Had a nice pizza never had this before and good service. Manger was so kind. I would say prefer to this .And its worthy.

The only reason I gave a one star is because I could not give lower It's not often you complain an order is early, but we wanted our order for 1800 on Sunday. Not only was it early, because it had sat in a hot box too long and the wedges and kickers were soggy, the pizzas has the incorrect toppings. The meal cost over £40. We were offered a £25 voucher from Dominos as compensation. If I was to use this voucher it would not cover the dishes which were unacceptable. When I complained to Dominos I was informed I should have snet the meal back and asked for a replacement. Clearly Dominos do not care about their customer base and are too blase about their position in the market. I for one will not be ordering from them again.

awful experience, awful service. i wont be ordering from here again. 2 hours to receive my order and half our order arrived. 10:30pm it arrived to which i had no tea as couldn't eat my partners pizza with having a dairy intolerance and went to bed hungry. Rude women on the phone not helpful or apologetic and still waiting on my refund 24 hours later.... DO NOT USE THEM

Very average pizza's that are expensive for what you get. I put average as what they sell is Ok but not spectacular. I would only eat this as a last resort.

There was a hair on the pizza that I ordered so I called up to make an complaint, when I was trying explain that there is a straight hair on my pizza the employee was shouting at me saying that it was not her hair her hair is a different colour and hanged up the phone. I tried calling again but she was not answering the phone, when I tried to calling on my partner phone the manger answered. I told her what has happened she apologised and gave me everything I ordered again fresh, I had to go to the shop to show the manger how discussing it was to see a hair on the pizza and how that employee was not professional nor have good customer service. Did not get my money back which I thought I would of. Never going back there and I would advice everyone who wants pizza to go somewhere else

Pizza arrived late, despite ordering for a specific time; stuffed crust was virtually empty; pizzas were barely lukewarm; pizza bases were undercooked and stale. Very disappointing.

We have ordered various times from dominoes and it is always bad but the most recent was the worse, pizza turned up wrong, tried to call the shop and after ringing 12 times I went down and pointed out my pizza was wrong (we had waited 1hr 15 mins for it to turn up too) the rude obnoxious woman rolled her eyes at me and then didn't even apologise!! I asked 3 times for her to say sorry which she eventually did, they did a partial refund for the pizza and made me another so 2 hours after we ordered I got the correct pizza. The staff are rude and the service is terrible and the is generally always cold or wrong. I will not be ordering again!

I ordered a pizza and wings. The pizza was crushed and the toppings (one of which was missing) were stuck to the lid of the box. I called up to get a replacement, I wanted to swap the whole order so it would all be hot. I had to argue for 5 minutes to get the order replaced rather than just a new pizza. Oh and my order of 14 wings was one short. Iv got no one to blame but myself, I know this branch is always poor but when I’m hungover, the heart wants what it wants.

Not ordered from dominos in over a year due to previous problems. Last night 20/3/21 thought I’d give it another go... my god worse than ever the only saving grace is now deliveries are a lot quicker as they seem to come by local taxi company?? What I received was an abomination of a pizza that was swimming in bbq sauce which left a nasty bitter taste in the mouth , cheap and nasty pre cooked frozen bits of chicken and the peppers , onions and pineapple were raw and cold never been in an oven . All served on a burnt thin and crispy base . Would give 0 stars if I could

Buxton dommies has not failed me throughout all 3 lockdowns. Lately it has been arriving in record time, always hot, always delicious. Been so impressed so many times I felt it was time to leave a review! ❤️ Keep it up guys! X

All military are entitled to 50% discount at dominoes, I made a phone order for collection tried to get my discount but they wouldn't acknowledge it. My first time ever at any dominoes they wouldn't accept the 50% discount for military. Won't ever return again!!

Not overly happy we was told our food would come in 50-55 minutes,2 and a half hours later it arrived we was a pizza missing and the delivery driver told us he will go back and sort it no resolution to the missing pizza we understand it may have been busy but no excuse for no phone call to tell us it wouldn’t arrive absolutely disgusting

We have waited for over 2 and a half hours and still no food. Called 7 times without an answer. Absolute joke. We understand that times are difficult but don’t make commitments that you can’t fulfil

Its good pizza just wish the deals were less confusing. I always collect so cant comment on delivery times etc.

