can cuse serious health problem. never recommended

Had ordered a meal at 8pm, got a text message to say that order is out for delivery at 20:28, i only live in conwy which is 5.3 miles, pizza was delivered at 21:12 (44min)! Absolute joke.

The service, using app and delivery was faultless. BUT.....The pizza was very poor, I think even if it had of been cooked properly it wouldn't of been as tasty as an Asda's no frills. It was grossly overpriced too. Whatever you do don't let them have your mobile number, as they constantly bombard you with texts of offers, which is very annoying, as they seem to have an endless amount of numbers and you just can't block them. To sum it up. Go to Pizza Hut or Asda

received a leaflet in the post and the nachos caught my eye. Finished work late and was really looking forward to these deliciously looking nachos covered in cheese. When they arrived they were chewy burnt and the cheese tasted like cold burnt cheese off a pizza. Not impressed at all. However the twisted chocolate dough balls were ok and delivery was quick. Food did not satisfy my hungry belly

There was three of us and we wanted pizza so we decided to get a delivery from dominos, we went on there website and it has loads of deals on there so be sure to check the website if you're not ordering on there:) online I like the fact it tells you when they've received the order and preparing it baking it and when it's on it's way:) the food in General was really tasty I like the fact you can get half and half pizzas it all tasted really nice and we got a free bottle of diet coke with our meal and a free garlic cheese bread

I have just returned from collecting my pizza, I usually have it delivered. It was very expensive-£33for two pizzas! And when I returned home, the cheese, what little of it there was, wasn't even melted properly! Have had to put it in the oven myself! Disgrace for a company that charges so much for their pizzas!!

Excellent website that you can order food and monitor the process. Used them few times and always delivered within 30 mins which is great compared to other local pizza places. Pizza is great and not that much more expensive if you do a search on web for discount code!!

Ordered Veggie Supreme by phone yesterday evening for home delivery. It arrived in 15 minutes, piping hot & was very tasty. As free extras we were given potato wedges, cheesy garlic bread, and warm chocolate cookies. It was all delicious!

Have used other branches of dominos so expected same quality we were sadly dissapointed.hardly any toppings .only 5 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza .not even one piece on each slice.upset as usually satisfied with other branches of dominos.I'm local and was glad to see dominos open in Colwyn bay but not happy with their product sadly

Well had our first ever Dominos experience this September and did enjoy it! At last a great tasty pizza we both enjoyed so much returned following night for another sadly mucked up our order and was left going cold before they gave it us, when we got home it was all very lukewarm not a patch on previous nights food, chicken wings are waste of money - very tiny morsels of meat in a horrid wet sauce - garlic bread was lovely unlike potato wedges which were stone cold and very disappointing.So we gave it a month to let them get better organised and decided to try it again on a offer deal, was just ok - gave it few weeks had another try - very undercooked doughy pizzas with stingy amount of topping gave another disappointing experience - given up on them now for some time as at these very high prices you really do expect the very best food and service and it must be very consistent as you can dine out in some very good restaurants and have a three course meal for what you could pay for a substandard takeaway pizza from here!may try later next year if reviews pick up!

Ordered pizza on October 3rd using the dominos app. After 1 hour the pizza app said it was delivered... However I still had no pizza. On phoning the store the only explanation was erm erm erm we don't know where your pizza is. After 10 minutes of talking to a 'manager' he informed us he would try to get a pizza with us in 30minutes! When we said no thanks, could we have a refund. He said no because he isn't a manager. But then changed his mind and said erm erm well I am the manager on shift who can't do refunds. No customer service, no apology and no remorse. Thank you to the 'manager' on Friday night!!!!

Tonight is the 2nd time we have ordered pizza from here, first night it was the wrong order and I had to explain fully to the woman on the phone why it was wrong who still then questioned me, after saying I wanted it changed as it wasn't what I ordered I was told I can only change it if I hadn't eaten any part of the food and she will have to talk to the manager first before telling me it was ok for them to change my order and bring me new food.....tonight my order must have been in the back of the van for a while as it was cold and If you want a cheese pizza them make it yourself at home as I think the people had just shown my pizza bread the cheese and forgot to put it on......I love pizza and my god this is the worst pizza I have ever had and tasted. Never will I order from here again....

ordered pizza potato wedges and pepperoni dough balls 2 days after it opening, waited a good 45 minutes for the food to be delivered and when it arrived the very few potato wedges we received hadn't even been heated up and as a result were still hard, the pizza itself was just ok although could have been cut better, yes t had only been open for 2 days but hard cold potato wedges is unacceptable.

Took 5 times to get through when I finally did man on phone said sorry no home deliverys, fair enough I thought it's Friday there busy so drove there to get food instead, a good half hour drive it takes from where we live to the bay, when we did get there people who had ordered food over phone were only just picking it up near 2 hours later! Man behind counter said sorry wait for food is an hour an a half..with a baby in the car we weren't waiting around, can appreciate it being busy with it being new but chaos is how I would have described it surely they should have anticipated it being busy and should be better organised won't go there or order food again
