Domino's Pizza in Harrow

This store never fails to deliver. Whenever I order a lunch deal it is always ready before the estimated time. The food is always cooked properly, hot, and tasty. The manager Shahid runs a tight ship and keeps everything running smoothly. The store is always spotlessly clean. It must be the best run Dominos out there.

I went to the Domino Rayners Lane at around 10.45 pm .there was a young lad ,his name is Mono, He took the order and got my Large pizza just over ten minutes. Very help full he manage to top up with ground pepper. Food was good taste ,properly cooked ,his service was very good. Pera

I placed an order at 19.06 & it was delivered an hour & 20 mins later. The food was cold & they got the order wrong. I called them to advise they had delivered the wrong food & they said they would get the delivery man to deliver the correct goods ordered, which has just been delivered at 21.40 freezing cold again & half the contents looked like it was missing. You can literally count how many wedges they think is a good portion Maybe the delivery man ate some .........who knows! It's either that or they don't give you a full portion........Considering all that was wrong with the initial order, you'd think they'd make more of an effort to get things right, but sadly not.....I used to place regular orders with this place,but suggest to anyone thinking about using them to not bother. The service is disgraceful & no form of caring about the service provided was shown. They just did not give a damn!!!! I'm not impressed!!

After previous 1 star reviews of this franchise, I decided, after 4 years, to give them another try. The on-line ordering experience is really easy, and the new “pizza tracker” was reasonably accurate. Food arrived fairly hot, only complaint is the wrong dip was supplied, other than that a MASSIVE improvement to previous experiences

ordered a pizza last night, delivery got lost yet I live two miles from Domino's, by the time he came and we went into the kitchen to serve up, it was cold, had to put the pizza in the oven to warm it up, twice I have tried this Domino's, twice it has been awful, will not use them again and I would steer clear of them

Tenía dos pizza" s y estaba quemada cuando llamamos y hablamos con el gerente, nos pidieron enviar foto de dicho pizza, cosa que hicimos. Él dijo que iba a volver a nosotros, que él no me llamó de vuelta, dijo que nunca conseguimos foto, Email no es verdad dijo que no y que no volvería a hablar de ello.

Decent takeaway but can do with friendlier staff. Pizza Hut do better deals so prefer Pizza Hut, taste is same.

Tiendo a pedir desde aquí una vez a la semana vía online/entrega.A pesar de la página web recién diseñado ser un desastre completo, el tracker entrega nunca ha decepcionado y las pizzas siempre han sido entregados por un conductor amable. No hay problemas aquí.La calidad de la pizza para la mayoría es consistentemente estupendo así al cocinero hay props. Una gran variedad de ingredientes, la masa buena y ingredientes frescos, crujientes de cata en general. Su doughballs.After son prácticamente para morirse y prefiero estos a la pizza en sí la mayoría del tiempo!Mi única queja, si es válida es el precio demasiado caro y a veces la falta de Códigos de cupón para uso en línea.

We are living locally and usually ordered its Pizza in the weekend, it was ok in the past, but since the second half of 2015, we have suffered unhappy issue several times, which including: incorrect delivery, late delivery (1.5 hours from the shop to where we live - normally to take 5 mis by motor cycle), forgot the drink when we order the package, and so on. The manager should be changed if this Domino's wants to survive.

I'm absolutely disappointed with the order waiting 1h then call them back answer: delivery came to my house nobody there wrong address wrong phone no , didn't apologies nothin . Pizza was cold , what's wrong with this people, some voucher will be nice and hot pizza absolutely nothing I will never order again from Raines lain dominos

They have good service and normally deliver pizza many times. I have ordered many times, menu and quality is normal Domino quality. Good when you don't feel like making food at home or want to something to eat quickly.

This place has changed for the worse in the last few monthsI phoned on the 22nd to have pizza delivered and the phone rang for 15 minutes and to my absolute dismay I was told that it would be 2hrs and 30 minutes to deliverI then decided to collect the pizzas Myself and was told it would be 15 minutes.One of pizzas was ready and the other was not even made!!!Took the pizzas home and the first pizza was stone cold and the other was partly bakedTried calling and asked for manager and kept on hold for 35 minutes When I finally spoke to someone They gave me their name and their managers name I took the pizzas back and to my surprise they lied about the names given as nobody worked by these names they probably weren't expecting us to return the pizzas I got my refund but ruined the experience Dominos need to seriously consider if this franchisee is up to their minimum trading standards I will not be going to this establishment again!!!

Después de tener un número de pobres, falló, las entregas finales en el pasado me estúpidamente intentó de nuevo. La comida era absolutamente piedra fría cuando fue entregado 55 minutos después de haberlo pedido (en función de la el rastreador de pizza era para entrega por más de 1/2 hora), ni disculpa, no ofrecen de poner las cosas. Como es una franquicia no sé dónde ir, aparte de avisar a la gente nunca objeto de esta rama !!!!!!!