Sat waiting for me scran for an hour for them to send a medium rather than large then they didn't answer the phone. Pizza also looked like it had been punched.

Lovely pizzas, greasy, but what pizzas aren't. Very busy on weekends, they do Extremely well to cope with the demand for all the people in Buxton, chapel, Whaley bridge, taddington, peak forest, sterndale moor and many more areas. Ordered 1 large pizza for delivery at around 7:30pm took about 1hour and 25 minutes, looked good and tasted good too. Most customers are very self centered and think it'll come within 30 minutes or something, which is near impossible with the likes of chapel and Whaley bridge. Hygiene Excellent, staff are friendly and hard working and ordering online is very simple.

Me and my family have used this dominos A LOT and we never ran into issues until the last 6 months or so, now we’re constantly getting our orders messed up, whether it be a collection order or a home delivery. The pictures are an example of the time where they forgot half of my order and messed up the only stuff I actually received so badly that they had to remake it (the only reason I went back there is because of the credit that they had previously sent me from another messed up order).

ordered a pizza on the app, but was told they were not doing deliveries, so i went to pick it up. arrived to find the manager fighting with a customer because he’d been rude on the phone to the customers girlfriend. pizza took 1 hour to be handed to me, and they tried to charge me again even though i paid on the app. after the fighting ended, i watched the manager answer the phone only to immediately hang up. to my knowledge the manager no longer works there, but if you want some badly cooked pizza that’s way too much for what it is and a laugh at the terrible management skills, pop in!

I ordered using a 50% off voucher (for late delivery last time) gave them the benefit of the doubt . My order arrived on time by a nice friendly delivery guy that was where the trouble started. I opened my chicken strippers box only to find to my surprise no chicken only wedges and two dips?? I phoned straight away and spoke to a lady there when I explained my shortage she just cut me dead with” I can’t see that I made it myself” no apology or anything. I asked her for an email address and I would send a photo of my meal and was told “no!” Oasked for the lady’s name as a point of reference and was told “no!” I then asked to speak to a duty manager and again was told “no!” Followed by an “I’m telling you there was chicken in the box” after a ten minute heated discussion she said “ you can complain on line “ and hung up on me. By this time my other food was cold and unappetising. All in all one of the rudest most unhelpful people in the service industry. Will never use this store or dominos again.

Spent five mins+ waiting to be served. Then our order sat on the order collection point and we spent ten mins waiting for someone to hand it to us. They are suppose to have quality checks but it obviously doesn’t work as no dip with the bread dippers and the pizzas were cut in very unequal wedges. The pizza tasted alright though. It’s a shame as domino is usually ok

Said 30 minutes but came 3hrs late and it wasn’t that good and well over priced. Called 3 times was put on hold for ages and then wouldn’t give me refund

Chose to go to Domino's after 24hours of travelling. Walked in, not one member of staff looked up, greeted or acknowledged that I was there. A senior staff member and another staff member were stood at the till. Didn't look up once. I appreciate they were talking through something, but no acknowledgement of customers. The senior staff member left. Staff around the cooking area all standing on their phones. I tried to make eye contact with anyone. Only one staff member right at the back said hello. I asked the girl at the till whether they were still open, she ignored me. So I simply left. What a waste of time and damage to a brand. And reason why I do the job I do as Customer Experience Specialist - to stop such terrible and embarrassing moments from happening.

I ordered 2 pizzas, garlic bread, wedges and cookies to collect, and ended up waiting 25 minutes past the time slot I was given to collect them as they had a big order to get out, when I finally received my order I took it home opened one of the pizzas and it was completely burnt, then I opened the wedges as was literally 3 wedges each! Very disappointed and still hungry afterwards!

Pizza was soggy undercooked and oily. Unfresh and foul. Of course the alleged manager told me I was wrong and didn’t even apologise. Audacity to argue and deny such wrong doings. Apparently a refund on its way which I don’t believe will happen so contacting customer complaints department in morning. I’d love to know what their selection process is for employment it must be non existent. The cheek to counter argue when the food was of considerable sub standard quality. I actually feel quite ill after consuming some ...

