Very poor quality pizza and the price is too high, I been there today I paid my bill then later manager said didn’t gone true he asked me to pay again , same time I checked my account I saw I paid, anyway I paid again and manager said if it doubled charge I will call you , finely I arrived home with pizza then he called me to come back I have to return you as I charged you double , the poorest customer service I had in my life .

Always late delivery. Consistently so. Don’t believe the app either. It says ‘delivered’ when we are still waiting, looking up the road for our food. When we call there is always an excuse. This is the last time we will use this branch.

Dont trust the tracker when ordering from Staines branch... over 1.5 hours late... lied on the phone to say he was just round the corner ... 25 mins later still no delivery... eventually turned up stone cold with excuse "we've had a lot of deliveries tonight" .... erm that's your business?!?! Learn to organise your delivery boys Returned pizza to delivery driver... phoned store requesting a refund... said he'll organise that... nearly a week on no refund! Now disputing via paypall

Absolutely fed up with the Staines branch, last time it was the food and service. This time it was exactly the same! Unbelievable! I will never order from this store again! I will actually pass this on to others. The delivery drivers really need training. I placed an order on the phone at 20:20 orderd two large pizza and was told 30-45 mins. Perfect thank you, conversation over. Delivery driver turned up at 21:09. Parked in the bay and we ( the staff, as I was in the office) could all see him, I lifted the blind up and pointed to the reception and asked him to deliver in there. He opened the door, so I opened the window, as he kept on staring. Bare in mind the window only opens so much. #AirportRules&ThereWindows. I asked him to come and deliver into reception. Now this is where it gets interesting, he said No! So I repeated myself, maybe he didn't hear me the first time. He exacts words back to me where, "I'm not your servant". So at this point I've turned to one of my colleague's and repeated what he said. #PuzzledFace. I've repeated the same words now for the 3rd time, please can you deliver to reception. He finally gets out of the vehicle and dumps the food in reception and leaves. If this is how you deliver to all your other customers as well. Then I'm bloody shocked. We as a company/individual have order from this branch many times before. After today, I actually no longer will!

I would give this branch ZERO stars if that was an option! Placed our order, took over 1hr and 20mins to arrive, which then arrived stone cold! called the branch only to be accused of of being a LIAR! Don’t order from this S*** hole, the pizza was disgusting, even when heated up in the microwave! I have logged a complaint with customer services! This branch needs to be closed down, wouldn’t put it past the incompetent so called manager to spit or contaminate the food out of spite especially after the way he conducted himself over the phone! I’m not going to let this go lightly, my complaint has now been escalated. I look forward to hearing from the franchise manager! This was the first and last time ordering from this branch! Avoid ordering from here!

Ordered two meal deals at 19:00 didn’t arrive till 20:30 and one pizza missing which did not arrive till 21:45 stone cold wasn’t offered anything for the inconvience and kept getting put on hold and was getting laughed at by one employee who promised me it would be 5-6 mins then didn’t arrive for another half an hour absolutely scandalous missed half of love island because of your poor work and wasn’t offered anything to make up for this poor work. I ordered 2 pizzas. It took 1 hour 40 mins to be delivered. Food was cold. And I mean cold - no sign of warmth in any of the items ordered. Whilst waiting for an hour I phoned the store to be informed it was out for delivery, and it would be 15 mins. Delay was due to a large order being placed. I waited 25 mins with the tracker informing me the food was delivered. It hadn’t been. I phoned the store again who told me it had only left 6 minutes ago! Disgusted that they will blatantly lie to customers like this! Delivery driver didn’t even offer an apology. With the poor ratings this store is receiving you’d think that Dominos would be scrutinising the performance of this branch. Order from anywhere else but not here, if you want your food delivered in a timely manner, and also hot!

