Domino's Pizza in Eastbourne

I went there with my dad for his birthday. We both had a pepperoni pizza and potato wedges but we bought some cheese and tomato pizzas and chicken strippers for the rest of my family as a takeaway as we ate ours at the building. I enjoyed it, it was amazing.

Wonderful. How can I describe it? It was amazing, their Pizza's are the best. It has got my approval.

Been using this branch for a while and never regretted it. Food always arrives hot on a home delivery service. Good range of food reanonabilty priced, and look out for the deals.

¡Dos pelos en pizza! Recogí dos pizzas de Langley el 26 de octubre de 2019. ¡Mientras terminaba uno con mi hijo, me arranqué un pelo de la boca! Sintiéndome un poco asqueado, seguí adelante con la siguiente rebanada ¡solo para quedar aturdido por otro pelo! Llamé a la sucursal de Langney para quejarme. El gerente me dijo que manejara de regreso a mi tiempo y gasto con la pizza. No se dieron disculpas. Al llegar, le mostré a dicho gerente la pizza peluda, foto mostrada. Se lo quitó y me dijo que tomara asiento mientras ellos hicieron otro para reemplazarlo. De nuevo, no me disculpo.  10 minutos después, otro miembro del personal me llamó para recoger la pizza. Le pregunté dónde estaba el gerente, no lo sabía. Le pregunté si esto era todo lo que Domino iba a hacer para abordar el asunto, a lo que dijo que tengo mi pizza de reemplazo. De nuevo no hay disculpa. Aturdido, me fui, llevé la pizza a casa, pero luego la tiré porque no podía soportar comerla. He enviado dos correos electrónicos, incluida la foto, a la oficina central del Reino Unido sin respuesta alguna. Ninguna disculpa o aceptación de que esto haya sucedido. Typical what you would expect from a dominos chain polite staff, quick service, pizza was a little on the greasy side but other then that I have no complaints.

Normalmente no revisaría un lugar como este, pero tuve que quedarme impresionado por el personal tan encantador. Se olvidaron de darnos una costra rellena, pero se disculparon y rápidamente nos hicieron otra pizza mientras conversábamos con nosotros. También cambiaron nuestra salsa de ajo para barbacoa.Estoy acostumbrado a que el personal de Domino sea franco y tenga cero habilidades de servicio al cliente, ¡pero este fue un servicio mejor que el que he tenido en algunos restaurantes de alto nivel!

Always polite helpful and good food definitely recommend only had a small problem once and they sorted it so quickly and professionally

Hice un pedido a Domino's hace 2 semanas. Llamé para quejarme porque faltaba en el baño Domino's, que era genial y lo envió rápidamente. Estamos de vacaciones y fue un placer después de un día ajetreado. Pedimos en línea y recopilamos.Nos enfrentamos a adolescentes que daban vueltas por la tienda y que era muy intimidante. La comida no estaba lista y esperó bien con el tiempo.La pizza era mitad y mitad con una salsa de tomate y otra barbacoa lateral con diferentes ingredientes en el lado equivocado y aderezos por todo el lugar. Hacía frío y queríamos estar a poca distancia. El pan de ajo se quemó y los separadores de pollo fueron menos de la cantidad correcta.Muy decepcionante y no volveremos. Por el precio que pagamos fue impactante.

Well first and last time for dominos, ordered on line and as I was new to Dominos when we had registered and then chosen a box popped up to offer further discount. Went to confirm payment and it did not take money off. So phoned up - customer service NONE - polite OH NO - did not want to know - argued constantly - first the assistant, then the assistant manager, then the manager.

I have ordered from here many of times without a problem, but today the person who delivered to me was rude, and my dips were separated and oily, but the pizza was amazing as usual.

Fuimos aquí para tratar a la hora del almuerzo recientemente como de costumbre la comida es de buena calidad. Tuvimos el tamaño hawaiano y la American Hot pizzas, tengo que admitir que la American Hot es bastante agradable si quieres pimiento Jalapeño. No era suficiente para nosotros conseguimos el almuerzo y la cena.

Dominoes pizza is always a winner but after several major cock-ups with deliveries (not receiving what we ordered and no compensatory measures taken by 'disgruntled staff'), we now have to come and collect. The staff don't even acknowledge you walk in the door, stood there a couple of minutes and felt as though we were somewhat inconveniencing them. Our overall service experience is very disappointing.

Dominoes Is always quick. Never ever got an order wrong. I am gutted that the thin & crispy base has vanished off the base options as I don't like fat bases. I can always rely on dominoes when I'm hungry & can't be bothered with cooking.

sometimes the pizzas are good other times not so good. delivery times are about 30 mins so thats ok. staff helpful.

Used Domino's at Langney many times now and they always seem to have a problem finding our home address even when you give simple directions, would seem this information is not passed on to the driver as I have asked and they say they were not told. Ordered last night and on opening the box wrong pizza was sent so phoned and asked for the right pizza to be sent, the chap apologised and said another one would be sent. 10 mins past and someone called to asked what the problem was so had to go over it all again while the other food was getting cold. 30 mins later it turned up. 1 hour 10 mins after order was placed. Will not use again.

Great piping hot pizzas delivery exactly on time on a obviously busy Saturday. A fine experience of customer service and quality food. Thanks!

We always get our pizza delivered to our home address and we have always had excellent service, always on time and Fantastic Pizza. Best in town for us!!!

Great that you can make up your own pizza and then follow the preparation and delivery on line. We always add extra tomato base and the pizza is always delivered hot, tasty and moist. Love it.