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered! They only delivered half of my order but yet I paid for it all! They told me they had phoned me to let me know and said I’d hung up on them....I never received any such phone call. When I telephoned for my refund they said they’d look in to it but it would take 5-7 working days: there was no apology for anything and she was actually really rude! My opinion is do t ever order from here and support over local businesness who do the same for much bettter value! Needless to say I won’t be ordering from here again!

Seriously avoid this franschise it needs to be closed down they are consistently ruining the name of a good company.

This is a dominoes. Dominoes have to be the nicest and best pizzas out there in the UK and certainly so for a chain. Pizzas are great. Good menus dropped off and an online ordering and pick up service and also delivery. Yes I have also had wrong orders but they also have apologized by giving us a free pizza on more than one occasion so customer service is good for us.

Domino's in Buxton is probably the worst service ever. Orders wrong or late and not delivered. That being said the pizzas are nice and the cookies.

Dominoes are the best pizzas in town. Be it Buxton. Stockport or Manchester. The dough is better than anywhere else. Very fresh tasting.

This was my second time ordering from here and pizza was great, delivered when expected. I do wonder what has happened to the barbecue stuffed crust though, it's not a menu option anymore!

Had a rough night and feeling sorry for yourself? Pizza made and delivered by someone else feels like an easy win, but don’t get too excited. Order here and regularly wait about two hours for most, not all, of your order to be delivered cold to your door despite calling and being to,d the order is out for delivery. I am probably owed a few whole meals from here in stuff they forgot and offers of free stuff from managers on the occasions when I was bothered to complain. Pick up the slack Dominoes your reputation is really hurting from it!

Well tonight, my children had friends sleep so we decided to order from dominos, ( only 2nd time since they’ve opened has 1st time was burnt).. got sent a txt to say on its way 40 mins later nothing still. Rand the place yes madam not going to be cold it’s coming now! Came forgot my drink and garlic bread... It was cold £34 for cold pizza... rang them.. to be fair, they couldn’t have been nicer offered me a whole new order but I decided against it as couldn’t be bothered waiting again, they did send me garlic bread and a bottle of pop( which should have been with first order) but extra dough balls... to be honest il not order again from there, but they were friendly enough trying to sort problem out

Overpriced and frankly terrible. When I ordered from here was told by the, frankly rude and incoherent, man on the phone that mine and my gfs order would take half an hour. Nearly an hour later they still hadn't arrived so we chased it up only to be told by the same bloke it would leave the shop soon. 29 minutes later, it was delivered by a muttering delivery man who shortchanged us out of 30p (ik not a lot but still) and then when we finally sat down to eat them the pizzas where only warm, not hot. Can't believe I made the decision to try here. The worst delivery I have ever had in all my life,

DO NOT ORDER, preordered pizza to be delivered at 6:30 to my work, no pizza by 6:35, OK benefit of the doubt slightly late... Give them a ring to see what's happened, was told my pizza was on its way without the woman even asking what my order was or who I am... 10 minutes later still no pizza so rang again and was told they were busy and had a long delivery time which would have been fine if I hadn't of pre ordered it 7 hours ago... By this point I've wasted all my break chasing them up. My brother rings them at 7 and is told they are about to start making it, so he told them we could no longer accept it as we had to go back to work so we would like a refund. 7:30 I get a phone call saying the pizza is outside... So i told him we couldn't collect it as we are on cctv as already having our breaks. Ring up the store to speak to the manager to make sure we get our refund and I am told he can't do anything and to ring back later... Absolute joke

I enjoyed visiting Domino's Pizza in Buxton. Its clean place, you can see them making your pizza, very friendly staff. And with their good offers you can reduce price in half. Prefer to order for collection, but sometimes order for delivery, in a busy night better do it in advance, and great choice, all fresh !