After waiting for an hour the wrong pizza turned up cold and the wrong size. Might as well of ate a loaf of bread

Don't bother ordering here, wait 2 hours for a pizza, told twice it's left store 20 minutes ago and then on hold for 15 minutes to chase delivery, staff are useless, customer service is dire, do your self a favour and use another company

I live in the Crescent opposite dominoes it was raining so I decided to phone the order through and have it delivered in spite of the fact it’s less than 100 yards it took a hour and a half when it was delivered it was cold dried out I send it back best go to marks and buy one cook it yourself the shop has more staff and customers and still can’t get it right it should’ve been left at the hairdressersThis franchise should spend more money training its staff if I could give zero stars I would terrible terrible terrible

Waited over 1.5 hrs for my pizza disgusting! Never ordering from this place again. Called them up they said its on its way, app said is has already been delivered! Lies!!

I ordered from here 4 months ago, waited and hour for the pizza rang out me on hold cut off rang back said it was with me soon, waitied another hour, rang back they apologised said will get a new one out, Waited another hour, finally came around midnight, was cold! Gave them to benefit of the doubt, ordered at 8pm tonight, its 11:15 and I'm still waiting, rang at 9pm as online tracker said it had been delivered, they apologised said they were having problems with the app, said i was next for delivery another hour passes rang back left me on hold for 15 minutes while he was checking, I hung up and rang back and they said I cut off, offered a new pizza...he's just delivered as in writing this so 11:20 it's came! Delivery driver blamed the shop, shops blamed delivery driver before NEVER AGAIN!!! Stick ya voucher!!

Ordered a Delivery, waiting more than 1 hour already, they don’t answer the phone?.... Worst ever service, won’t be ordering again of this awful place.

Ordered online. Waiting over an hour and a half for it to be delivered, i am never EVER going to order from Domino's again. Called up over an hour ago and they said it was waiting for it to be picked up by a driver, then ours would be next. Its now been over 40 minutes and i am STILL waiting! Where is this driver coming from? Scotland? I would highly recommend anyone else avoid ordering from the Staines branch, unless your on an extreme diet and don't mind not eating at all.

I ordered and paid online two hours before the delivery was due. The meal arrived 20 minutes late (we are only 5 minutes away from Dominos), they sent the wrong order and the nachos were completely burnt. We will never order from them again.

After waiting an hour for food and then having to go and meet the driver as he couldn’t find the house the pizza then was completely wrong and was uneatable due to an allergy. Recalled and was told very sorry can do you a credit or another pizza. Well as I would like dinner rather than bother I asked for the correct pizza to be delivered. A rush delivery was over an hour later again the second driver couldn’t find the house. And a nice cold pizza. So disappointed and Dampener on the night!

After placing an order and waiting an hour for delivery I phoned the store to be told the driver was just leaving, half an hour later I called again and was told that the driver couldnt find my house and I would have to wait another 45 minutes.

ordered online and asked for changes to the pizza to include extras. as usual when ordering from the Staines branch they ignore what you ask for and give you the basic pizza but still charge you for the extras. although they did offer to make a new one was not willing to wait an hour with the kids for the driver to deliver. Only excuse given was that they forgot to add the extras. When asked to speak to the manager as they would not refund the cost for the extras was kept waiting for over 10 minutes before I just gave up. Really disappointing from Dominoes. Only happens at the Staines branch.

Pedí en línea, dos pizzas. Una hora más tarde la APP dijeron las pizzas había sido entregado en la sucursal sólo llamé a ser cortada. Llamé de nuevo y finalmente habló con el gerente quien dijo que la orden sería entregado en otros 30 minutos, dije, por favor no te molestes ya que no es lo suficientemente buena y quisiera que mi dinero reembolsado. El director me dijo que iba a tomar 14 días para devolvernos el dinero!

