AJ Traditional Fish & Chips in Conwy

Ordered from JustEat for 7pm, but the good didn't arrive until 7.30pm. Phoned up a few times but there excuse was that they were busy... The food was cold when I got it

Ordered off just eat. Orders chips and they had half a portion in. Ordered cheese sticks, they sent chicken strips. Asked for vimto, sent tropical Rio! The night before we Ordered and they was 2 hours after order when they claimed 45 minutes and then "on its way" when we rang after one hour. I wouldn't bother

Absolutely awful service, massively late delivery (to the point everyone had left). Then refused a refund, after first trying to lie about why the delivery was late. No concern whatsoever for their customers, they just don't care. Definitely stay away from this place.

Mixed donner and shwarma was fab. 6 of us had different meals and they were all great. Sat in and ate, which was handy.

Staying locally and wanted something quick but that could sit in. This did not disappoint. Freshly cooked meals and value for money. Kids meals were fantastic value. The donor kebab and popcorn chicken was best they have had in a while. Cheeseburger and shwarma chicken wrap was lovely, not sure how you eat the wrap without getting in a mess.

Staff nice. Cooked fresh but fish was so burnt you couldn’t even cut it with a knife. How you could honestly serve this knowing how bad it is reflects badly on what I thought was a pleasant place. On holiday. Fish and chips a must for holiday and this part now completely spoilt.

Lovely food, great bunch of staff all very good to talk to, food was cooked fast and everything was fresh spot on place for food

Camping up the road and this place was recommended, we opted for chips which were soggy no salt and vinegar, fried chicken was chucked in the microwave and was dry and tasted of nothing, 3 pizzas was terrible, spicy beef? Bland, pepperoni bland, cheese was tasteless £40 short, it resulted in the majority of the food to be put in the bin,, we will give this place a miss next time we visit Abergele

Used this place for the first time as other kebab places in Abergele/Pensarn are not that great so thought would try here. Good fresh hot food & plenty of it. Great chips & doner kebab. Ordered for collection and was quick to be ready. Would use again.

Not the best bought a burger was given just the burger no bun expect better be given this place a miss long wait times too

I don’t like leaving negative reviews but feel I have to on this one. Last night we ordered delivery takeaway and they missed part of our order off on delivery, rang and staff apologetic. That’s all ok but then the part of the order missing took 50 minutes to arrive and when it did the chicken was barely warm. The delay I could cope with but warm chicken is dangerous from a food hygiene perspective. The staff member assured me that when I order again I would get something free. No sorry you should have given us something free last night not on our next order! I wouldn’t order from here again personally.

10/10 would recommend! Amazing food, pizza is to die for, incredible customer service. Nice gentlemen. Overall rating is 10/10 from the two best and prettiest customers you’ve had

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced, They served tomatoes to my daughter who has severe allergic reaction to tomatoes, and They took almost 2 hours to deliver our food and most of the order went in the bin. Because my daughter and grandkids were so upset because of the long wait and that my daughter could have been made very sick because of the tomato allergy. They made no attempt to put their mistakes right. It was like they just didn't care about their customers needs Don't go there, you don't know what they are going give you.and they don't care either.

Ordered a meal at 7.30pm for 9pm delivery.Rang at 9.10pm to check driver late. Rang again 9.30pm still no show so cancelled order.Useless!!

Fresh chips lovely fish, my daughter had pizza and was very impressed, my grandson loved the fish cake and chips, we ordered home delivery and will definitely be doing it again.