Having used other Domino's Pizza places I have to say Buxton Domino,s is awful experience. Ordered on line and followed the on line tracker. Despatch logged at 19.12 even had a text message saying the same. After 30 minutes rang the shop to be told the details were wrong and it had just left. Didn't believe the staff member. Eventually arrived over an hour later. I commented to the driver that it would be cold he mumbled something about the bag and warm well let me inform you the bag doesn't keep food warm for that length of time. Suggest head office do some training.

Perfect take away! Can order via phone for collection! Upon arrival, pizza we hot and tasty! Perfect for people like me whose always on the go!

Pizzas from here are always really good, hot and tasty - and the desserts are good. Yes, the prices are steep - but this IS Domino's, and if you don't want to pay high prices just don't go here. Prices are on the menu - nobody's saying you HAVE to order here.

Me cobraron 8. 99 por pollo y cuñas, me dieron 10 libras y nos dieron 1 cambio libra! No lo siento por no darme 1 p (sé que es sólo 1 p, pero no el punto! ! ! Llegué a casa y registramos) precio en línea, como no era dar un recibo y debería haber sólo pagamos 6. 99 y las cuñas fuimos incluso preparado! ! ! !

i asked for a small margarita and a large peperoni and they had the cheek to come out with both my dogs on a plate with cheese and tomato ketchup on them. worst experience ever!!!!!!

Pedimos 2 gluten pizzas gratis, la base estaba de arena y no es comestible, tuvimos que dejar la mayoría de, asqueroso! No hay ofertas con novia pizzas, sólo vienen como pequeñas, y premio demasiado alto! Nachos estaban aguados y sin sabor, lo único que comieron, pero sólo porque nos estábamos muriendo! La próxima vez me pegan a pizza express!

16 pound for a medium pizza is discussing the pizza came cold! And bare I ordered a Texan BBQ I got a margarita wouldn't recommend!

We used to order fairly frequently (judge at will!) and never could they get the order right or deliver it even mildly warm or on time. Often the pizza will have slid on the way over and be pretty mushed up. Has improved recently.

Order took over 2 hours, it had an item missing from it and when I telephoned them I got two different reasons for the delay. It was nearly cold and not very pleasant when it did arrive! Don't waste your money.

I placed a delivery pizza order at 1750 on sat 10/12/2016, for over £30, it arrived after1920,the food was cold and all had to be reheated, the coleslaw was also missing form the order which I paid for, the cookies resembled something a small child had made at school, burnt and not edible

Got the order wrong and toppings were terrible and pizza all dry and bubbly. The small woman boss is very rude shouting at the staff

El servicio es bastante rápido y si tienes problemas rápidamente a solucionar. Las ofertas son bastante buenas, especialmente para los estudiantes, aunque aún es un poco caro. Siempre he disfrutado de Domino's y ahora de nuevo, así que estaba contento de ver uno en Buxton!

Me encanta aquí. Uso de la App a la orden y es siempre precisa y rápida. Ignorar los precios en el menú que son escandalosas como siempre ofrece en lo que nunca paga el precio de lista. Mucha variedad. Siempre de buena calidad servida rápidamente y lo más importante es aún caliente.

It's a Domino's...what's not to like ? My only gripe has always been the price, but I tend to forget that the moment I have my first bite :-)

Es tan deliciosa como nunca. El único inconveniente es aún es demasiado caro, que quiera pagar 17 libras por una pizza ... Pero la entrega es estupendo, aunque siempre rápido y fiable. Y la comida ha sido siempre caliente. IDE recomendar tal vez una vez al mes con el precio.

Limpias, ordenadas y bien iluminadas. Pizza" vales ligeramente por encima de la media pero caros - a menos que utilice una de las muchas Dominos "Oferta especial estamos bombardeados con en Buxton. (Asegúrese de leer la letra pequeña aunque. como las ventanas de tiempo puede ser muy estrecho y precisa. variedad de exhibiciones de pizza, pero me pareció que la ligera presión del personal para añadir camas supletorias para echarle un poco molesto. Tengo que decir que me esperaba más de una marca importante.

Dominos Pizza's are as good as you get for fast food pizza. They always deliver on time are friendly and hot . Lots of special deals

Decidimos probar Domino, ya que parecen estar dinero de volantes para ellos por lo menos una vez por semana. No me extraña!
