Domino's Pizza in Eastbourne

The new cream egg dough that came out today was really tasty and warm the only thing that negative is the pricing for 2 in a box I paid 6.99 for them I think there should at least be 4 in the box for pricing this was takeaway I orded on domino's app but other then that it was really nice 😀

Like to say what the pizza was like but its was stuck to the top due to the way it's transported. Other half's gf one was OK. But a complete waste

Delivered the wrong pizza then tried to blame me for the wrong pizza because I ordered on the app then the replacement pizza took an hour to get here with the delivery driver“ knocking “ on the wrong door twice. Instead of calling to ask to come outside he left after knocking on the wrong door. Oh and the pizza is cold

The lady that served us was so so rude, slamming the food and drink down when we ordered. We were kind and polite and she was horrible. She needs retraining! Food was good but she got the order wrong

Ordered a delivery an used this service a lot never had a problem with food an service. But today the food arrived in good time so all good until we were shocked to find all our food was cold!!!! One pizza was burnt. So very disappointing an waste of money.

I ordered from Dominos Eastbourne town takeaway today and the pizza was disgusting. It was very burnt and poorly made. I convinced the employees to remake the burnt pizza they were rude and had poor hygiene. The second pizza was exactly the same burnt, black and extremely greasy and salty. The decline in standard is clearly a reflection on the current management at Dominos Pizza Eastbourne town because Dominos pizza used to be delicious.

At first we fancied TA than delivery to save some time so after I placed my order 14 piece of hot wings and garlic bread,they gave me 10 _15 minute . I agreed. But after a 30 minute of waiting and all the staff were looking at me I stand and I told them I would like to cancel my order because it been 30 minute .after that the manager said sorry you can't cancel it because your order is ready and been forgotten on the shelve. I took it and arrived home with cold food which I put in to the bun. Baaaaad service Never come back again🤬

Die Pizza war sehr fettig und das Knoblauchbrot leider sehr lasch. Dafür fand ich die Preise nicht gerechtfertigt.

My family using domino's pizza every weekend last time when we ordered it was 1,hour late pizza was stone cold not recommend this place

Regular user or I was always seem to forget garlic bread - poor service on delivery. Not happy shall think twice before using again

Regular customers never had a issue in January I ordered 2 large pizza they were both cold and sweet I called and they said they put a note on the system I did tell them I live in London so they said would be for next time I am in Eastbourne Today I called them and no one had record then I was told a manager will speak to me a guy spoke to me would not give me his name and he then said I’m not the manager he was rude and said I have no evidence so I said I would like to complain he said no he can’t help he was rude arrogant and kept calling me mate what a cheap rude service

On holiday in East Dean and ordered home delivery from Dominoes Eastbourne. Very polite and helpful, prompt delivery, and piping hot delicious pizza’s.

This evening my self and my wife ordered two pizzas and cookies, i collected from the store as it always takes an hour for delivery (we live 10min walk away). He came back with both pizzas completely wrong, toppings i can not have was in my pizza for a start. We contacted seaford dominos and they took are order again and told us we had to give everything back even cookies, that's fine. The pizza came after half an hour and the first bite was horrible. Both pizzas are under cooked and the pizza base sauce was awful. So we have my pizza sitting here, waisted of money. I'm so annoyed, i phoned back and said what was wrong that one topping was ment to be double and they said it was ( it wasn't ) and it was under cooked he crossly said ITS FINE, he put us thought to the person who made the pizza and lied being really rude then pass is to the manager who then said he made it and told us we are never aloud to order pizzas from dominoes again because we complained and said we are not aloud any money back from the waisted pizza that i couldn't eat.. this has been the worst experience we have ever had from a restaurant all this because they made our pizzas wrong and we are now band.

I don't know why I never tried dominos before,recently friend of mine recommend to try domino so we had a delivery the other night and I can't believe how amazing the food was,specially the tandoori pizza,now I know what I've been missing,It was bit pricey but definitely worth It,highly recommend.

Ordered a carry out online, Just Eat, and service was good. Slightly early delivery but nice and hot. Chicken strippers and wings were good, as were the potato wedges but didn't really enjoy the garlic bread as it was very cheesy. Good value though.

As part of a chain this one is an exception. Quick friendly sevice by helpful staff. All food delivered piping hot and very tasty.

The best Pizza to be delivered in town, always quick and freshly cooked. drivers always friendly, been using them for 2 years so far never had a duff one yet

We ordered from here as there was a special 50% off offer. Ordering was easy and the food arrived fairly quickly. Our pizzas were really hot and tasty a great treat for the children. Wouldn't hesitate to order again !!!

At 9.40 I made my first visit to Dominos (corner of Ivy terrace/grove rd store) and I wasn’t at all impressed. Granted having eaten come of the pizza when I got home it was good, however prior to that I was not happy with what happened.

Lots of ads about this - tried it and it was utterly revolting ! Soggy , greasy pizza, no flavour, massively over-priced. Have learnt my lesson - NEVER AGAIN. Made me feel sick....

Service good, nowhere to sit really but always loads of staff here, friendly and professional. Handy parking on a meter on Grove road.

Najlepsza pizza w okolicy. Zdarzaja sie male niedociagniecia w obsludze ale moge przymknac na to oko, przynajmniej sie staraja. Pizza jest zawsze swierza i cieplutka

Nuestra solución regular de pizza es cuidado por Domino's. Es un poco caro para un tomar, pero un gran lujo en alguna ocasión. Las entregas son rápidos y la comida caliente. He utilizado Domino durante los últimos 10 años para nuestra pizza, un buen lugar para ir de pizza fresca

We always have Domino's pizza. We all eat it as a family and it's really lovely. Always delivery quickly and always yummy. Never had a horrible pizza from them.

You always no roughly what to expect with dominos.The food is always prepared well here, doesn't look rushed. (Unlike some)1 thing this place has over other dominos and pizza places in general is the staff. Always happy to help, very polite and no question is to much.I sometimes change my mind while ordering and again there very helpful and don't get "arsey".Most of time you get someone who can speak English while ordering on the phone which is a massive plus for dominos.Enjoy, I would recommend this dominos no problem.