Overall usual dominos standard of pizza. Too an hour rather than 45 minutes. Apart from mixing up the drinks order and side it wasn't too bad.

purchased a pizza to be sent to my boyfriends after an argument, asked the lady who took my call to write a 'I'm sorry i love you xxxx' note on the box from me for my boyfriend and she did and she definitely made my life a lot easier haha! thank you so much whoever that lady was xx

Surly and not particularly friendly staff made a visit here uncomfortable and awkward, shame as the pizzas were nice!

Mi pedido era incorrecta y la pizza caliente. Pan de ajo con queso era como una pizza mini sin coberturas! La única salvación era el pollo dippers. Chico agradable que tomó el pedido así como el tipo de entrega. No pedir de nuevo

Have completely given up with them as if you are lucky they might get your pizza to you in under an hour, current record is 2 1/2 hours with constant chasing and a bunch of lies from the manager about it being "just 5 mins away".They take more orders than they can handle and the price has climbed so much that it is more expensive and a proper restaurant meal - total rip off!

Went in there to collect order from here and was given the wrong order. Complained and waited about 15 minutes...

Order a pizza, garlic bread, nachos with 5 extra dips. The pizza had half its cheese missing, there was no dips & there wasn't even a handful of nachos. Phoned up to ask where my dips were was told I'd have to wait 45 mins even tho it's there mistake & I also asked for a pizza with cheese on it this time. The guy I spoke to then asked me to hold while he spoke to someone else & I could him them slagging me off brilliant customer service. Won't be using again that's for sure!

Week day delivery, first ever order. The worst pizzas I ever had. The based was a flour wrap, minimal toppings. So disgusted the worst pizza deliver ever. Use Papa Johns Egham they are great. I wanted to complain but you have to go through the store first, what a waste of time.

This was possible the worst pizza I have ever eaten, and I have eaten some dodgy pizza before.Firstly the app had told me that the pizza had been delivered, which it haven't because I wasn't eating it.I the rang the shop and the girl on the phone tells me it hasn't even left the shop yet... Right.The toppings were scarce and the cheese looked as though it had been thrown up onto the dough.I only ate it because my stomach was ingesting itself, I threw the last slices away that I couldn't bare to eat anymore and I NEVER throw pizza away.Please don't waste your money, go to Topps instead. Worst pizza ever. Ordered two pizzas and they arrived like two soggy balls of pizza dough. Would never order from here again, tops pizza is better and half the price. Disgusting how they actually stay open, they should be shut down. Please don't make the same mistake. I had guests round and it was just embarrassing!!!Would give zero if i could. Avoid at all costs.

Have used many pizza delivery service over the years but this one rerally comes bottom of the list! The person on the phone who took my order sounded so surly and I had to keep repeating my order and address details until it final set in. I was told delivery would be in 40 minutes - 60 minutes passed and nothing had arrived. Chased up and was told they didn't have an order for me! Repeated my order and 50 minutes later it arrived. What was delivered was like a soggy table mat covered with partially solidified vomit - the cheese was gloopy and stringy and the toppings like the content of someone's stomach i.e. pre-digested little bits of 'stuff' which held no similarity to what we had ordered - and it was tepid!. We will never again waste our money and evening waiting for such disappointment - AVOID!

For the first time visit to dominos we called at stains for 2 pizzas after a long day delivering around london. Waited for them to make them and that was quick. The speedy pizza obviously did not need much cooking as the topping on it was SO stingy that it was merely base and sauce. The topping was so little that i had to check the website to see if i had missed something. Absolutely a RIP-OFF at £15.99 being served such poor pizza.

Still no pizza after chasing them up twice in two hours. First time they said it would be with us in 30 mins; second time, they said they hadn't started cooking it yet! We cancelled and asked for refund, only for it to be delivered to door 2.5 hours after order placed! Never, ever again!

I am not a complainer but had to put this review... Every time we have placed an order from this place it takes hours and hours to get here. Noone answers the phone and when they do they put you on hold for 20 minutes and then someone else picks it up as if it's a brand new call (fuming). They are rude in the shop not willing to help. No refunds even when you place an order for delivery and ask them where it is and they say it's down as collection. This is the last time I ever order from Dominos Staines ever again.

I placed my order just past 8pm today and received the confirmation email at 8.20. I had still not received the pizza at 9.20, an hour later. I called the store and they said it left a couple of minutes ago, that was at 9.10, it only takes 5 minutes to drive from dominos to our house, yet at 9.25 it was still not here! This is not the first time I have been disappointed by the service of dominos pizza. They arrived, at 21.37 and, subject to instruction, knocked on next doors window, waking up our elderly and very ill neighbour. When we opened the pizza it was freezing cold and inedible! I am disgusted!!!!!! I spoke to them, asking for money back and a fresh pizza. I was told I can have one or the other. We were so hungry that we went for the new pizza. However, as this was their mistake, surely a replacement pizza should have been sent and money refunded? As 15 minutes had now passed, it was 22.05, l cancelled the pizza and asked for a refund instead. I was told by the girl on the phone that she had been talking to the manager, yet when I asked to speak to the manager.........apparently there was no manager there! Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!!!!!

Ordered Pizza at 6:30 by 7:30 called up no answer finally got through at 8:10pm to be told its on way. I informed him I asked for a 7:15 delivery not a 8:30 delivery. Pizza turned up as im writting this. It looks like its been thrown together. First and last time im ordering from here. Very bad service to say the least.

Ordered my pizza at around 11:32am, tracker said on it's way just before midday. An hour later still no pizza. Called the branch who said the driver was delayed but on its way. 13:00 the pizza arrived. No apology at all from the driver. The pizza was stone cold and had to be reheated in microwave.I called the store back to complain, telling them the pizza was cold and I wanted my money back. She offered me my next order for free, I said I would never order from them again so wanted my money back.Terrible terrible terrible. I would never use this restaurant again.

Ordered takeaway at 17:37 Saturday 25th Jan 2014 via iphone app. App showed it as baked by 18:15 and delivered by 18:35 but no sign of pizza. (probably set as delivered to keep within their customer service promise) rang shop who said it was 'on the road'. Finally delivered at 19:13 after I found him nearby. Driver had not read delivery instructions and was in process of trying to deliver to wrong place. Pizza was squashed up in box, barely warm and soggy. Disgraceful service and product. Will never use this place again.

Having a man night in, so ordered a pizza for movies and football. I have ordered from numerous dominos before and this one has been the worst yet. Took an hour to turn up, which peak time on a Saturday is fine, but mine had clearly been out for delivery for a while and left as the last drop. It was just about warm when it turned up but it was so soggy the box was ready to fall apart. Inside the box my fear was confirmed.... a nice looking pizza, but a base that might as well have been dipped in water. Not good, had better dominos elsewhere, and there are better, cheaper pizza places in staines. Will probably get one more chance at somepoint.

After a family day out we ordered Pizza, sides and dessert from Domino's.The food arrived within the time frame and was all pretty warm. However, despite having read my order back to me one pot of ice cream was missing.After a phone conversation with the store I eventually had to pay more money to the driver as apparently I had not been charged enough, and they promised to send the ice cream out with their next driver.By the time we had finished the pizzas and sides the ice did arrive, but then the driver wanted yet more money!! After another phone call I had to pay a bit more again as apparently the previous driver had told me the wrong amount.So all in all the good food was marred slightly by the poor service.Would I order again? Probably, but I'll be very careful to ensure the order is correct before I put the phone down!!

DO NOT BUY PIZZA FROM THIS DOMINO'SI ordered 2 pizza's on the 11th March. They were delivered with the hour, however........... I was just about to tuck in when I spotted dead mosquitoes on my pizza ! Vulgar and Disgusting ! I would have phoned to complain but I know they would not really of cared and just offered a money off voucher.......... the problem was I didnt want a money off voucher, never going to order from there again ! So........ the pizza's went in the bin ! YUCK !
